The receptionist was very nice. The room was a good size. The only thing was the hot water in the shower was cold. I could not get it to warm up no matter how much I turned the hot water up.

Overall the property was nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were disappointed that the pool was cold. There was an exterior door propped open with a trash can for some reason, making it colder. The room was as we would expect with the exception of the shower pull being extremely hard to move. Initially it was stuck up for the shower, and then we couldn’t get it back up after we had managed to knock it down for the bath. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimal and disappointing. Given all the options in the area I don’t think we’d choose to stay again.

Indoor pool was chilly and had bubbly residue floating around the edges near the shallow end. "Hot tub" was colder than the pool and staff claimed to have no idea and stated they would notify maintenance and let us know what they said. I asked again after awhile and was simply told "oh maintenance has already gone home, sorry." Room was as expected. I took 3 of my children with me on a business trip to allow them to swim and soak and they were sadly disappointed. Breakfast was ok, but we went within 30 min of them closing and many hot items with not very warm and drying out.

The hotel must have suffered water damage in the past. Once we got on our floor, we were greeted with the overwhelming smell of air fresheners in the hall way. The room smelled of mold. As a matter of fact, I opened my suitcase today and my clothes smell like mildew

From checking in to check out, it was just amazing. The rooms were clean. The lobby was welcoming. The furniture was comfortable.. breakfast in the morning was amazing. They had not only the original stuff that usually comes on a bar, but they took their time and they put fresh fruit out. They cut watermelon that was amazing. The coffee was excellent. They had the seating in the dining room was lovely. Our room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. They had cable with extra stuff like HBO Showtime Internet pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay we will recommend it 100%.

Wonderful hotel! Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness top notch. Pool was great! One of the better hotels and experiences we’ve had!! Only negative: I will say the layer between the rooms on top of each other was probably the thinnest we’ve had. Our kids are not rambunctious and we’ve never been called for noise, but we were this time. We were utterly shocked because they were doing nothing out of a norm. But then we realized we heard all above us wayyyyyy to easily, took us forever to fall asleep, we too wanted to call for noise, but didn’t because it was not their fault. Every single step taken we heard.

The room was nice and spacious. I was very comfortable in the room and the bed was cozy with clean sheets and nice pillows. The room and bathroom were very clean, and had nice ammenities. The staff was great! From check-in to check-out I couldn't have had a better experience. I've stayed at some very nice hotels, and the service here ranked among the best. I'd especially like to thank Marquita who was very friendly, gave me some great suggestions for lunch and dinner, and was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I think she represents the best that Holiday Inn has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Denton.

The hotel parking lot reflected near-capacity, but you couldn’t really tell inside. It was very clean, staff was attentive, and it wasn’t very loud at night. We enjoyed our stay — large room, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom.

Room was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Shower did not work. it took 39 minutes for maintenance to get there only to inform us it would take 2 hours to repair. Front desk clerk was very apogetic and professional. She opened another room for us to shower in and be on our way.

Check in the people were rude, trying to be funny, I didn’t have time for that. Gave me the wrong room, we I questioned them about it , the manager lied to me saying it was all they had and I’d have to take to hotels.com about it. When I told them they have nothing to do with the hotel only the information you provide them , he had nothing to say, will not be staying here again

The humor, best customer service, the fresh breakfast, on point cleanliness, the above and beyond I will make you as comfortable as I would do for my own family atmosphere is all right here in this hotel!
