Took the kids there before dinner. Was okay , we had to clean the pool with the net because it had stuff in it and there were no towels (there was a bin for clean towels). Others than that it was great , we enjoyed the breakfast, wish it was a tad bit earlier considering we had a game to get the kids to by 7:15.

The Room and Lobby were very clean and smelled great. The staff was incredibly friendly and interacted with us everyday. One of the issues we faced was the pool was dirty most of the times we went with bugs and debris on the surface and bottom. It also made your skin feel slimy at times. There is no umbrellas at the tables to keep you out of the Florida Sun which definitely limits the pool activities. We went a couple of times and there were NO pool towels available. We also use the Fitness Room including the treadmill and Eliptical. The treadmill was very poorly maintained especially the rust issues on the rollers and lack of belt lubrication. This room was also extremely hot and humid especially with multiple users. It could definitely use some sort of Fan or better ventilation. If the issues were corrected we would definitely stay here again

When we arrived I wanted to upgrade to a suite which was available but I booked through Expedia only because it was less expensive so we couldn’t upgrade. The hot tub was warm not hot. The breakfast was not managed well. Lots of things were empty. I asked for check out at noon but the new staff didn’t see it. The rang my phone and knocked on the door. The only elevator was super slow. I will not recommend it or stay there again.

We were given a room that smelled like a rental car that had been smoked in for years.. worse, they tried to cover by ozium spray that made it intolerable. The room needs to be stripped, refurnished and repainted.

My only complaint is the room smelt a little bit like pee. Like maybe someone with the dog stayed there and it wasn’t trained and it peed everywhere and they tried to shampoo it up or maybe a person had a bladder issue and peed everywhere and they tried to shampoo it and clean it up but you smell it right when you walk in the room And the AC doesn’t make it go away . But the room was big and spacious and the people were so nice and accommodating and the breakfast was so good that I really didn’t want to complain about this little kind of silly thing because once you’re in the room for a while you get used to the piss smell it’s like just when you leave and come back you could smell it which is sad because they’re new beautiful rooms.

There were bugs in the bed and bathroom! I reported it, they saw it and took pics, but would NOT refund my money even though there were no other rooms available. They said they would spray bug spray and change the sheets only, but refused to refund the cost of the stat even though I checked out.

The pool and spa was nice! Breakfast buffet was great variety, hot and cold items. The worst thing was the ants in our bathroom and they told us they could not change our room, nor really offer any way to help. They might need to have ant repellent traps set up in the bathroom, so the ants can take it back to their colony and be gone for good. I would have gladly spent $308 for two nights if there were no ants but I think that’s way over priced to sleep with ants in the same room…

Walls seemed a bit thin. We were in an adjoining room but didn’t want one not sure if they are all adjoining or not. TV was big. Bed/pillows were first class. Free breakfast was ok. Eggs seemed like they were powdered eggs. Bacon and has browns and all the expected breads. Coffee was very weak. They had pancakes.

We requested early check in and was in our room earlier than requested that was great. The check in staff was great, checkout was fast and simple. Forgot toothbrush and razor and the front desk supplied us with these items that was very helpful. Our stay was very nice and comfortable, and a very nice breakfast buffet was offered.

Overall it was an OK stay, but the no CARE attitude of the Hotel staff to comply and resolve a customer request to have housekeeping do a full room service was not done. Apparently the staff idea of housekeeping is to replace the bathroom towels and remove trash ONLY, it does not include any form of cleaning, Countertops, Bathtub, Toilet and Bathroom floor were not cleaned, Carpet was not vacuum and what really top it all was that maid did not even did the beds. I ask the maid the was in my floor to at least refresh the bedding and her response was " we are short in personnel and this is all we can do" you have to go to the front Desk and tell them. I did go to the front desk and once again I askes the clerk to have my room service, her response was that I had to have requested the service, into which I had done so when I checked-in. The Front Desk Clerk talked to the Housekeeping Manager and was told to tell me that house keeping was closed for the day and that the housekeeping staff had all gone home and that there was nothing they could do to resolved this very simple request which is what housekeeping is supposed to do (clean rooms to make guests comfortable), I can very well understand if all this would have happened after hours, but all this happened at around 3;00 PM on Friday 1/6 2023 while the house keeping staff where still in the floor hallways I realized that I was getting nowhere with the front desk clerk I asked to speak to the GM. but was not in premises.

My family and I had a pretty good stay. My daughter got sick and we needed clean sheets and a clean comforter. We were told by the front desk that they don’t have access to the comforters, and that room service leaves at a certain time. The front desk was able to provide a think blanket.

The Holiday Inn Express we typically use was booked, so we chose this property which was also convenient to our son’s school. From photos it appeared to be an equally nice property and it was clean with a nicely appointed room. Sadly, upon check in we waited over 10 minutes for someone to appear at the desk and were third in line. The man in front of us used his cell to call the desk, which brought someone to the desk. The other patron had been alternately phoning the desk and waiting at the desk, knocking on the office door. When the clerk arrived, she told the one gentleman she’d been with his wife and would switch his room after she investigated the options. It was difficult to believe she had been with her the entire half hour he’d been attempting to find her. When she got to us, she refused to link our IHG number to our stay as we’d used Expedia but this has never been an issue at any property we book through Expedia and in fact, the prior weekend the other property mentioned above not only linked the reservation to our IHG number, they wrote it down so we’d be able to link it in the future. Despite telling her that, she said it varies from hotel to hotel and this particular hotel can’t do that. She then said however that we were not going to be charged for parking. Given that “free parking” is clearly listed as an amenity, this didn’t strike us as a bonus. The neighborhood is loud, with audible screaming. Breakfast options were limited, which is atypical.

PLEASE remove the tree blocking the hotel sign. I drove past the hotel a few times before I finally saw the sign. Aside from that the hotel is outstanding! The breakfast was bar none. The sheets were soft as silk. The remote control should be replaced. It’s very difficult to figure out let alone operate.

This property was right off the I-95. The parking was well lit and the hotel in very good condition. I have been travelling across the US from Canada doing some site seeing along the way and have stayed in a Quailty Inn, Red Roof Inn and Best Western and this hotel by far had the best breakfast. The two women attending had a well prepared and stocked breakfast. I’d recommend for this alone.

Day was horrible. The breakfast in the morning was at 6 o’clock to 9 o’clock and I went to eat it at 6:30 and it’s still closed won’t ever go there again don’t waste your time. The room was dirty just an hour Disgusting experience.
