SpringHill Suites Miami Downtown/Medical Center

The ice machine on our floor did not work. The staff at the reception was OK. Not very welcoming at all and we dealt with at least 5 different people for the three days there. Parking was good but expensive. Bed was nice. Windows need to be washed! Could not even see out of them very well they were so clouded over.

Room was clean. Staff was nice.

Dry good breakfast room had a odor not nice tried another both same odor accessible rooms smelly

Room was very clean the staff was very helpful and friendly but if you are taking a cruise they do not offer a shuttle they give you a card for this place to call but there prices are outrageous very expensive we just called a uber the food they have for dinner is very disgusting not good at all so definitely go somewhere else the breakfast is ok

Great staff and good location for hospital visits. Rooms were old and musty but for the proximity to the hospital and access to parking, I would stay here again. And they gave us a voucher for a drink at their bar which I enjoyed.
