Excellent stay, but do not be fooled by the Expedia description. It is not a big hotel with a Banquet Hall, Bar & Restaurant. 1 unused beer pump next to reception, they sell canned beer and wine and crisps to take up to your room. The restaurant i assume is the breakfast area in the basement, no other food served. It DOES have a glass lift built on the back of the building, so again wrong information, this took us up to the 6th Floor (the top) so not 4 Floors. 6 rooms on the top floor. We had a stunning view over Charles Bridge and the City and room was very clean, warm and quiet. The gentleman hotel receptionist was very kind and informative. The breakfast lady worked like a trojan to keep stocks up as other nationality guests quickly put large volumes of food in their bags for later??? Would definitley return as our stay was not hindered by our misconception of what we had booked, Stunning furniture in the room and common area out in the hallway, very very nice.

Reception area furnitures are dusty but room is clean & big enough for the three of us. For seniors like us with heavy luggage lift (old bldg) is inconvenient but Paul stayed up late waited for us due to train delayed on arrival & helped us to carry our luggage to the 4th flr room. He is nice & helpful. Thank you so much.

I believe the Expedia posting of this facility is misleading. There is NO on location parking. The nearest parking is a city garage .7 kilometers away and costs guests ~$32.00 US per day. Additionally, the staff, in particular a young lady at the front desk was Less than enthusiastic about our arrival. She didn’t smile, not one. Frankly, she could have cared less when I raised the point regarding no parking. Disappointing

No laundry or laundry service, heater is not working, receptionist is not 24 hrs. No coffee nor complimentart water in the room, lift/ elevator only goes half way ( goodluck if you have heavy luggage coz you will need to drag it up/down stairs, they use regular key everywhere Its very hard to open the wooden gate. The only pro is Its walking distance to charles bridge, clock and most tourist spots.

We weren’t told that the elevators didn’t go to our floor. We had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to our room and the hotel did not provide assistance. But room was comfortable and the staff was helpful otherwise. They lent us an electricity converter when we discovered we brought the wrong one. The location was good - in Old Town but far enough off the busiest streets so quiet enough to sleep,

The room was like we wanted, alittle bit old interior and cozy. But the bathroom had a smell when we arrived, its had this sewer smell, and we thought the smell would disapear when we opened up the window though, but we figured out it came from the shower drain. When we told the receptionist he said that hiusekeeping would come and out something down the drain, but when we came back later the smell was still there, and still no service from the receptionist, hall he did was sitt behind the desk and have his airpods in his ears. Would not recommend this hotel

Dirty…! The room was not what you expect of a four star hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were very old and stained and in parts dirty. The shower room was dirty and mouldy around the very small shower inside and out. The safe did not work and you could unlock it putting 6 6s!!! I don’t know how this hotel gets 4 stars as it has no restaurant or bar even though it advertises one. Breakfast is a joke and staff are only on site till 9pm The room opposite to ours has a major water leak with water pouring through the ceiling. The other guest could not contact anyone… i wonder what would happen if there was a fire… The only good thing about this place is the location… but that has drawbacks as it can be quite noisy till the early hours

The man at the front desk that check us in was beyond nice! We forgot our adapter and he let us borrow one! Super easy check in process. Please keep in mind there is no elevator for your luggage. Thankfully we were on the first floor. My complaint is about the room - there was mold in the shower, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the sheets were not clean. While it is in a great spot, for the price, I wouldn’t stay again just based on cleanliness

The layout is horrible. The location is fantastic. The bathroom shower is literally moldy. The room had a foul odor. There was no free breakfast, listing needs to reflect that. You only get one key so if you are with friends you must plan on being together or someone waking up and coming to get you, as there is no reception after 10pm.

Nice staff, okay cost and close to city center with plenty of places to eat and check out However, the clenliness was awful. Mold in the shower, dirty shower head. We found different kinds of nuts under the bed. The bed was like sleaping on carboard. Otherwise the room was good enough

The room that they gave me had the carpet wet and the smell was disgusting. I couldn't sleep in 3 nights and they didn't change the room. Also it was too many dust and Im allergic so i suffer a lot.

The room was beautiful and spacious with a nice view of Prague’s rooftops. The breakfast was bad, very basic. Though they did have eggs. The location is central BUT loud because it’s near a bar (Irish pub so loud drunk Brits).

This is a lower/mid range hotel in a central part of Old Town, pretty quiet but minutes from the Charles bridge. I loved the decor and the view from my room on the top floor. The breakfast was pretty straightforward - scrambled eggs, sausage, choice of breads, cheese, salami, salad, yoghurt, jams and fruit - it was good. Although the street is quiet it is in the touristy part of town so if you don’t want to be around lots of bars and tourist shops you might want to look elsewhere but I was only there for two days so it was very convenient. Having said that the Prague bus system is great and easy to use so staying a bit further out would also have worked fine. Overall though I was happy with my stay.

The location was great but the hotel was very dated. The mattresses in room 44 dipped in the middle and the pillows were very very old and saggy. I even turned the mattresses around myself and remade the beds to see if that helped… it didn’t

The room was too small for the amount of furniture in it, the door handle to the bathroom would constantly fall off and there was construction noise right outside and loud noises coming from the inside the hotel at the early hours of the day (6:30am).

This is a lovely hotel. Was disappointed that even though the listing said it had a/c, the staff said it had not been turned on for the season yet. Being on a higher floor I was able to open the window and let the room cool down before going to bed. Otherwise, this was a wonderful stay.

We arranged with the hotel for our late arrival but we were abundant in the street at 12pm midnight with no staff around to handle our room keys. We had to find another hotel room and paid €270 for few hours so our 11 year old son could sleep. We asked for one night refund and the hotel rejected. They claimed they sent an email to let us know about the safe box and the keys but I received it one day after our arrival which was too late. Extremely disappointed!

Dåligt: Rummet var inte så fräscht, kunde varit bättre städat. Det var en stor glipa i dörren till rummet, det var väldigt lyhört och inredningen kändes väldigt billig. Dåligt sug i avloppet och proppen i badkaret fungerade inte. Saknade schampo och balsam, kaffe och te. Bra: Lokaliserat i ett ganska lugnt område mitt i gamla stan, så det var nära till allt vilket var otroligt smidigt. Fin utsikt mot pragborgen från rummet. En relativt stor liten kyl och safe fanns i rummet. Bra pris.

Great location. Right around the corner from the Charles Bridge. Quick walk to most major attractions and public transportation nearby as well. Friendly and helpful staff. The area gets very busy on the weekend, but in my room I was not disturbed by the noise.

Perfect property for exploring the Old Town as the main square is about a 4 minute walk and there are some good restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. I arrived late due to a delayed flight but the staff were great and gave me instructions on how to get in. The room was comfy. The WiFi was fast enough for work calls. The bathroom could do with some new towels and a more thorough scrub before guests arrive but overall it was a great stay.
