No breakfast for an expensive hotel. Also only one elevator which broke down which required me to haul multiple bags and suitcases from the 4th floor down the stairs during checkout. Also my key stopped working at exactly 11am so I had to get a worker to help me reopen my door as I was checking out so I could get the rest of my things. But the room was nice and clean.

Neat and clean extended stay hotel. All of the staff were super helpful and kind, making my stay even more pleasant. Lots of amenities, from free coffee (good!), kitchenette, snack hub, gym, pool, laundry, etc. Will find a reason to visit again!

The bathroom had small hair all over it. Even after it was cleaned there were still dirty towels behind the door that were left. They did give me extra towels as requested and cleaned the room when asked. They also had convenient laundry service. Wish there would have been dishwasher soap. Some dishes still had spots of food on them before using dishes

The elevator permit expired last month. It took two days for the elevator to be mopped. NO ICE BUCETS. I was told “Candlewood does not provide these, use one of the containers in your room”. "We do not provide breakfast becuse you have a kitchen". When you arrive late at night, you don’t have time to go shopping for breakfast. This is CHEAP. I’ll go back to Best Western next visit.

The front desk was often unmanned. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. We had to go to the front desk repeatedly for clean towels and toilet paper. The elevator was out of service. I am middle aged with knees that don’t climb well. Our show had a random pice of metal standing up in the corner. I will not return.

This area was not bad like some people make it out to be. We felt safe the entire time and would stay again. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and quick with anything we requested. They even brought us up a box fan (we’re all hot all the time lol) the ac does have a feature that will cut it off when there is no movement in the room but after speaking with one of the girls she was able to override that for us so we could stay cool and I could never thank her enough.ALL of the staff was nice and helpful but specifically the 2 ladies I talked to, Crystal and Lauren, were so sweet. And another lady I didn’t catch her name. Only complaint is the pool was a little dirty looking with leaves and cloudy but other than that, all was good.

Considering how much they charged for the room it should have been clean. There was food from the last guests still in the fringe. There where sticky fingerprints all over the kitchen, dust piled up on the AC and walls, and the shower was so dirty I doubt it had been cleaned. Also, it took about 4 times longer to take a shower because the water presser was so poor.

When I arrived the manager was at check in she called for a front desk agent and walked away upon my arrival the room had ants and the soap in the shower was empty I didn’t find out that there was no soap til I went to shower for work in the morning … all in all this place missed a ton of the small details that make a big difference in experience and presenting value

It was a great place to stay and a great location for our needs. I was expecting the bedroom to be separate from the open area as shown in the picture but it was not…. 2 of our 4 night stay we had what seemed like a football game being played on our roof! Running back and forth for hours that at one point around 10:30 pm I was forced to call the front desk and complain! It did stop and I still have no idea what was going on on the floor above us. And why the staff would book a room above us when there was only 6 cars in the parking lots (this tells me they were not fully booked)!!

The rooms were clean and quiet. The water coming out of the plumbing in shower and sink, however, smelled moldy and dank. Running the water for 10 -15 minutes still did not clear the odor. I didn't wash my hair for fear it would smell moldy.

Our booking was cancelled by the manager while we were heading to the hotel from out of state with two small children. When we booked, it gave us two payment options and we choose "pay at property". According to customer service, since the manager didn't receive the money right away she decided to cancel our booking. They didn't even try to contact us to clarify or anything. As soon as we received the email about cancelation, we did called, three times and nobody replied. I would not book here at all. The hotel is also not in a very good area of town either.

Out of all the places that I stay this place was my favorite, and I will be glad to come back all because each of your staff no matter who you ran into. They were so sweet and personable and friendly, and they made us day so welcoming that a whole family decided that we will come back and I’ll hang out there. Most of the people stayed in town but they decided to come and get a hotel room so they can be with us. You made us so welcome love It.

Proximity to everywhere was pretty good. Had military base really close by where we were visiting at the time, as well as Walmart a few blocks away and the Downtown area for dining, church and shopping areas. The area is a bit deceiving, but totally fine. Staff was amazing and very attentive to requests and needs. Hotel was spotless and really didn't have any issues at all whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was dated but appears to be in the process of updating. It was a perfectly good place to spend the night and had no problems. There is no breakfast on site but they do have a small store where you can purchase snacks. It was very convenient to Fort Benning Army Base.

Generally good. A bit expensive for not having breakfast included. The smart TV was not connected to the internet and there was no staff who could do anything on a Saturday or who could figure out if apps were available for use with personal accounts. But personnel were very attentive and warm. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Suites are spacious and beds are very comfortable. They also remained attentive to my travel complications and were there to support me. God bless you all!

It was our family’s problem that we reserved two rooms, instead of reserving a room with two beds. Therefore, the price was a little higher. However, I’m pleasing with the cleanliness and the toiletries. The hotel didn’t offer a breakfast, which I don’t mind because we didn’t eat breakfast. It was also showing on the details. As they renovated the hotel, it was transformed from an old outline to a new floor and the shower stands. One of the most thing I like about the room is the bathroom. The day we were supposed to move out at 11:00 pm, it was a heavy rainstorm day. I talked to the front office, a kind African-American woman, she was so understanding and extended the time 30 minutes to an hour more for us to stay until the weather calm down. Our two nights stayed in this hotel were wonderful. I love the way it near to the base and other foods courts/restaurants. Overall I love this experience.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very spacious bathroom. Property overall was well kept. Just a couple minor issues kept this from being 5 stars across the board. The recliner in our room would not recline & a shelf in the shower was broken almost off. Only other minor gripe. Since we were staying 4 days would have liked to have more than 1 towel & bathcloth per person. We were given more, but had to ask at the front desk. Some free breakfast items would also be nice. Not used to having to buy those things from a hotel store.

I wish there had been a continental breakfast. The food was very expensive to purchase. I paid almost $8 for a bowl of cereal and milk. I also didn’t realize my room wouldn’t be cleaned every day, while I was there so I didn’t get clean towels. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I loved everyone I came into contact with. Great place to stay!!
