We chose this location so we could go swimming. Stayed one night and they had the pool closed when it got dark. Very disappointing and they should advertise that! There was another group ready to go swimming too and also very upset it was closed. And it was only 830.

The room was clean with comfortable bed (soft sheets). Sink with large counter and big mirror outside room with toilet & shower. This room has a king size bed. Staff was friendly, not just front desk, also maintenance and lady taking care of the buffet breakfast (good, filling foods). Coffee and tea always available, and cookies ready at certain time each day. Pool clean with chairs & loungers (open 7am -7pm). Parking out front, because guests go inside hotel to their room. They didn't recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle, but we had no problems. They have a working elevator, washer and dryer, snack machine & ice maker. And No I was not paid for my review.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. The hotel's common areas and rooms were very clean and had updated furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located and has ample parking. I will definitely stay in this location again.

We spent a great couple of nights here. The reception and service staff were always friendly and available. The coffee station was continually topped up. A nice complimentary breakfast. Superb pool surrounded by palms and birdlife. Thankyou

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, free breakfast, great price, convenient location, toilet, sink, counter, and tub were clean Cons: The room had a very strong mildew odor. We ran the AC fan all night and it was better by morning. The room needed a deep cleaning - Dirty door frames, fingerprints on door, counter molding dirty, refrigerator dirty door sign greasy, Kleenex box cover dirty.

I warn anyone from staying at this property roaches on my bed, went down to front office and staff immediately through the cockroach. I killed away to basically hide the evidence and denied me my refund. No respect for their customers whatsoever denied me refund and basically told me to leave their property because I brought to their attention that there were cockroaches in my room stay far away from this property.

There is a strong scent of dampness and mold through out the hotel and in the rooms. Even with the A/C set to 70 degrees,the room felt damp. The staff is very nice, but smell and moist feeling bedding spoiled the whole stay.

This is a older property but it is kept up well. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean however the sound barrier isn't as good as other hotels I've stayed in. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The walls were a bit too thin, so I could easily hear the conversations from the next room, especially with the loud music they were playing. I did reach out to the front desk to request they lower the volume, and they were really helpful and did it right away. It felt like the hotel could use a little more sound insulation, and the bed wasn’t the comfiest, unfortunately.

Air conditioner PTAP unit rattled and curtain blew when it was running. Half of one outlet next to the bed didn’t work and none of the switches turned it on. I found the bed comfortable but my spouse did not. The room was very clean as was the breakfast area. The breakfast selection was better than average and the coffee was surprisingly good. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Really disappointed in this stay. The internet was terrible, I could not even join a voice chat without constant interruptions. Half the tv channels don’t work. Breakfast was poor. One stairwell was closed and the other stairwell handle was broken, so you couldn’t get in. Huge safety concern. And the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Staff was unable to resolve the IT issues, and was generally unhelpful. Don’t expect a manager to be working on the weekend. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else

Staff/Management Rude, I reserved & paid for a 3 night stay prior to Hurricane Milton for my adult son living in FL. Mgmt made everyone wait in the lobby until 3pm before they would let anyone check in (per their policy). There wasnt any compassion shown to ppl displaced by the hurricane when asked if there could be a one hour early check in. I paid for the room in advance so they had their money but was not willing to show human decency to others even when there were rooms available and ready as confirmed by the desk clerk Jose’

Every single person that worked at the hotel was more than accommodating. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and they made sure I had an accessible room got me close to the elevator. They made us so comfortable and met every need we had. Truly surprised by the kindness of every staff member from the front desk to the breakfast crew to the cleaning crew. We have stayed a lot of places and this staff topped them all.

Wonderful Hotel. Anita the Manager greets everyone warmly. I have stayed here 40 times this year for work. All rooms are smoke free and very clean. Very good breakfast with safe parking. If you want a fancy breakfast, Denny's is next door and IHOP 24 hours is across the street in Walmart lot. Hotel is 1 mile East of I-95 Exit 176. - Alan

The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. The bed was awful!!! It was very hard. I had trouble sleeping and woke up with a back ache many times during the night. The breakfast was okay, but it was the same thing every day. I did like the coffee, tea, water and lemonade available 24/7. That was a nice touch.
