Customer Service was on point. Need to focus on the public bathroom having toilet paper. Also NOT A FUN feeling having the alarm go off and walk down 10 floors for a false alarm (TWICE) middle of the night. Parking is expensive ($25).

The heated pool wasn’t working, the room was very small, you have to pay to park for every night that you stay, you have to pay for breakfast! It just wasn’t what we expected being newlyweds! Our wedding night should have felt better and enjoyable than it was !

Great location, but would not stay again. Their was no ice vending machine in the hotel. Lobby locks after hours so hope your key doesn’t fail or you are on time checking in because you can’t get in. Also in the lobby at 9:00 am the staff was vacuuming and asked me to leave the area to vacuum. I thought that was odd.

Family and I agreed on Aloft Galleria, because we had heard good about this chain. Big mistake !! 1. Ice machine was broke, so I had to constantly get ice from the bar downstairs! 2. Only 1 elevator worked; so the wait from the 7th floor down was grueling!! 3. No phone in the room; they claimed i need to download the app to get room service!!! WHAT ?! 4. Shower door didnt close right, so water got all over the floor! 5. Patched up ceiling above the beds; looked like a kindergarten kid painted and did the dry wall !! Overall , horrible hotel !! Staff wasn't super friendly either ! There are many other nice hotels in the Galleria area ! Stay somewhere else other than Aloft Galleria!!

The hotel is under renovation. The gym was closed. The elevators were dirty from the work being done. The food was mostly packaged including a breakfast biscuit that was put in a microwave. The staff was excellent

It’s was just dirty. Unclean floor, unclean sink counter, unclean toilet. And the floor in the bathroom area was painted and sticky… No way I’ll ever stay there again.

Do not stay here. This hotel is in terrible condition and completely falling apart. The front desk staff is polite and helpful. But they deserve a better desk to work from than that aging slab of whatever they're forced to use now. The rooms aren't much better. There's some slippery film or some kind of lubicrated substance on the wooden floors in my room and I don't recommend walking barefoot. The desk chair (see photos) is HORRIBLE. The plastic has fallen off the arm rests and you'll scratch your skin on them. And I won't speculate on what stained the seat. Oh yea... check out the side table (see photos). Completely rotting away. The TV remote barely works. The AC sounds like it belongs in Nascar engine. The toilet refuses to flush without a healthy dose of wishful thinking. I've been staying at Aloft Hotels for years. But this level of disrespect to guests is unacceptable. UPGRADE AND RENOVATE THIS HOTEL! On the positive, the staff is on point. And there was breakfast available on a holiday so that was good and pretty tasty too. In the meantime, travelers... avoid this place.

I don’t even know where to start. The property looks nice enough from the outside however, when you walk in it’s dated and very dirty. The floors are stained in the hallways and in the rooms. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and the floors don’t look like they’ve ever seen a vacuum. Our first room smelled like mildew and the linens had not been changed from the previous guest. Our second room was even worse. It also smelled like mildew and it was filthy. There was hair in our linens, the mattress was soiled, the floor was dirty, and there was hair on the shower floor and walls. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the coffee packets next to the coffee pot had been opened. Not that I would dare using the coffee pot here. It looked like the only thing the cleaning staff bothered to do was make the bed. Since we had already changed rooms once we decided to suck it up and get some rest, unfortunately that didn’t last long. Upon turning the lights off we noticed light shining into our room from a vent on the wall. It was a little creepy that light from the room next to us was coming into our room. At 11:30 at night we packed up and decided to make the 10 hr drive home. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! The owner, A Loft, and Marriott should be ashamed to charge $165 per night for a room here. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff we encountered was nice.

Was great location however not the best Aloft I’ve stayed. Lobby is typical and nice but the rooms could use a bit of updating to complete the full Aloft experience and expectation. We had to switch rooms after a leak from room above. Staff was pleasant and polite and accommodating. Other than that it was good. I would consider staying again primarily because I like Alofts and the staff here were all great my entire stay.

Fire alarm showed false alarm for the whole night. I had to change the room. In addition, house keeping are extremely noisy and talking all the time starting from 8am. And the rooms are noisy too, I can hear what next room said.

The hotel and staff were nice. The room has seen better days. It was clean but there were corners of the shower door that appeared rusted. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. It just needs a little attention to detail on what could be maintained better.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were full of smiles and very helpful with anything that I needed! My flight arrived early and I was still able to do an early check in. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Teki at the front desk was very friendly! Along with all the other staff! I definitely recommend.

The receptionist that works at night is terrible and aggressive . She screamed at me for requesting a soap cause there was no soap in the room and she screamed at me for asking to switch rooms cause the we was not working and did not give me the opportunity to switch the room and move my kids and pick up our stuff the next day since it was 3 am after midnight . Found eye lashes on the floor which mean room was not cleaned , broken tiles scratched floors broken blinded and even the bed linens had stains and cuts . Not a regular Bonvoy hotel .

When I arrived the check in person gave me a key to the wrong room. My bathroom was dirty, I had my iron exchanged 3 times and still didn’t work, my tv did not work and the phone that was in my room was just for decoration ( did not work)

The entire experience was amazing! The staff, especially the manager was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my cousin and I had a terrific birthday weekend trip. We were shown top tier service. The room was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and even told us placing to visit. Very great hotel.

We pulled into the parking garage in broad daylight, around 4:00pm, to check in. There was a old run down car blocking one of the entrance lanes. The trunk was open and three males were standing at the back, organizing all of their drug and narcotics selection. It was blatantly obvious they were setting up to make a sale. We quickly moved past them and went to a higher level of the garage. Unfortunately, we would have to walk past them to go into the MAIN FRONT entrance of the hotel. I decided I would try to sneak a photo and call Houston Police. But by the time we parked and rode the elevator down, they must have completed their sale, and they were gone. Where was the hotel staff? Where are the security cameras!? This was NOT the first time these people had setup and done this……beware of this location.

It was not worth the money there’s no restaurant no real breakfast. I was mediocre at best. It’s far too many hotels and then Houston area for the same price that are much nicer. I did get a very early check-in so for that reason I really appreciate the staff when it’s likely because they weren’t very booked.

I booked my room plus breakfast thinking that it would be a mini buffet (for the price) but it was a menu with just a few options that was cheaper than the price I got when I booked. In the other hand even I was on the 10 floor, it was really noisy

This location is about 45 minutes way from Hobby airport in traffic around 20 without. Staff was the best Staff a hotel could ask for. First room, was completely dirty with exception of beds being made which makes anyone think. There was NOT just spit on the walls in the bathroom it was a big loogey with what looked like snot/mucus. Hair on floor. Shampoo conditioner and body wash bottles were empty on arrival but didn’t notice until use. I made them aware and they quickly and promptly replaced. I. honestly could not say anything better about the staff, likely the best staff I’ve had in hundreds and hundreds of hotels. Location was great. Food was good. Ambiance was great. Clean grounds. Smaller pool but no one was in there. Workout center was clean. Thank you again to the staff.
