Everything was good until the elevator we took dropped a floor and half. We told customer service and she kinda shrugged it off. We had to sit for a while before we attempted to take it again, due to the fact the other one was out of service.

The executive suite is nice but the sliding tv behind the cabinet is the worst design I’ve ever seen in mankind. Fire alarm went off from 5am til 7am but other than that it was fine.

The room was less than clean. Very surprised for this hotel because we usually are very happy with these hotels. The side of the bed had a puddle of water that we have no idea what the water came from and the headboard was filthy with something.

Nice hotel, pre pay parking from Expedia- it’s $5 on here or $16/night if you don’t prepay. Very walkable to anything you’d want in downtown Greenville. We had an executive suite and the bed/pillows were the comfiest I’ve had staying in a hotel. Very nice room size! Just with they had free breakfast.

The heating and air conditioning system was loud. It was more like something that would be at a cheap motel. I didn’t get the room that I booked. I booked an executive suite and I got a standard room with no refund for the price difference. The location was great but the staff service left something to be desired. I would not recommend staying there.

Hotel is in a prime location for food, shopping, and access to the Swamp Rabbit greenway. Room is spacious, well maintained and very good service. Only minor issues was the outdoor bar was outside our room window and they left the music on all night and into the morning (even after the bar was closed for the night). I just wished they would have turned down or the music off after last call. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. We would stay there again.

Great hotel in a great location. Only downside is depending on which way your room faces, you could get a lot of noise on the weekends. We overlooked a courtyard area and there was live music until about midnight.

We booked a room at Courtyard by Marriott but when we checked in, we were told they over booked. They sent is to another hotel which is a great hotel. The problem is I booked a room with a king size bed and we got a room with 2 queens. These beds are more like doubles, not queens. My husband is 6 foot 4 inches tall, he requires a king size bed. If we are going to have to stay at another hotel, at no fault of our own, we should get the same room or better than what we originally booked and paid for!

This hotel has an amzing location, is walking distance to great restaurants and less than 15-min drive to shopping areas. I have, however, to complain about the staff. We arrived past midnight (I had let them know this on a message and by phonecall) and there was no one in the lobby, so we could not get in the hotel, i even called, and only got ansering machines. We had to wake up someone else in our party to have them come down and open the front door and garage door for us, if we were the only one's in our party, we would have slept in the car :( also, when we requested extra towels (the room only had 3) I had to call after 25 min to remind them and the guy said "oh right, I will give your request to the houskeeper right now". we stayed there 3 nights and after 6pm we noticed no-one was at the front desk or anywhere in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Courtyard. It was conveniently located near great restaurants and shops downtown Greenville. My only complaint was regarding the housekeeping service of our room. By 3:30pm our room had not been cleaned. We notified the front desk, and the employee was very responsive to our request. Upon returning to our room later that evening we noticed that the coffee cups and supplies hadn’t been replenished and the empty box of tissues had not been replaced. We notified the front desk upon checking out about the house keeping service. The employee was very apologetic and gave us points towards our Marriott rewards. Our interactions with the front desk staff were very accommodating.

Have stayed here several times for baseball tournaments. Always clean and enjoyable. Mobile checking allows for a late arrival, but the staff members are always available to help. Beautiful location!

First time staying in Greenville and this hotel was the perfect location. Directly across the street from the Peace Center and convenient to shopping and dining. We parked our car on Friday and didn’t use it again until we left on Sunday.

We had tickets for a show at the Peace Center which is just across the street from the hotel. That made it very convenient. Also had dinner at their restaurant which was excellent. Highly recommemd the property and their restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay from check in with Kiara. She gave us lots of suggestions and was super friendly. To be honest we just wanted a drink and dinner after we settled in. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were on the second floor where the gym was. It seemed nice for a quick work out. So we went downstairs to the bar outside which is one of the restaurants there Indaco. Had a drink. Then ate at the restaurant. It’s Italian and everything was delish. A little pricey but if it’s good food to me it’s worth it. Plus the convenience of having it on site. We had a great date night and enjoyed ourselves very much. I am sure we will be back. It very walkable to other things we just didn’t do it this time. We been many times to Greenville and we just wanted a quiet night and it was perfect.

Loved the closeness to downtown .... Didnt like we wanteed to dine at both resturants in the Courtyard , but neither had availible reservations between 430 andf 9 the entire time ,so we dined elsewhere .. But it wasnt full when we walked out ..Strange

The restaurant wants $80 for spaghetti, bar does t open till 5 pm, persons staying in hotel was not clear on where to park in deck for didn't say employees only ,confusing why you would be towed away when you pay to park!!!!!! Also payed extra for town view could not sit near to see view had to stand.Never go back

I absolutely love this hotel! It’s so conveniently located and the restaurants attached to it are incredible! We ate at both Indaco (YUM) and O Ku (fantastic sushi). Loved the seasonal ice-skating ring in the courtyard too!

I was disappointed that breakfast was not offered. There were only 4 options at “The Bistro”, none of which my child would eat. Would have liked to have had parking included as well. At some point, the restaurant closed down its pizza fired oven in the courtyard each night, and I seriously thought from the smell that the building was on fire.

Great location. No breakfast. Paid parking, Parking garage enclosed and connected which was nice. Had to ask for things every day. The coffee machine was the pits for this nice a hotel and never replenished. Had to chase the housekeepers down. Rooms are tight but overall not bad.
