For the most part, we had a peaceful stay. There was one night when there was a party up above us and I had to complain to the desk, but they took care of it. Lots of good restaurants around shopping centers were closed. We love the facilities. they had a nice pool. 👍

The beds were not very comfortable unfortunately and the pool was absolutely freezing cold being it was 80 degrees I’d think it wouldn’t feel like a cold plunge ice bath!

Hotel is older; however, a nice property. The property has a bar. Do not go to it! We went during happy hour and ordered two rum and cokes. They made the drinks in a juice glass, poured the soda first and the liquor on top, and charged us for a double shot. The bartender did not ask if we wanted a double shot and the glass was not large enough for a double shot. The bartender and the helper got into a discussion about the price of the drinks. The bartender said that during happy hour they did not charge for double shots and the helper charged. Anyway, it didn’t matter because the glass was not large enough. We paid over $26 for two small drinks. I will not stay at this hotel again because I feel like I was taking advantage of.

We stayed for two nights. The place is very clean and with a very nice smell all over the property. The beds were very good, not so much for the pillows; at least not to our comfort. Bathrooms very clean, although (at least in our room, needs a little maintenance. The toilet seat was loose and one of the hinges of the glass door shower was completely loose making it impossible for the door to completely close; therefore water would get out to the floor. For this reason I gave it a four out of five star as an overall.

I was very impressed of the hospitality and cleanliness of this hotel. It smell great when you walk in through the lobby doors and the room smell freshly cleaned. No damp or muggy smells. Great Ok w do recommend the stay her!!

I really liked this spot. The property was clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only complaints are the rooms ran hot (AC at 65 and still too hot) and no complimentary lobby coffee. They do have a Starbucks but I’m not a fan of overpriced coffee. I would stay here again.

Definitely a great price for staying in a very nice facility. Room was clean, spacious, modern. The only issue was a noisy AC unit in our particular room. It sounded like wind blowing thru the room everytime it kicked on.

I really was surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price we paid. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels in the area that were disgusting and old and looked nothing like the pics. This hotel was really nice the only two things that didn’t allow me to give it 10/10 were the qualities of the pillow, I have stiff neck so if you’re like me, who needs comfy pillows just bring your own. Also the room we stayed in had motion sensor lights that turned on every time we got up to use the bathroom middle of the night. They need to take that off, it woke up my baby every single time. I asked if they could stop it and told me they couldn’t. But other than those two things, I’ll be returning.

The service and courtesy of the staff was exemplary. In addition to their overall courtesy while there, I left a good blouse there and when I called they very efficiently and politely found it and made arrangements to ship it to me. Thanks to Glen at front desk for prompt follow-up!!!!

Front desk was very kind and helpful, offered ice water and cookies for the kids. Pool was nice after a long day at the Everglades national park. Rooms and lobby where clean. Great short stay before continuing our vacation elsewhere.

Staff was not welcoming at all , all they were concerned about is receiving payment, my room was old and patches everywhere. Messed up payment transaction would not reverse charges Need staff that can speak fluent English . Horrible would not recommend

I have been a Marriott Customer for over thirty years and almost always have a good experience at their hotels. This stay was brief, but unacceptable. I was not recognized as a Platinum Elite customer when I arrived, nor was I offered points or a gift. My profile suggests that I require a lower floor. I was put on the top floor, and I always get 2 to 3 extra pillows (I cannot lay flat in a bed due to a handicap) and no pillows were delivered, even after I asked for them. In addition, the shower valve did not work correctly and was way too hot to take a shower. Overall, this was not a good experience at all.

I had a nice stay. Breakfast is not included but I got a nice eggs-coffee breakfast in the 1st floor dining room for a reasonable price. The room A/C was good but the hallways are not A/C'd and they were very humid. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

The bistro food was not that good and too expensive for the portions plus not that many healthy options and it was hard to get anyone at the bistro to help you or answer questions regarding the food. Besides that everything else at this property was excellent.

I like that the property was well maintained, designed uniquely, and the room sizes are excellent. I also liked the hotel's location. I did not like that the bathroom was a bit dated and the faucet squeaked when you turn it in. I did not like that breakfast was not included. There is a Bistro on the main floor that you can buy food but I think the food they sold was overpriced.
