Extremely convenient and surprisingly quiet. Loved the gym, pool/hot tub, and the service in the executive lounge was top notch. Beds were very comfortable and spacious bathroom felt luxurious. Enjoyed our short stay!

The location is more than perfect. The staff were very friendly and quick. The only thing is the parking. To get to it was hard and complicated. Also it says they have the option to charge my car. It ended up that it was not compatible !!! This is the airport issue not the hotel. The hotel does not have a special parking. Which mean, you may end spending more than 50$ just for parking per day

Very convenient airport stay hotel with excellent staff and nice ambience away from the hustle and bustle of travel. We stayed one night and the check in staff and generally were wonderful. Rooms were large with lovely bathrooms and comfortable with minor gripe that beds were a bit low. Rooms looked directly onto runway. Had nice gym with swimming pool and hot tub though pool is small so not sure you can do too many lengths in it. Dining room was busy and food was nice though they could perhaps expand the menu. Could be better signposted especially as with construction it took 10minutes longer to find it as it’s upstairs in departures although most arrive at the airport in arrivals. Would we use it again if transiting through Montreal? Yes absolutely as it does the job in a clean safe and efficient way.

The room was clean and all good. We arrived to check in at 9pm (really exhausted from our flight with an infant) but worst experience was the washroom was clogged and the phone doesn’t give an option to contact anyone about it. Can’t go down to reception as the exhaustion hits hard and my baby was already fussy. Everything was ok, I even ordered food at the hotel restaurant, the only issue was the toilet. I just really hope that it was checked before letting anyone to check in the room, I mean I paid $480 for that room and only use it to have good and relax stay from 9pm to 5am to be ready to catch a flight again.

Rooms are starting to show wear and tear. Shower had been leaking water for quite a while onto the carpet and we could smell Mold On this visit we had to ask for bathrobes previous trips they were already in room Also the coffee machine and pods could do with a upgrade The only benefit for this hotel given the room price is its location within the airport Flying back from Asia for 13 1/2 hours and having a hotel with easy access is the only benefit we can see for this hotel For a Marriott its time for a refit and room update

Service was horrible. When I got there, there were numerous issues with the room and it took close to two hours to straighten it out. I ordered food from room service and it took over an hour and repeated phone calls until it arrived.

We checked in as soon as we landed at 9 pm: When my husband did all the arrangements he was told that the total bill for one night of stay was $700.00 Canadian my husband stated that we shall pay with 2 credit cards splitting between us but the concierges stated it’s not allowed to my dismay.The gentleman didn’t explain why 700.00 when I booked it through Expedia it was 400.00 Canadian it’s no where was it stated that we only pay through one credit card.This particular man was rude without even consulting with his manager to ask he took it upon himself that it can’t be paid by 2 credit cards and not explaining why it was 700.00 dollars.With all due respect as convenient as your hotel is, you’re not Trump Hotel, not Ritz Hotel nor Grand Wien Hotel which we have stayed in in the past you’re just a Marriott 4 star chain hotel..To your management pls do some in service to your employee that arrogance , misinformed is never cool in hotel service.Pls strive for service excellence.We will never stay in your hotel again neither will we recommend it.Marriott YUL you can all do better.

This hotel is perfect if you have an early morning flight. We had a 6:30am international flight, woke up at 4:30am, checked out the hotel by 5am and was at the Gate waiting to be boarded around 5:30am. The walk from the hotel to the airport check-in counter was less than 5 minutes!

Very convenient stay for our early morning flight. Nice room, stylish, functional and clean. Restaurant service was amazingly slow, especially for two sandwiches and two beers - and the food just ok - but it was the only game in town.

Room very clean. Staf at the restaurant WAS MISSING… we had to be VERY PATIENT…Dinner took from 6pm to almost 10pm BUT the staff were VERY courteous and their best to accommodate. We would have been very mad if they didn’t made us smile all along the waiting!!!!!

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. I was very disappointed about VIP parking. I have been told to keave the vehicle outside in front of the entrance door. I said i m blocking the road and vip staff said its ok. There was a car behind me and driver was complaining about road block. The other driver and i asked how long is going to take for them to move my car and they said 5 minutes. I had dilemma out there, people honking horn and they were hitting my vehicle’s window and yelling my wife to move the car, VIP employees were very unprofessional
