Comfort Inn Stillwater near University

Staff was very nice. AC in room was great.

The hotel is and has been for over 1 year to my knowledge being renovated. This year was better as far as the mold being present but still under heavy contruction. Most of the hotel is not usable. They are doing an okay job putting up plastic in some areas. The smell of daytime priming, painting and just overall rehab was strong. We stayed for 5 nights on business. The breakfast was pointless. Pool is empty. There was a washer and dryer on my floor. That did come handy but the ice machine next to it had obviously been leaking for some time bc the smell was strong and made me sneeze. Last year I drove home and got our camper for our business trip, this year we stayed there. Next year I will choose a different hotel. I can see they are trying and the price reflects that but for me it just still wasn't a good fit. Also there is a heavy presents of people living there and some of them look pretty rough. I worried about our tools some. Nothing was bothered but it gives off that kind of feel.

No one let me know the property was under construction. I could not stay there once I saw the conditions . No air conditioning in common areas and it was 107 degrees outside. I really want a refund after having to go to another rental property.

It is under remodel. Ac didn’t work very well.

Currently under construction. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Roach crawled on my headboard. On the positive side the staff was nice. Maybe better when they're done cleaning and remodeling.
