Breakfast was as minimal as they could make it. NO POOL! How did i miss this and was in dog house with family. Staff and hotel does just enough. It's an ok hotel but a No pool!

This hotel was super nice for a weekend get away, not sure though for a whole week. The parking situation is a little difficult at night and the spaces are hard to come by the later it gets. There are not many pillows on the bed for two people and the room didn’t seem to get very cool even with the air on full blast. Nevertheless staff was supper friendly, breakfast was nice, and the location seems to be 10 minutes from everything to do in Huntsville.

Pros- reasonable rates and staff was accommodating to an early check-in. Cons- the elevator sounded like it would break at any moment and the carpet in the room made opening the door into the hotel room next to impossible. There was no hot water (barely lukewarm), and there was mold on parts of the bathroom walls and fixtures. The water from the faucet tasted like straight mold, and I was concerned to even brush my teeth with it. Had we been staying longer than just to sleep a few hours, I would have eaten the cost and went somewhere else instead.

For a budget hotel, the beds were comfy and the room was fine. We did notice lady bugs flying around one night and the next morning opened the window curtains and found a ladybug infestation on the window and dead bugs in the track. We also came back to our room to find the cleaning crew hadn't latched the door shut so anyone could have helped themselves. One of the desk clerks was super helpful and friendly, another mostly ignored us. It was walking distance to UAH and food options.

What was most important was cleanliness! The property was very clean on the outside and inside. The room was nice and clean and had all of the important amenities needed for our stay. Also, we found the beds to be extremely comfortable!

Clean room, but our room’s (219) AC was leaking on the carpet and the room had a strong mildew smell. We kept the AC off and the window open when we left for the day and the smell would not go away.

The gentleman checking us in wasn’t very attentive to us.. which I know he was capable of because the person in front is us was treated like gold. The rooms smelled very musty and moldy. The floor was Damp and cold, like something had leaked or they just got done shampooing.

The bed was caved in in the middle. Very hard to sleep. They had couch sized pillows instead of regular. You could hear literally everything!!! Tv was messed up. Would not stay again.

The staff were excellent! The room that we were in was felt very damp. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Could not regulate the air conditioner was either too hot or too cold, which caused the dampness in the room. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an homeless person right outside the door of the lobby.

Everything was excellent except the guy who checked us in was very rude and a smart ass. He was also rude when I asked about a way to get an Uber. The night lady was great though. We loved our room and everything else though. That guy just needs to be a lot nicer.

The check in service was unacceptable. We reserved a room with two queen size beds in advance. When we checked in they tried give us a king size bed and a pull out sofa. They were persistent us taking that room because they claim all the double queen rooms were gone. We refused because we wanted what we paid for. The manager intervened & we were given the room we reserved! This was so unnecessary! It put a damper on our stay!

The guy when we checked was sooooo nice he let us know about the hotel and my mother scared of elevators so he changed us to the 1st floor with no problem . The lady when we checked out was so sweet. Even the people who set the breakfast out was so nice !

Parking was easy; front desk clerk (Gary, I believe) was friendly, helpful and informative. I traveled, staying in premium hotels, for 40 years and this hotel had the best bed I’ve ever slept in for certain. Was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was here. Very clean room and bath!

I made a suggestion on my last stay and this trip,they had made the change. Happy to see that. The staff was courteous and always aknoelwdged us when we came in and out. The man handling the breakfast was courteous and said hello to us and kept everything clean and stocked. Front desk was helpful as we needed an itwm and the staff member searched for it and found it. We needed a late checkout and they were able to accommodate. Its convenient to UAH (less than 5 min).

We were greeted by Sam at the desk. He was very nice and cordial and ready to help us with any questions we had. The room and premises was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. They had a good selection for breakfast. The biscuits were hot and yummy. We wanted to extend our stay by one night, but the hotel was already booked. Book your room early!

Easy to find, easy to get in and out of. Room was ready, clean and comfortable. Pretty convenient to downtown but not at downtown prices. Only about a15min drive at any time.

Had visited the area for my high school reunion. This hotel was very close. Checkin was easy, beds were great, room was clean. The only complaint I has was the breakfast was very limited. They had eggs but there was no sausage or bacon or even biscuits to go with it. But they had pastries and yogurt. It was just a very limited offering

Hotel was clean and room was nice. Bathroom was huge, no weird smell. Night desk staff was amazing and so was the rest of the staff. They had a later check out on the weekend which was nice, and breakfast went to 10AM. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot options, but enough to get you going for the day.
