We chose this location specifically because of the pool that was advertised. Once we got to the property my husband, my 8 year old daughter, and myself dressed in our swimsuits and went downstairs to the pool. We were VERY disappointed to see it was closed. The front desk was pretty unapologetic with the situation as well. It ruined my daughters day as this is the whole reason she likes to go out of town and stay at hotels.

It was clean, safe and well equipped hotel. Close to highway but $5.00 to park car nightly, beds were very uncomfortable and they only cleaned the bathroom after the third night. Traffic noise at night in the room due to the close proximity to the highway.

Hotel was having work done in the lobby, but it was still great! Bed was very comfortable, room clean and breakfast buffet good. Everything anyone could ask for during a road trip.

During my stay th fridge didn\'t get cold and my coffee majer wasnt working. I called and reported but I never got hot coffee. I also had to clean the shower before used it bc pink stuff was growing in the cornea and on the shower head. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub being closed. Which is the only reason I booked this room. "Covid restrictions" is why its closed. Shouldn\'t you remove that anemity until jts open. I literally needed that hot tub my body was sore. I don\'t really know how this hotel was rated as high as it is.

Nice and clean lobby.. Staff was attentive and pleasant.... However they had these dehumidifier machines that were hooked up to these long hoses. The machine was completely blocking the exit out to the patio and as a result, I couldn't go out there. Plus the machines were leaking water onto the floor and somebody could easily trip and fall over tbe hoses. My room had not been cleaned the first 3 days I was there. I had to go to the front desk and complain before they sent somebody.

Our stay was perfect! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccably clean rooms and amazing amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back!

The check in/check out staff were so kind. Hotel was super clean. Stayed here for 1 night to see a concert at Bon Secours and it was perfect for that. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Greenville. Tons of restaurants & shops close by. Bed was super comfy! Would definitely come back for a stay here!!!

The bathtub was stopped up. The shower watwr kept turning off. This place so unclean that when I used the white rag to wipe down counters in the room, it was so dirty, that it looked like it was not clean. There was other people hair strings everywhere. I will never stay here again. The dirtiest, filthiest hotel I ever stayed in. Could not get checkout receipt from hotel, even though I always am able to at any hotel using third party.

I'm a Hilton Honors member and booked a king room because I am in a boot post-surgery and needed space to protect it from being hit accidentally by my husband when I slept. When we checked in at 6:30pm, they said they were "out of king rooms" so they had changed my reservation to 2 queens and "was that ok?" As if I had any choice. The property was alright but there are many signs of wear and age--the linens were snagged and piling and there are scuff marks all over the walls and other signs of wear that need attention. I was really frustrated about their running out of room types that were specifically reserved in advance, especially being a Hilton Honors member myself. I won't be staying here again.

This hotel was definitely clean & the staff were friendly & helpful. I am giving it a bad rating due to the beds. First, I requested a king bed & got 2 queens. The beds were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! (I tried both of them). They squeaked & creaked loudly any time I moved. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. When you pull back the covers, you could see the formation of the springs. You could definitely feel the springs as well…there was no cushion or comfort on the bed. It felt like I was sleeping on top of just the box springs. Also, $16 for breakfast there is just absolutely ridiculous.

The major disappointment was the noise from the AC . It was loud and rattled preventing a good night's sleep. As for sleeping, the bed was on a platform and one side of the bed felt like I could possibly slide off it. The breakfast items that were supposed to be hot, were cold from the eggs and bacon to the oatmeal. Not happy with the breakfast.

There was no body wash in the room. Also upon checking in we were told about breakfast and we had it available for us but the next morning when we went downstairs we were told we did not have breakfast signed off and it was a extra 15.95 per person. The overall hotel is not bad it’s just some miscommunication for me that had our stay fall short.

I rented two rooms. They did not have a handicapped accessible room available for my aunt. She is 4’11” and 82 years old so she had difficulty that the bed was too high and the toilet was too low. Her room, 404, also had ants in it. Everything in my room was fabulous.

The person who checked us in was outstanding and extraordinary, however Sophia and Rowan we're disrespectful, rude, and overall intolerable. In my lifetime, no one has ever disrespected my wife, and these 2 both managed to do that very thing the same very night that they told us that we were evicted and to just leave, get out. Never have I ever even stood for a moment of somebody disrespecting my wife. The nerve, i do, in fact, plan on writing a letter.

We booked one night stay through Expedia. We had to push the reservation one night because of the storms (extenuating circumstances) in South Carolina. Expedia contacted the hotel and arranged to change our one-night reservation without penalty. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist (Jay) did not want to look at our Expedia updated reservation. He said “I do not need to see that. Our policy is not to accept changes from third party vendors (Expedia)”. His attitude was dismissive and aggravated the situation. What I would have expected is hospitality. Something like “We are sorry that you had to delay your travels because of the storms. I cannot see the updated reservation from Expedia in my system, but let me see what I can do.”

We were stuck in traffic so we had to find somewhere to stay for the night. The hotel looked brand new and nice… but the staff was rude. The front desk had an attitude any time I asked a question and they were having loud conversations with each other and seemed annoyed to be interrupted. We were sad about this since that’s not how it usually is staying in a Hilton.

Quiet and clean, right off the highway and perfect for a one night stop. The only complaint is that every time one of us moved in bed, it creaked and we could hear our son moving around in his bed too. But otherwise great.
