The room/apartment was amazing. Very clean & comfortable. TV’s in both bedrooms, lots of closet space. The location is also excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping. My only complaints would be: the parking (the designated garage is a bit of a walk, you have to park on the 7th floor and the elevator was broken!); only getting 1 key fob (my group did different things so it made it challenging to try to make sure we could get in/out as needed); not having 24-hr customer service (the internet went out in the middle of the night and I wasn’t able to get any assistance because it was so late). Overall, I would stay here again!

Very nice and spacious apartment in an upscale and modern complex. Conveniently located on ground level (no stairs) with direct access to pool. Only drawbacks are street parking was difficult to find a spot many times, and noise from pool courtyard was surprisingly loud until past midnight on weekend. Overall good experience and we would stay again.

The owners are cordial, the property is clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only difficulties are they didn't communicate with me when I was checking in and I was confused; for a while I thought I had lost the reservation. This is a condo unit and the people in the entry from the condo were completely unhelpful, almost rude. However, once we were communicated with everything then went pretty smoothly. There's not a lot to do in Richardson and it's a bit of a drive to Dallas, so make a note of that. Also, the parking can be a little confusing. There is a lot for visitors and we could usually park there, but one night we had to park on the street. Also, the doors in the place tend to slam loudly so bring your sound machine to help you sleep at night. All in all though it was a great place, great stay, I would definitely go there again. Thanks!

The apartment was spacious with 2bed/2bath and the complex was clean. We had a view of the pool area which was delightful. Fairly quiet although it is apartment living and you could hear the tenants (kids) running in the apartment above. The property gave specific instructions for access the day of checkin and checkout was easy.

This place was amazing! It was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely book this again in a heart beat. We almost didn't want to leave the apartment. The only minor complaint I have, to no fault of StayOvr, is the people above us walked heavily. It was as if they were stomping. We would often wake up around 4am because of it.

This place was better than I expected and was amazing at the same time. From reservation to check out, the communication requires to make me feel comfortable visiting a new location was wonderful. Every question was answered clearly and visuals provided to help me follow directions clearly. The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The pictures did not do it justice. It was everytwe needed and more than we expected. Clean, quiet, safe location with ample parking. Close to a plethora of food options and located right off the highway so it makes getting around easy. I will definitely choose this spot again when/if I return to the Dallas area.

We stayed here over the summer for a few days. First the communication to try and get the code at check in was not provided right away. They kept saying someone would call and give the code. It took an hour for a call back. We get to the apartment and the maid is still cleaning so we waited in the hall for about 15-20 min. When we gained access after the maid left. We did our walk around and the showers were dirty, glitter on the couch, stools at the island were sticky and the worst was the sheets for one bedroom were damp. Never again

Did not receive check-in information until after I called 4 times and it was over 30 minutes after checking time at 3:35pm. We drove 5 hrs and the only info we had about our stay was an apt complex address. This was nerve wrecking considering all the scamming that goes on these days. This place needs to have a better way of communicating with it's customers. They also should have some kind of secure file you can use to submit your ID info besides text or email for security purposes. Also, My husband couldn't watch football because the tvs only had Roku with no local channels. He had to go to the lobby/rec room to catch local channels. It also would have been nice to have seating on the patio to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset. The rug is a tripping hazard and needs to be replaced. But the apt was pretty clean. The mattress on the bed could be better and there were spider webs above the tub. We enjoyed the ease of getting to our room and the location and town of Richardson were perfect for our visit.

Makeup stains on pillows. Wi-Fi only worked 25% of the time. Stains on rugs. Property management responded to issues about Wi-Fi “we can’t do anything until Monday”. This was on a Friday afternoon. The towels were also not properly washed. And the upstairs sounded like the Pittsburgh Steelers we’re practicing drills. If this apartment got a very deep cleaning, a Keurig, and Wi-Fi that actually works, it would be 5 star rating

Getting into the property initially is a little tricky, but help was readily available. The TV was not producing a signal and even with instructions from host that issue was not resolved. Music and loud talking from neighboring apartments the first night way into the night. Property itself was nice and the locale was very convenient

The place was ok but no t.v in the bedroom ,the sofa was real bad i hurt my back sitting on it and real bad service in the building and Wi-Fi was working parking was difficult had to park a block away and it was so cold ,but the worse part of it the rude white boy that works there in office my daughter was looking at a little water fall in lobby he came a yelled at us dont touch the water fall he yelled i was like dude chill she not even closed to it ,the key fobs didnt work had to come in through front every time and residence there are real rude and they cant mind there on business there was dog poop and pee on the hall ways plus my wife went to gym at 5am and 8pm there was some real weird men in there trying to record women they weren't even working out and the cave area beautiful but this chubby white man was sleeping in there for 2 days it was awkward .

Bed and pillows were decently comfortable. I liked that the unit I was in was between a hallway and the stairs so there were no immediate next door neighbors to worry about. Just the ones above me. I like it was not far from the office I was going to for this work trip. I only had issues with parking one night as I left and came back later but I eventually found a spot. Really didn't use the living area much except for the kitchen which was the biggest thing I wanted so I didn't have to go find food every day. Liked the key fob for the door and the electronic locks. I felt relatively safe here. Would definitely try to book this one again if I had to come back to the area.

My stay at this hotel was average. The location was convenient, especially since I was attending a conference at UT Dallas. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms left much to be desired. There were noticeable issues that detracted from the overall comfort. Communication could have been improved, particularly on the morning of checkout. I experienced a significant inconvenience when I was locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning key fob. Checking in was a nightmare-very sketchy. The dishwasher and washing machine were broke. There weren’t any tissues or dish washer pods. We had to purchase extra things including towels because they were not provided. Prior to us staying there. Parking was also a nightmare and whenever we would reach out for support, we got late responses - check out instructions were sent after 11pm.

We stayed here around Thanksgiving and needed a place with a kitchen. We liked the place and the amenities such as the gym. However, we did not get the complicated check-in details until mid-day of our arrival. We were moving locations during the week and this delay added anxiety to the process. The unit is comfortable. Nice beds, clean, smaller but not too cramped. There are few kitchen essentials: three pots, a few utensils, some very basic items. The complex is huge and takes a few minutes to walk from the elevator to the unit. The biggest complaint is communication: early emails and texts asked me to complete a form but the link was broken; I was asked to text pictures of my driver's license and my credit card (no thanks), I was told I'd be given access to the building itself via text. I wasn't. But luckily some residents let me in through the mailroom. I was texted repeatedly with instructions, including to remove trash. But email instructions on parking were limited to "on the street." There is only one side street where there is any open parking. In total I received nearly 20 texts for my stay of one night (17 hours).

This place was better than I expected and was amazing at the same time. From reservation to check out, the communication requires to make me feel comfortable visiting a new location was wonderful. Every question was answered clearly and visuals provided to help me follow directions clearly. The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The pictures did not do it justice. It was everytwe needed and more than we expected. Clean, quiet, safe location with ample parking. Close to a plethora of food options and located right off the highway so it makes getting around easy. I will definitely choose this spot again when/if I return to the Dallas area.

We stayed here over the summer for a few days. First the communication to try and get the code at check in was not provided right away. They kept saying someone would call and give the code. It took an hour for a call back. We get to the apartment and the maid is still cleaning so we waited in the hall for about 15-20 min. When we gained access after the maid left. We did our walk around and the showers were dirty, glitter on the couch, stools at the island were sticky and the worst was the sheets for one bedroom were damp. Never again

Did not receive check-in information until after I called 4 times and it was over 30 minutes after checking time at 3:35pm. We drove 5 hrs and the only info we had about our stay was an apt complex address. This was nerve wrecking considering all the scamming that goes on these days. This place needs to have a better way of communicating with it's customers. They also should have some kind of secure file you can use to submit your ID info besides text or email for security purposes. Also, My husband couldn't watch football because the tvs only had Roku with no local channels. He had to go to the lobby/rec room to catch local channels. It also would have been nice to have seating on the patio to enjoy coffee and watch the sunrise/sunset. The rug is a tripping hazard and needs to be replaced. But the apt was pretty clean. The mattress on the bed could be better and there were spider webs above the tub. We enjoyed the ease of getting to our room and the location and town of Richardson were perfect for our visit.

The room/apartment was amazing. Very clean & comfortable. TV’s in both bedrooms, lots of closet space. The location is also excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping. My only complaints would be: the parking (the designated garage is a bit of a walk, you have to park on the 7th floor and the elevator was broken!); only getting 1 key fob (my group did different things so it made it challenging to try to make sure we could get in/out as needed); not having 24-hr customer service (the internet went out in the middle of the night and I wasn’t able to get any assistance because it was so late). Overall, I would stay here again!

Getting into the property initially is a little tricky, but help was readily available. The TV was not producing a signal and even with instructions from host that issue was not resolved. Music and loud talking from neighboring apartments the first night way into the night. Property itself was nice and the locale was very convenient

Bed and pillows were decently comfortable. I liked that the unit I was in was between a hallway and the stairs so there were no immediate next door neighbors to worry about. Just the ones above me. I like it was not far from the office I was going to for this work trip. I only had issues with parking one night as I left and came back later but I eventually found a spot. Really didn't use the living area much except for the kitchen which was the biggest thing I wanted so I didn't have to go find food every day. Liked the key fob for the door and the electronic locks. I felt relatively safe here. Would definitely try to book this one again if I had to come back to the area.

The owners are cordial, the property is clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only difficulties are they didn't communicate with me when I was checking in and I was confused; for a while I thought I had lost the reservation. This is a condo unit and the people in the entry from the condo were completely unhelpful, almost rude. However, once we were communicated with everything then went pretty smoothly. There's not a lot to do in Richardson and it's a bit of a drive to Dallas, so make a note of that. Also, the parking can be a little confusing. There is a lot for visitors and we could usually park there, but one night we had to park on the street. Also, the doors in the place tend to slam loudly so bring your sound machine to help you sleep at night. All in all though it was a great place, great stay, I would definitely go there again. Thanks!
