Very tired hotel but balanced by the room rate which was low for us. You can tell that this was a high quality set up when it was new, but carpets, floors, beds, decor all needs updating. Staff are lovely, noise was low, but my goodness did it need a new mattress. Way too hard and sunk in the middle.

1. the room wasn’t cleaned to a respectable standard. i.e. the floors stained clothing and socks brown, the bathroom had hairs everywhere and shower tray was stained black and needs the silicone re done,dust in wardrobe and surfaces, woodwork of kitchen hanging off and had to fix it ourselves, the lift was also broken. 2. one member of staff was helpful but came across very rude and snappy. 3. however location was great and next to china town with great food options. 4. good distance to shops/bars/ restaurants.
