I liked this property and probably will stay here again. The lighting in the front of the hotel is limited and dim, however, the lighting on the side and rear of the hotel is good. I recommend improving the front parking lighting.

This was a nightmare; we requested a handicap room by phone after committing on-line. Then to ensure we reserved a HC room we called the front desk, We were assured they could handle the request when we arrived. Once there we were placed on 2nd floor, Elevator out of service, were given a standard room with a low-boy stool. Phones didn'nt work nor the TV.

The hotel is currently being renovated so we got put on the 3rd floor. There were about 10 cars in the parking lot so it wasn't like they were full. There were no vending machines as they were on the first floor where the renovations were on-going. The free breakfast was not being offered as that area was also under construction. Since we didn't know about any of this we had to make other arrangements for that. The workout rom on the first floor had all the equipment covered in dust from the work going on so was unusable. Nowhere when we booked were we told of these conditions. If we had know I may have reconsidered my choice of hotels which I definitely do next time. I don't believe customers should be charged full price considering the conditions of the hotel

Today is September 14, 2024 Love this hotel our room was clean. looks like it was remodeled everything looks modern which is a plus. Breakfast food was AMAZING hot and fresh. The staff was kind Workout room was really nice. The only take away is l saw a gentleman with two dogs unleashed that’s a no for me.

Do not stay here. When I arrived-no one at desk. 4 calls to per sign only went to VM. 20 minutes until employee-no-name-badge arrived. Informed no cleaning service for my stay. On way to room, dripped on by unavoidable leak from intake vent, Floor filthy with spills&footprints tracking spills&debris. Hotel virtually empty but given next to elevator. Room dirty. Sticky cup rings&spills on side tables &dresser top. Fresh make-up wiped on a towel in bathroom&washcloths used&removed from towel rack. Employee at front desk contradicted my report but offered to replace the stained towel when shown photo. Then offered new room. Was moved to room, also next to elevator. Was unable to turn off fan noise in bathroom. Employee didn't know how either. Offered THIRD room. Same loud fan noise in 3rd room, so I moved to another hotel. Will be demanding refund.

The room seemed ok at first. I was with friends that had two other rooms. When I started putting things away to leave, I noticed ants. Little black ants and they were everywhere. All over my purse and bags. We had to take everything out and shake it. My friends had ants in their room, as well. Not as many as I had. I was on the 2nd floor and they were on the 1st.

The place is under construction which is why the sad face for cleanliness… odor was a mixture of sawdust, Sheetrock dust and what smelled like carpet fresh… horrible smell. Room wasn’t what was pictured on the website I was looking at but it was descent. I was just unhappy about the dust and carpet fresh smell. Allergy alert for sure. Not a good night sleep at all

The rooms are spacious, the staff friendly, modern decor and generally upscale facilities. However the towels were small and not fluffy feeling rather rough on the body. Given how big an area has tiles, room slippers would have been good. The hot water ran out rather fast too.

The television didn't work. The system was down in the hotel. I think we should receive an adjustment to our bill due to the unavailability of the tv service. Also, the heating system cycled on and off about every 10 minutes or so and was so noisy it was hard to go to sleep because of the constant interruption.

Everything was pretty good. I don't do hotels very well but I try to be fair in reviews because I am picky about my bed and food. Bed was standard for a hotel (I like soft, pillowtop beds so most hotels disappoint me.) Also I generally don't like hotel breakfast foods, but the biscuits and gravy was pretty good. Plastic forks are so flimsy and will snap in half so you have to cut everything with a knife. My biggest complaint though was the low water pressure in the shower. Over all I still think this hotel was pretty good and I will stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable! But when getting up in the mornings, I like to take a good shower to get the day started. The shower did not work well at all, basically it dribbled down the wall under the shower head. I used a cup to get water so I could wash and rinse my hair. Miserable experience!!! When I asked the front desk about a discount for the room, they immediately said I made reservation through Expedia and there was nothing they could do to help. They said I could call Expedia and see what you could do for a discount. Not impressed with this stay at all

room - the blinds/window cover were hung backwards//the building had a fairly constant humming like being on a plane before taking off - not sure if that was the heaters - the SHOWER was COLD - also the new configuration needs a place closer for a towel. no "do not disturb" hanger

Modern style hotel. Newer building with comfortable quiet rooms, friendly staff, and good amenities. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. Many restaurants are near-by and access to main highways was excellent.

stay was great! hotel worked with me in my situation. stayed at hotel due to family member was in hospital down the street. i was accidentally double charged from hotels.com and hotel for my stay. was able to get it resolved and hotel refunded my money back. overall was a great stay. definitely recommend

Our room door didn’t lock. Room keys didn’t work. Manager made us leave on the second day because my husband told the front desk attendant that she was rude. She was in fact very rude & acted completely put out to come upstairs to let us into our room after 4 attempts at making a room key that didn’t work failed. The manager said that she had ‘bent over backwards to accommodate’ us. Accommodating us meant providing the basic safety of a room door that locked & allowing us access to go inside our room. We went to the Courtyard a mile away and it was a superior property with far superior staff. I’ll never stay at another IHG hotel after being treated poorly. Carefully reconsider if you think about booking this property.

Overall stay was fine but the desk clerk failed to say the elevator was unavailable to access our upstairs room when we checked in. Thought we would just “figure it out” and once we got settled in our room someone used their passkey to just walk-in.

Beds were great! Felt good on my 40 back. Cleanliness was ok, nothing to complaim about, nothong to brag on either. My wife and I would return. Only issue: we checked in at 3pm ... took my card . Etc... went to room unpacked and went into town....we came back key didnt work , went to desk they said we were in someone eleses room. Amd need card again and they sent other guests into our room ??? Very upsetting. They turned our room key off so we would go to desk. And they run my card agian for payment .... i am upset with this for sure. Almost felt violated

Arrived after a long day. TV didn’t work. Receptionist tried to fix it but couldn’t. Offered a different room. We declined since it wasn’t a big deal and we had already settled in. A month later I look at the charge card and they significantly discounted the room rate. Wry good business ethics IMO. Will definitely stay there again.

This property is a very well kept up location, breakfast was great and staff was great as well. Unfortunately there was a mix up and our room key was given to another person so just make sure that doesn’t happen to you but in all was a good hotel.

Every time I come to OKC I stay here. It’s really convenient to the interstate and tons of dining options. Also breakfast is always spot on. Overall great place to stay.

The room had an odor in it that bothered my nose. My husband said he couldnt amell it though. I ended up buying some air freshener to help. The breakfast ran out of food and we had to wait even though there waant many people. The breakfast staff waa too busy talking on their earbuds to get numerous refills done or the traah dumped that was overflowing.

Over all pretty good stay as I always expect from Hoilday Inn Express. The beds were pretty good even if a little firm for my taste. A/C worked great. Hotel was really quiet and the location was perfect. It's really close to lots of restaurants but it's tucked away in a quiet little business park area. Felt very safe. Staff was nice. My biggest complaint was the low water pressure in the shower and the sink. Second complaint was the breakfast. I'm not a fan of hotel food anyway, but this was pretty bad. Biscuits so hard that my plastic fork couldn't handle it. The pancake machine was not working on the second morning. Over all very good and I would stay again.
