Staff was super friendly and the parking lot was SUPER well lit. Everything smelled freshly cleaned and was really nice and clean. Will definitely stay again.

I love how welcoming the stay was. Elevator was down at time of our stay but it was good exercise walking. The rooms were clean and very bright. Breakfast is delicious and the lobby area is something to see. I love how they support veterans. Excellent price as well ❤️ would come back again

I used Hotels.com thinking that it would be cheaper than booking on my own -- the price was the same -- the main reason I picked Comfort Suites was because the website indicated that there was a POOL -- when I checked in there is a sign indicating their POOL was out of order -- I mentioned this to the clerk who said the POOL has been out of order since OCTOBER 2024 and that the website has updated it's information

Due to a recent surgery we requested an accessible room. There was a lot of room and easy to maneuver. I think this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, good pillows too. Breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. They have quite an impressive military display here as well. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of commission.

Decent breakfast and some of the most comfortable beds and pillows ive ever slept on. The room was very clean with the exception of small spots of mold in the shower. The down sides were that the pool and hot tub were closed and the front desk ladies had a bit of an attitude. We were never acknowledged when we entered or left the lobby. Just them playing on their phones.

Clean and comfortable. I felt very safe on my first solo trip with a 6 month old puppy. The pool was closed but that didn’t matter to me. They have an amazing display of military photos, memorabilia and artwork including a beautiful quilt honoring the Navajo code talkers.

We received complaints from guests downstairs that we were noisy but walls are thin and floor would creak when we would walk. This put our stay even more uncomfortable. Room carpet was dirty and torn in corners. Bathroom was dirty and ceilings stained.

Staff was great but the room itself left a lot to be desired. It’s disgusting to take a shower and there be someone else’s hair on the shower wall, the room had a pull out but the cushions for it had holes and tears. What could have been mold on the wall in the bathroom. Did it work for what I needed yes. Will I stay here again no.

Ceiling in bathroom was falling in. Bathtub had black on and under edge of grippers that you stand on. Carpet need vaccum inch under table. There was Easter grass on floor . The breakfast was very good

If your hotel standards are higher than average , I would most definitely pass on this Comfort Suites. It did not meet my standards at all. Lobby was dirty, room was the same. Mattresses were terrible and linens were old and frayed. The couch was filthy with holes and rips in the cushions an upholstery. On the plus side, the check in was easy and staff was polite and respectful. They also allow pets.

We were on our way back to Texas from Las Vegas. Comfort Suites was much better than the hotel we stayed at in Vegas! The cleanliness of the hotel and room were exceptional. When we had breakfast the dining area was clean and breakfast was good. Then the server/cook walked around making sure everyone was enjoying their breakfast. She even offered to pick up our plates once we were through eating.

The noise from outside was ridiculous all night long. The room was really shabby, carpet and furniture were dirty and beat up. The couch and chair were visible dirty. The bathroom had water damage. The beds were ok, but pillows are tiny and they didn’t have extras even at front desk for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was the most ridiculous and uncomfortable thing I’ve ever seen. For the price, I expected better.

It was an alright hotel. I've stayed in it 2x over the last 6 months and the room this time was a little lower than average but the one before was fine. One struggle this time was thr AC would intermittently blow hot air. It was probably 95 outside and it really struggled to keep the room cool until overnight.

Everything was great! Just the a/c didn’t really work all that well, the room was a cool but sticky feeling, and then sometime in the early morning it shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. Other than that our stay was good, staff is very friendly and helpful, check in is quick.

Cleaning comfortable… The only thing I would fix is the room that I stayed in the window trim was missing and you could see outside through the crack… Maybe it was just the caulking was missing. So outside noise was pretty loud.

When we got to the room it was still dirty and we had to go back downstairs and ask for a clean room so they set us up to another room this one was clean BUT the couch that suppose to turn into a BED was BROKEN and we couldn't use it. Complain about it but they couldn't do nothing about it . My kids didn't had a bed to sleep on. So we had to sleep like 3 people on both bed.

Not a single smile from any of the staff while we were there. No safety bar in the bathtub. The faucet in the bathroom sink was very hard to use and you had to hold the handle down on the toilet to get it to flush. At breakfast, there was no juice of any Kind. They had oatmeal packets, but no microwave to cook it in. When we ask about it, they said we could take it to our rooms and cook in the microwave there.

I did not feel welcome. Neither of the front desk staff made eye contact. When asked if there was a first-floor room, she answered, "No, it's full." A better answer would have been, "I am sorry, sir, our first floor is full." Second, the AC did not work; there was a loud noise coming from the unit. She told me to "turn it off, then turn it back on." Seriously! When I pressed her on it, she TOLD me that "I would have to come down and get a key." When I got the key, there was no apology for the inconvenience or any eye contact; you could almost taste the attitude. SHE should have brought the key to me. As a retired manager of Corporate Marriott Hotels, you need to teach your people basic communication soft skills. I would greatly encourage you to apologize. As far as the product itself, I liked it. Step up your game

We have stayed here several times and are never disappointed. Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms. Safe parking environment easy access off of I-40. Would recommend this location for a restful night.

The hotel needs updating, repairs, and maintenance but the key things were all good: the bed was comfortable, nightstands with outlets and lights in each side, plenty of large, soft towels, a good shower. Nice details like a nightlight in the bathroom , a couch, a desk, a microwave and refrigerator. Perfectly fine breakfast offerings. Handy location on Rte 66 near I40.

This place and most good hotels in Gallup and in this particular area are by the freeway and so lot of noise of the passing by night 18-wheelers. So be wary.

Nice hotel, just close to the freeway and train tracks- could be heard from our room. Overall though can’t beat it for the price, especially in gallop where choices are slim. Clean and comfortable.

The Veterans memorial display is excellent and sets this hotel apart from all others! The only negative was that the morning employee who was supposed to prepare the breakfast was a "no show/no call" so no breakfast was available.

The staff was very cheerful @ check in, the room was very clean. Breakfast was extremely good with an amazing green chilie the waffle maker was great nor my suster had ever seen one and we were able to split it and made the serving size just right! I've never seen a hotel support our military and veterans the way this one does. It's wonderful and inspiring. All of the staff was friendly and felt like they were a cohesive and supportive team. The front desk was efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and welcoming. The only complaint was that I came down to get breakfast around 15 minutes before 9am (when it was supposed to end) and there was literally 1 egg, 2 sausage patties, 2 slices of bread and two single serving Kellogs Special K. That's it. I needed to eat and there was nothing left because I wasn't the only one looking for food at 8:45am. It would be nice if their food service people started shutting down at 9am instead of 8:30am.
