Room has an old smell and carpet was a little sticky. Cup was found in the shower when we walked in. Update carpet and curtains.

The room smelled, the pool and hot tub were closed for the majority of our trip. There are shops within walking distance but hours are limited.

This property is no longer owned by Holiday Inn. Check in was cumbersome - took 10 minutes and required info they don’t need with paper signatures. The elevator seems on the edge of breaking down, the tiles in the bathroom floor in our room were cracked and loose. Needs a major renovation! Would not stay again.
