Very nice stay. Room was large, updated and very clean. Nice pool area. Convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. $25 deposit at check-in. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was very nice! The room was comfortable, and the bed was too! The dining room was short staffed and there weren't many choices on the menu but the food we received was good. It was very nice having a restaurant on site!

Overall, had a very pleasant stay. Room was clean (except the microwave). Couldn't use the gym or pool due to over chlorination. You could smell the Chlorine as soon as you entered the hotel. Staff was friendly but didn't ask at checkout if I wanted to pay cash or charge. We were going to pay with cash but didn't even ask.

Clean rooms, nice and safe area in Florence. We felt comfortable enough to walk around at night and there were tons of restaurants and food options nearby. This is great central location if you are planning on visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It’s also just 20 minutes away from Cincinnati if you wanted to explore the city. The only downsides to this hotel is that the pool was cold and obviously a bit older and run down. Also the floors on the elevators were always sticky. Everything else was clean but that area.

Parking lot, hotel lobby, hallways, elevator, and room was very clean.Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were professional and courteous. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants in the area.Parking is free on hotel grounds area felt safe and well lit.

Front desk staff were great. Bartender did not seem happy that we stopped in. Seemed to know little about making a cocktail. She also seemed upset that she had to get up and serve us. We got our drinks and went to our rooms.

We stayed here on the way to watch the Total Solar Eclipse of 2024. The room and facilities are neat and clean. If you are staying on the entry side of the property, it is a little loud with the nearby air cargo airport (bring earplugs). The planes are taking off continuously well after midnight. All and all a good stay. Easy access to Cincinnati.

For the price I do not recommend this hotel. Service was subpar. I travel a lot and I have never called down to get more towels and them tell me I have to come get them no matter what time it is. The tub was not cleaned very well at all, and there was orange residue around the faucet and a slimy texture to it. $889.00 for three nights, Thursday thru Sunday, I expect more. When we go back next year we will stay somewhere else.

Moved my son out of his Louisville college dorm for Summer break and, because of the derby, Florence was the closest town on our drive home to Pennsylvania with available (and affordable) rooms. I chose the Holiday Inn and, if you're looking for a hotel more conveniently located off of I-71 North in Florence, you won't find one! It's location is perfect, the hotel is well appointed for the price point. Our room was spotless and in good condition. We never heard our neighbors. We did hear the occasional loud vehicle driving by but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. I prepaid via hotels.com so only needed to provide a card for incidentals. I recommend staying here. Bonus: the cheapest gas along the interstate was located at the BP station directly next door (on 5/5/24 it was $3.19/gallon).

There was only a white see through blind at window. The parking lot lamp shined so bright in our room that it was like sleeping in interrogation!! We tried putting up towels to the window but was of little help. Got little to no sleep!!! Holiday Inn. Do Better! I am sure this is not the first complaint on this!

I love staying at the holiday inn Florence. Staff are nice and helpful and great location for what I need it for. The breakfast was good but it did cost extra at $8 but goes until 10am and food was good. I love staying here and will continue to do so.
