I chose this property because it said that it had tesla chargers. When I got here, I was informed that they do not work. Very disappointed about that. I would have chosen a hotel closer to where I needed to be had I known.

The toilet didn’t flush properly, the pool was not clean and pool furniture was horrible and very cheap. Sink was very slow. We have stayed at many Comfort Suites, will never again. Staff was very nice at least, so disappointed

The room overall was fine and clean but the odor of must and or mold was awful. Woke up both mornings with a headache and very sore throat. I went out and purchased 4 odorizes and a scented spray canto help, but I could not get rid of the smell.

Cleanliness was less than desirable. I had to wipe down clearly smudged and dirty surfaces in our room, including the shower walls, something caked onto the toilet seat, and smudged tables. Hotel was in nice condition but probably wouldnt stay here based on lack of cleanliness.

There were bugs in the bathroom and found in clean beds. As well as a dirt sock bedding pillows at check in. Maintenance did rush to clean and helpful but the issue continued whole stay. When spoke to front desk not helpful at all especially evening staff.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly, but the hotel itself was dirty and looks to be the result of deferred maintenance. I walked into my hotel room and lifted the toilet seat to use the restroom and discovered someone else else’s diarrhea splatter on the underside of the seat. My hotel room had rust on all the metal finishes, the bathroom door was warped and the room just seemed dingy. I like the Comfort Suites brand as a hole, but this falls below their standard.

The property looks nice. However our room was clearly not cleaned. The bedding was fresh but the bathroom had not been touched. Mirror had spots all over it and the tub had hair in it. Not a little either. I had to clean the toilet before using it. The room carpet was dirty and overall not clean. The staff was dutiful but not very friendly. The breakfast offered was not put out until very late. We ended up eating on the road since they weren’t prepared at 7:30am to provide anything including no coffee. Not worth the price at all.

I cannot fathom how this place has 8.4 stars. I’ve had cleaner better stays at Motel 6. Holes kicked in doors, sections of carpet missing, holes and damage in the walls, chipped paint, bathroom smelled mildewy and nasty, TV didn’t work, light bulbs mismatched and different types (some daylight, some 4K White, some were LED and some were Fluorescent which take time to warm up). Walls were thin, could hear the next room and the freeway very loudly. The window shades were clunky and didn’t cover the windows. Overall really poor quality for what we paid. The lobby was clean, staff was nice. Front desk was great no complaints there.

My stay here was of very good quality. Continental breakfast had decent choices, though for a few days, I ate at more established diners. My room was pretty clean, although they should have had housekeeping clean it at least a couple of more times during my stay. The wi-fi was excellent and I could easily use my laptop and tablet much better than at a certain other hotel which had non-existent wi-fi. My only issue was with the TV service. While it had many of the streaming services that I typically use (like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video) it had none of the major cable channels (like ESPN, TBS, TNT, and USA). My overall score is 80 out of 100.

We were there to attend high school wrestling regionals. The room was huge, with a separate bedroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable with clean crisp sheets and great pillows.

Too close to the Interstate. Our room faced it and we heard traffic all night. Be sure to get a room in the back. TV has issues. Remote missing, TV needed to be reset. Breakfast was great. Staff was very nice. Our room was clean and the bathroom was great. We were assigned a handicapped room for some reason.

The hotel was right off the highway and just down the street to where our family lives, who we were visiting, closed to shopping and dining. We had a problem with the shower the first day but it was fixed asap, the only issue was the wall heater/ac system, it was too loud and would not shut off, had to buy earplugs to try to get some sleep. Overall a good experience.

Our room was surprisingly large...foyer, bathroom, living room, bedroom. There is some road noise that could be heard along with AC blower, although AC was not that bad. Beds were comfy but pillows were very thick for my preference.

My stay was the best stay I've had at a hotel in years. You definitely set the standard for customer satisfaction. From check-in to check-out was very easy. The front desk staff was very accommodating. I needed a key to be ready for my friend that was coming in the middle of the night from a 31/2 hour drive after getting off a flight from New York. I believe Warren was working that night and assured me that he will make sure my friend gets the key and he did. I also had a package delivered that night as well and the front desk staff held in on to it and made sure that I got it when I checked out. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you for treating me like a person and not just a number. I will definitely use this hotel again no matter where I go.

It was fine. Nothing spectacular but didn’t expect much for the price. Coin laundry was convenient. It was significantly understaffed for how many large parties they had checking in so check in process was painful, but beyond that, it did the job.

I couldn’t get help from the front desk for sheets for the couch for my kids! I called I walked down no one was helping me. The sheets were dirty when I arrived and the front desk lady when I checked in had a problem with a previous customer and took her attitude out on us with smart comments. I will not be back to this location ever.

Staff was awesome not only did the greet me with a smile , but I watched them great every person and it was genuine. Buffet stocker kept things stocked and was nice. I would recommend for a clean friendly basic place to stay.

The room was okay, could have used some updating and more cleaning. The bathroom was not the cleanest. Had to ask for sheets and things for the sofa bed, which was okay but she seemed surprised we even asked. We made a reservation for 3 people in a long room with a sofa bed. The fridge barely worked, the hair dryer blew the breaker ever time you used it. The breakfasts were not good, rubbery eggs and meat. Most of the other stuff was gone from local workers and not replenished. The power also kept going out so the toaster and waffle make didn't work. The pool was only open dusk to dawn, my grandson would have liked to swim when we got back from activity. 8 was early for a pool closing. The plus side....all the staff was super friendly.

Ran out of breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings. Had odor that smelled like pot thru out hotel. Traffic around hotel was horrendous. Previously stayed at Holiday Inn Express on other side of interstate. Although a little more expensive, much nicer.
