Staff was friendly, check in and check out was quick and simple. Rooms were very clean, the breakfast offerings were varied and good. The only issue was there were constant problems with the elevators; first one elevator was out of service. The day after it was fixed, the other elevator was out of service.

I had a king suite and was actually blown away with how nice my room was and the breakfast was really good. Pool patio area was really nice and species Gave 4 stars because the pool was closed during my stay but the pool area looked really nice and that's why i chose this hotel but like i said it was closed. Would've been 5 stars if pool was open

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The girl went out of her way to find us a room with a pool view which I requested but she didn’t mention their pool on site was closed! Other than that the stay was good. The breakfast had a lot of good options.

This Hampton Inn at Homestead was a disappointment. We’ve been Hilton rewards members since before Covid. This hotel looked new inside but cheaply made. The shower had hairs in it and so did the towel. Grosss! Beds felt less quality also. We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express here in Florida and we loved it way more than this Hampton. Disappointed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The tub was clogged hair in the drain. It would puddle up with water. Nasty!!! You need more options on creamer only had half and half with sugar packs. Breakfast was huh only plain cereal, eggs were dry. Other hotels have a bigger variety of food and I have stayed at many Hampton Inn and one of the worst ones. Don’t think I will be back.

Location is perfect. Front desk personnel were awesome and the housekeeper Eva was the best. Pool and common areas were super clean and beautiful. Room and towels were super clean. Bed super comfortable and pillows were the best. Love Hampton Inn and Suites ❤️

Tv did not work, toilet kept flushing its self, room smells like smoke, second room body hair on bathroom floor, hair lodged in towels. Will not return or recommend.

Top-notch staff! Everyone was so friendly. The room was HUGE! I loved having the extra room to move around. It was probably double the size of a normal hotel room, with plenty of counter space by the sink/mini-fridge/microwave to lay out all your necessities.

We arrived at the room, to a very hot room, even after a shower we were sweating. Stayed for 8 nights, on last night hotel had a false alarm go off throughout the whole hotel, at 3 am and thru the whole morning up until 7:45 am. Left the hotel restless, and very upset.

Stayed for 1 night, could not fault the room, staff or breakfast, but we stayed on the second floor and there was a loud grinding/buzzing noise every few minutes even right through the night, didn’t get much sleep, it was so annoying, we have stayed here before so didn’t read the recent reviews or we would have seen that this has been mentioned by other customers and nothing has been done about it for the last few months.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise in our ceiling. We arrived at 1am so we couldn't deal with it that night. It was a loud, fast, tapping sound that occurred at uneven intervals. Every 1 -5 minutes. They did offer to move us but we were attending a wedding so no time. We were in room 206.

Eveything was okay, other than the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were deflated air. 2nd time staying in a Hampton hotel with poor beds. Seems this chain is going down hill on quality.

The bathroom door did not fully close; the breakfast options were not good - sugar coated cereals only, 'sausage' that was really hot dogs Sliced into disks, eggs were powdered, potatoes were cold, other options very high sugar - terrible tasting and terribly unhealthy. We ended up going out for breakfast since it was inedible.

It was very disappointing to breakfast service on disposable plates, cups, utensils - cheap and so wasteful and polluting. Then to add insult to injury, the food options were terrible - cereals were all kiddie, sugary choices: fruit loops, coco puffs, etc., sugary muffins, powdered eggs, fake looking so-called sausages,...so bad we couldn't eat it.

The hotel was wonderful and almost everything you'd expect from a Hampton. The reason I took two stars off for property condition and facilities was because the juice machine was down for our four day stay, so during breakfast, the only thing to drink was white milk. Also, the pool was closed because it needed maintenance, which is understandable from time to time, but I never once saw them working on it, and that made the closure more frustrating. Granted, they could have been waiting for a part, but I still missed being able to swim in the pool. The hotel common areas and the room were very clean though, and the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions you had, even if it was simply pointing you in the right direction. It was also quiet and peaceful.

Upon check in it was revealed that the pool was out of service which was the main reason for booking this hotel. The breakfast was not that good and did not have many options and the muffins were freezer burnt. Also the cheese that was offered for the eggs had mold in it. I told the staff and they did take it off the bar after being notified but it should not have been there in the first place. The beds were very uncomfortable! The pros are that the front desk staff were all very nice and helpful.

Stayed two nights as part of a longer trip. Used the hotel as home base to visit key landmarks in the area. Breakfast was great, clean room, comfortable for both nights. Safe area with plenty of parking. We used the pool and it was nice to have a chance to cool down.
