There was a very nice outdoor court yard and garden area. The tavern had liveusic and trivia games on some evenings. The food was very good too.

The Tavern & Inn is very nice - but closed two days per week. Happened to be when we were there. Unfortunately no information was given and no information about what to do getting in and out of a "closed" hotel!

Restaruant not open on Sunday and Monday. Rest of week for dinner. Local cafe for breakfast and lunch Yesterday's was great but closed Wednesday. Rustic charm great dining room layout. Dinner was good. Bar with band was good. Stair to upper floor narrow but usable. Convenient between Scenic Railroad and Cog train. Would be good during ski season. Staff friendly. Good coffee always available.

You won’t find a refrigerator or microwave oven or elevator, but will find air conditioning and a fireplace. The food in the dining room was good and affordable. Tuesday night is open-mic night. We were here for our Anniversary/Birthday celebration. This is the third year we have come to Jackson for our celebration and the third place we have stayed. Not much in the way of amenities (no fridge or coffee maker in the room) but we had our own little living room to relax in. The music in the tavern was great, good enough that we had dinner there both nights of our stay.The menu offered some variety and the food was good. The owner was very nice and took the time to give us a little history of the area.

This is the second time we stayed at the Wildcat Inn. We ate in the tavern and played trivia, which was a lot of fun (the questions were challenging). We had a drink under the stars in the lovely garden in the back, and the staff supplied us with a nice warm blanket. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the staff are all very friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The room 7 was very small with chimney taking space. This is old tavern with huge history, so it's old wooden building. But there is very nice garden to eat outside with weekends music.

Great location. We stayed in room 4. The staircase getting to the room was steep and narrow. I could only carry one bag at a time due to the width. I would not recommend this room. Very very small. The bed was a double which we thought it was suppose to be a queen. The bathroom is very small and is not well lit. The whole room had poor lighting. It was located over the kitchen and found to be loud during those hours. The property was clean. The staff was friendly and great!

I enjoyed the little room we stayed in at this Inn. It is small but cute. The days we were at the Inn the Tavern and restaurant were closed, they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so that made the visit very quiet and pleasant, but we did miss being able to have meals and enjoy live music and such. It was a nice, comfortable, well appointed and clean place to stay, with local charm and close to Storyland and North Conway.

Our room was very clean and updated. The shower in our room was very small and i am a petite person. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel needed a facelift. The ONE and only person who was there when we checked in was very nice and helpful. We never saw anyone else there, even when we departed in the morning.

The Wildcat Inn is located in the very quiet "Jackson loop". The room was clean,comfy and perfect for me. The window AC was on when I arrived! There were 2 restaurants very walkable that I went to- the Red Fox and an Irish pub on route 16. I stayed Sunday-Wednesday. The inn and surrounding Jackson area is super quiet and 20 mins from White Mountain hiking and 20 mins from North Conway.

Tavern and food were excellent. Everyone was very nice, and the food and service were great. The rooms we stayed in were dusty and looked like the bed covers had not been washed in forever. Pillows were old and flat. My room was located over the tavern/bar, and the noise was as if I were in tavern until everyone left. When someone came into the room next to me you could hear them talking. My sister and husband said the people next to them were arguing and you could hear every word that was shouted.

I Loved the Wildcat Inn! It’s cute and Jackson is a quiet walking town. It’s also close to Mount Washington and Conway which are both Awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful 1940’s setting. Really cool rooms well decorated. Restaurant had good food and bar area. Only downside was no breakfast on site buy fantastic restaurant next door with SUPERB breakfast and lunch.

—Very noisy. 1. Very thin walls. Other guests were very quiet but you could hear their conversations clearly between the walls. 2. Huge noise from Tavern below. 3. Noise from street below from tavern customers who were leaving. —wifi and tv kept freezing and cutting. —room very dark. Needs more lights. —thermostat was supposed to control heat But it seemed to have little effect regardless of how it was set.

Lovely inn, spacious rooms. Staff very helpful and accommodating. My friends who stayed nearby wished they were at the Wildcat Inn! Good dinner and enjoyable tavern. Definitely will stay here again.

extremely friendly staff including the owner. Who are we were sitting having coffee this evening on a couch just relaxing. He came over and asked if we were staying there. I told him yes he said how would you like some strawberry shortcake. Well, he came back with a great big dish of strawberry shortcake. This it just follows with the attentive and fantastic staff . I had a party here with 11 people. It went off perfectly. The servers the hostess the bartenders are all some of the most friendliest people I've ever dealt with in the hotel industry. I would highly recommend this place.

My second time staying at this property and I really like the feel, very cosy and close to the mountains. The furniture is a bit dated but it gives it an old country home feel. Donna the innkeeper is especially welcoming. I will stay here again the next time im back in the area.

The Wildcat Inn is located in the very quiet "Jackson loop". The room was clean,comfy and perfect for me. The window AC was on when I arrived! There were 2 restaurants very walkable that I went to- the Red Fox and an Irish pub on route 16. I stayed Sunday-Wednesday. The inn and surrounding Jackson area is super quiet and 20 mins from White Mountain hiking and 20 mins from North Conway.

Great location. We stayed in room 4. The staircase getting to the room was steep and narrow. I could only carry one bag at a time due to the width. I would not recommend this room. Very very small. The bed was a double which we thought it was suppose to be a queen. The bathroom is very small and is not well lit. The whole room had poor lighting. It was located over the kitchen and found to be loud during those hours. The property was clean. The staff was friendly and great!

Wonderful 1940’s setting. Really cool rooms well decorated. Restaurant had good food and bar area. Only downside was no breakfast on site buy fantastic restaurant next door with SUPERB breakfast and lunch.

Very charming inn, however they have music on Tuesday but we could not get in. We were guests at the inn should have been able to get a table. Easy to get in, no fuss. Staff is nice. Restaurant is very good food.

This is the second time we stayed at the Wildcat Inn. We ate in the tavern and played trivia, which was a lot of fun (the questions were challenging). We had a drink under the stars in the lovely garden in the back, and the staff supplied us with a nice warm blanket. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the staff are all very friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Tavern and food were excellent. Everyone was very nice, and the food and service were great. The rooms we stayed in were dusty and looked like the bed covers had not been washed in forever. Pillows were old and flat. My room was located over the tavern/bar, and the noise was as if I were in tavern until everyone left. When someone came into the room next to me you could hear them talking. My sister and husband said the people next to them were arguing and you could hear every word that was shouted.
