We’d been made aware that the lift wasn’t working in advance. This was dealt with well. Our initial room was pleasant, however when a large air vent fell out of the ceiling and was dangling we were moved to a smaller far less pleasant room. The bathroom was full open and afforded NO privacy, not even the toilet. The floor covering includes shag pile carpet square that are past their best. Staff wise, the first young gentleman was very pleasant, however the Christmas Day team member was barely civil - no greeting at all, let alone a happy Christmas. Hotel felt safe, but I wouldn’t return.

I booked this stay due to staying in Roomzz in Leeds and having g a great experience, it’s location in Manchester but more importantly because it said it had free parking. I called the reception the morning of my stay to confirm where the free parking was located and was told ‘across the road from the apartments’. When I arrived I couldn’t find the parking so pulled up and went in to ask and was informed by reception that there was no free parking, it cost me £32 to park for just under 24 hours. I found this very disappointing given that the free parking was the main reason for me booking this stay. The apartments and friendliness of the staff are great, but I would not have booked this given the cost to park.

Was a great night away for me and my fiancee, everywhere was lovely and clean with a greya reception when we arrived. Breakfast was very nice with a selection of pastries, fruit and drinks. Would definitely recommend if looking for parking although it can be busy I'd suggest piazza q park just dont pre pay for your tickets as you get a discount through the hotel itself.

This room is locally very centrally to the train station, restaurants and bars. The check in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was spacious snd clean. The only thing we didnt like was being on the ground/first floor, the windows are just above head height, but buses are passing and stopping outside constantly

Staff really helpful and pleasant, room was spacious and clean - we had a room in the basement, which had no view or natural light so that was a downside. Unfortunately the floor boards were creaky but overall it’s a decent place to stay on a budget Free unlimited hot drinks and croissants in the morning was a nice touch though.

Excellent checking experience and very friendly and competent staff. Room ok, hard mattress and bathroom a bit tired. Towels feel like they’ve been washed a thousand times. Road noise from outside not sufficiently blocked out. Overall this is a lovely little hotel that’s near many things and has excellent staff. Just needs some extra care & attention.

Ground floor room - quite noisy. Next to a cupboard - possibly a cleaners cupboard very loud banging and clanging early morning while trying to sleep. Strange smell in room- there was a plug in air freshener in the room so suspect this was a problem that was already known about. Not my usual experience with “rooomzz” so unfortunately would not stay here again.

Nice location near Chinatown. I was travelling with kids (7- 13 yo). You can hear everyting and the couple nextdoor was getting at it like bunnies during the day (and nigth). The room was nice and clean and friendly staff.

The property is next to Chinatown so plenty to see. It is close to a tram stop so the whole area is walkable but quiet at the same time. The room size was good and we had a kitchenette. The free pastries were good as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall would stay here again.

Overall nice hotel, perfectly pleasant free coffee machine and fruit good location, but if you would like to get in early like an early checkin and even offer them money in exchange and they have a room empty and clean they will not give it to you. It is just their policy. It won’t matter if you just flew in from across the Atlantic you will have to wait till 1:00 pm and pay a fee for one pm checkin mind you. Didn’t make sense to me!

Fab one night stay at this property. Perfect location & for tram network. Room was fab with added bonus of lush white company products in bathroom! Complementary coffee & croissant was a added bonus in the morning.

The location is great, near some good pubs and restaurants and Piccadilly station a 10 minute walk. Check in was great. Bed was comfortable, shower good and the kitchen facilities whilst no oven were very useful. The shutters on the windows did look good, but let in quite a bit of light early in the mornings. Staff friendly and the croissants and coffee very welcome in the mornings. Very satisfied.

Staff really helpful and pleasant, room was spacious and clean - we had a room in the basement, which had no view or natural light so that was a downside. Unfortunately the floor boards were creaky but overall it’s a decent place to stay on a budget Free unlimited hot drinks and croissants in the morning was a nice touch though.

The property is next to Chinatown so plenty to see. It is close to a tram stop so the whole area is walkable but quiet at the same time. The room size was good and we had a kitchenette. The free pastries were good as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall would stay here again.

Overall nice hotel, perfectly pleasant free coffee machine and fruit good location, but if you would like to get in early like an early checkin and even offer them money in exchange and they have a room empty and clean they will not give it to you. It is just their policy. It won’t matter if you just flew in from across the Atlantic you will have to wait till 1:00 pm and pay a fee for one pm checkin mind you. Didn’t make sense to me!

Was a great night away for me and my fiancee, everywhere was lovely and clean with a greya reception when we arrived. Breakfast was very nice with a selection of pastries, fruit and drinks. Would definitely recommend if looking for parking although it can be busy I'd suggest piazza q park just dont pre pay for your tickets as you get a discount through the hotel itself.

This hotel was adequate for what I needed. Room a bit odd. Bathroom a wet room with a double shower but curtain too small to use both simultaneously. Carpet needed a clean.

The room was clean and a good size. The kitchenette was clean with very adequate utensils and cooking implements provided. Nice under counter fridge. Lovely shower with good water pressure. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Booked in June 2025, arrived June 2026 to be told that the payment hadn’t gone through and it happens all the time through Hotels.com/Expedia. I had sent a question in advance of the stay which was never answered. The room itself was nice, the staff were nice, great location, bed was comfy, everything was clean. It was a great hotel, just a shame about them not contacting me about payment or responding to my query.
