Bella struttura che si affaccia sulla basilica di Santa croce, adesso non è più al numero 23 ma al 21, quindi fate attenzione quando arrivate. Comunque molto comoda, perché si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione e una decina dal duomo e da piazza della signoria. Staff molto gentile, colazione abbastanza varia e buona.

Not easy to find, but right on the square and part of another hotel (joint). Very short walk from the train station. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location, recommend you don’t have a car as they charge 48 euros per day . Staff were friendly hotel was very clean. Bar area and dining area poorly located. Was a maze trying to navigate to your room. Bathroom and shower were absolutely tiny as were the lifts.

The hotel had an amazing position directly next to Santa Novella Maria, which was so lovely. (You must visit). The reception staff were wonderfully helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Their morning cappuccino was particularly enjoyable (no extra charge) and they even had almond milk. If you need gluten free products, just ask and they bring a little basket with a selection. The room had everything we needed and was super spacious. Water is replaced daily in the room. And the towels were super fluffy. They even had dressing gowns and slippers. Room service was excellent. Take ear plugs for a restful night, as the hotel is above restaurants and the busy square, with the occasional ambulance siren too. There is a super quirky lounge area, with a Bar from 5.30pm. You’re also right in the hub of things, with restaurants close by and a couple of minutes to the tram. This hotel is in close walking distance to the river and all of the main sights. Highly recommended. We struggled to find the hotel as they don’t have a large sign outside. So if you come into the square, with the Novella Maria church on your right, the restaurants on your left. The hotel is also on the left, with the entrance between the restaurants. Look for a number 21 and you’ll see the stone steps inside a doorway and a standing sign “Hotel Garibaldi Blue Rosso 23” Enjoy the street music and the lovely sunset too.

Service is inconsistent, and depending on who attends you, the treatment can be rude. Location: Great, in a central area and close to everything. Conclusion: Given what it offers, I found it to be good value for money.

駅から近くて便利。ドームなど観光施設とは少し離れるが徒歩観光中心の地域なので不便ではない。エレベーターなど設備は古いが綺麗に維持管理されていた。暖房はまだ入らない切り替わりの時期でやや寒かった。朝食はチーズハムが美味しく、スパークリングまであり満足した。

Great location, near restaurants, squares, train station and duomo Downsides were how to find as the outside name is hotel garrabadi and not hotel Rosso 23 so spent time walking up and down looking for it. Breakfast was limited and difficult to love around and in crampt space

The noise from upstairs coming through the floor is terrible. Sounded like baby elephants dancing in the room above us. One of the tiniest showers I have ever seen with a huge bench in the bathroom. With an internal window all the noise from the downstairs kitchen travels upstairs so u will likely be woken from around 6am. Couldn’t work out why our socks and slippers were going yellow till we realised some sort of yellow liquid was leaking through the light in the bathroom ceiling. Disgusting trying not to imagine what this could be… staff told us they only work there and to email manager. Good location and breakfast but would not stay here again or recommend it to others

The property was located closely to the main train station in the city, close enough to walk to all the tourist destinations and right near a bunch of restaurants. The room was very clean, minimalist but perfectly put together, staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at again in Florence.

You have a bed bugs and I have got bits on my legs.

No sound proof and tiny room with tiny shower but I loved the location and breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful.

While it was clean and the staff was really attentive, they put me in a 10x15 room over the kitchen of a restaurant facing the alley. It was super noisy. You had to slam the door to get it to close, as did everyone else, so all the slamming wakes you up at night. I felt cramped and uncomfortable. Anyone even slightly overweight would have a very difficult time moving around in the micro bathroom. This was not the room advertised. I feel like they put me in the dumpiest room in the place because it was an Expedia booking and thus a lower rate. I’d not stay here again.

Great location and excellent breakfast. However, the room was extremely small — the bathroom had barely enough space to sit. If someone is even slightly big-boned, it would be difficult to fit comfortably in the bathroom, and the shower tub was so tiny there was hardly any room to move.

Only issue was the shower space was very less and the rooms were not insulated at all. i could hear phone alarm in the next room. But other than that it was an amazing stay. Service and breakfast was impressive.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rosso 23. The property is very clean, professional, and has an upscale feel. My room was a bit small, but still comfortable and well-maintained, with fresh towels and linens provided daily. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great touch, and the staff went above and beyond -helping me with my suitcase to the elevator upon arrival and arranging a taxi transfer to the airport when I checked out. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, an excellent choice for a Florence stay!

The front desk staff is very pleasant to work with, making my wife feel very welcomed. The morning breakfast was very inviting and had many tasty options.

Daniele, who worked the front desk was excellent. He was very helpful in making suggestions. He also was very compassionate since I was there to take care of a sick child in Florence. I would highly recommend the hotel, the breakfast was excellent. It is very convenient. The hotel lobby is a very beautiful space. The room I had was the economy room, so it was not very fancy, but there are higher level rooms that I did not see. There were no deficiency in the room and it was clean. The shower saw was small so if you’re a bigger person, it might be too small.

Very conveniently placed , near the tram stop from the airport, overlooking the Piazza and about 10-15 minutes walk from all the main attractions, yet very quiet. The city view room was worth the extra.

This is a very nice/ clean property less than 5 minutes of the train station and extremely close to most touristic attractions as well. There are lots of dining and shopping areas around the hotel. I’d definitely stay there again and highlight recommend it to others.

Ein ästhetisch ansprechendes Hotel in einem interessanten alten Gebäude direkt am der Kirche Santa Maria Novella. Vom Flughafen direkt mir der Tram erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuss erreichen. Einzige Einschränkung: abends ist es noch recht lebhaft am Platz und daher nicht gerade ruhig. Darauf muss man sich einstellen.

フィレンツェの主な観光スポット自体が徒歩圏内ですが、このホテルはサンタマリアノヴェッラ教会の横にあり、観光にもショッピングにも便利でした。疲れたり買い物をして荷物が増えたらちょっとホテルまで戻って、、、というのが可能です。 スタッフは皆対応がとても良くフレンドリーでした。 部屋はとても清潔です。ただシャワーを使用した際に洗面所中水浸しになってしまい困りました。サンタマリアノヴェッラ広場に面しているので夜遅くまで、、、明け方近くまで人が騒いでいてうるさかったです。

The hotel was absolutely magnificent, offering superb service, excellent staff, and a fantastic location. The warm welcome and smooth check-in process were impressive. Its proximity to the tram terminus, approximately 100 meters away, provides great convenience for travelers. Additionally, easy access to restaurants and major tourist attractions makes it an ideal choice for those visiting Florence. The breakfast was delightful and abundant, and the room was kept spotless, with daily service including a sweet and bottle of water. I eagerly anticipate my next stay.

Prima centrale locatie, maar relatief kleine kamers voor de prijs die je ervoor betaald. Badkamer heeft de beste tijd gehad en de douchecabine is veel te krap. Ontbijt buffet prima, maar geen variatie per dag. Bij veel gasten hebben de medewerkers moeite om het buffet bij te vullen.
