Very clean, easy check in. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and family activities for a quick weekend trip. Great pool also, wish it was warmer to use it right now.

Pool closed to early. When your on the ballfield all day and go eat supper and come back to jump in the pool and cool off and it closes at 9pm. Thats crazy most places close their pools at 10 or 11. Other than that the hotel was good. However there were several ball teams staying there and breakfast didnt keep up. It was slim pickings.

We really enjoyed the amenities the grill pool side made it easy to cook and play. The rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly made for an easy check in and quick check out

Well we were greeted by a raccoon in the pool area, wish I could add pictures because I took a ton! And the breakfast was empty at 8:30am. Other that that the stay was pretty average

Needed a last minute stay when my Vacasa rental was unsanitary and uninhabitable ( whole other review) these guys stepped up and took excellent care of two weary folks. Hotel is clean, parking was safe and easy and tgecstaff was very good,kind and thoughtful. Very good experience overall

It was everything I expected from a Hilton property. I liked that I picked my own room and could use a digital key. The room and public areas were very clean and the staff was friendly.

Bed bugs, came home with severe bites. Thought it was mosquito bites and they've gotten worse with time. Extremely itchy all over my arms and face. My wedding is in a week and now I have to figure out how to take care of these bumps all over my face. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms

The hotel was good, room was comfortable, The only thing was that the carpet had human and dog hair, and the breakfast juices were the worst juice I have ever tasted before.

Room was consumed with ants. There was a smell due to recent flooding.

The size of the space, with larger refrigerator, microwave. Was large enough to stay, if you had to have a extended stay.

We always stay at the home 2. It’s nice to have a room with a full size fridge and dishwasher. We always enjoy our time here.

I stayed at the Home2 near Port Canaveral and it was excellent, so I thought I would stay at the one in Palm Bay; it was a different experience. The worst shower experience ever, the bathroom door slides, you can’t lock the bathroom door; it slides. The phone didn’t work and the room smelled, some of the outlets didn’t work. I would stay there again.

had a gew issues; delayed getting my room and the TV mysteriously stopped working for a few hours, but overall, i might stay here again. the kitchen is very convenient and the room is comfortable.

Everyone from the desk to maintenance was extremely friendly and helpful. The king suite was huge! I would recommend.

We stay here 3 or 4 times a year to visit family and love the hotel. Only thing I wish the rooms had is a regular locking bathroom door .

Loud guests down the hall woke me up the first night. Sounded like someone was kicking on a door and yelling.

The staff, in particular, Joy was fantastic.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk attendant was very nice and greeted us with a smile. The lobby and the surrounding areas were neat, well lit and decorated. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great customer service. The girl that was working that night is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She has great customer service skills and a people person.

The television did not work and the toilet overflowed. I talked to the manager she said there was nothing she could as maintenance was not available at that hour. I should have at least received a discount off the room.

Room was great. Staff was wonderful. Special shout out to Frank the maintenance man who went above and beyond the call of duty for customer service!

The location and hotel were great ! The staff was amazing, kind, friendly helpful, responsive, and extremely hospitable. Truly the best of the best. Our family was in transition for a house purchase. It was truly once of the best decisions I made was to stay at the Home 2 suites. 2 adults, two teenage kids a family dog and cat !

Put some signs up so people can find the entrance to the hotel amidst all that construction. That tiny glass warmer that houses the breakfast needs to be tossed. It’s incredibly ineffective, and when you try to collect your food, you have to struggle to hold the glass door up, while getting the tongs in the tiniest opening, and the food falls out all over the counter bc you’re struggling with what is starting to feel like acrobatics or some contortionist moves. Extreme reaction from me, I admit, but that’s how much that storage container aggravated it. If it was just me struggling, it wouldn’t have been so bad, but a whole bunch of us strangers were forced to help each other out. “Ok I’ll hold the door up, slide your plate under so your plate can catch the bacon that falls out…man just use your fingers and grab the bacon bc those tongs aren’t working out…”

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Home 2 by Hilton. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and easy to talk with. The hotel itself was very clean and easy to get to with lots of dining options close by within walking distance or driving distance. The location of the hotel is great if you want to go to Cocoa Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Melbourne or even take a day trip to Miami or Daytona Beach. The room was clean with a queen size bed and a pull out couch bed that my kids slept on. I would ask for 2 more pillows if you get the queen sized bed in the room as the 2 that come with the bed are not that sufficient in terms of support. If there was one warning I could give, be very careful when stepping into the shower, it's very slippery. I broke the end of my toenail and my wife sprained her ankle. Housekeeping comes every other day to clean the room. The breakfast is good with enough options to keep you satisfied. There are waffles that you can make with their waffle makers, which are delicious. There's coldcereal, hot oatmeal, yogurt, egg omelette with cheese and without, fresh cooked crispy bacon, breakfast samiches, muffins, fruit and I am sure I am missing something but it's a good array of choices. I recommend the fresh made waffles. If I did have one complaint, it would be that they would run out of syrup and whipped whipped cream but I understand why. Checking in was easy and checking out was just as easy. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed two nights. First night we were put in a moldy smelling, humid, warm room. They did move us to a nice comfortable room the next night. Staff was great. The breakfast was below average, it had very little taste.

Everything was in general good, the breakfast needs some improvement.

The room and bedding were very good. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was adequate. Availability of hot water in the bathroom and shower was excellent. The breakfast food quality and selection was not as good as we have seen at other Home2 Suites hotels in other cities. We skipped that and opted for something better in town.

The room was clean, and had all the amenities described. The staff were very nice, and pleasant. Breakfast was a great selection and fresh. Definitely will be confident to stay at this location again.

I absolutely adore this property. This will be our third or fourth stay at the Home2. We didn’t plan on staying this time, but our sleeping arrangements fell through and Home2 was there to save the day. I wish I could explain the joy we felt when we finally arrived and unpacked. It was truly like being home. This was the first time we experienced the weekday breakfast options and they were great. I would recommend anyone stay here. I’ll never stay anywhere else.
