Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

Staff was great. Breakfast eat good. The room was clean with the exception outside of the shower looked like it neve to bleached. The public restrooms were not stocked. The toilet seats need to be changed. They are severely stained.

We had to leave the room early after we found water damage with possible mold due to having allergies.

The phone didn’t work in the room. Are room wasn’t the cleanest and the pool was very strong like burning my eyes and I wasn’t even in it

Overall, this location is worthy of the stay. Check-in process smooth, no hidden fees, and seemed to employ a non-nonsense environment (no rowdy guests). While the room was great, we did have a few issues. The shower door needed some adjustment and the nozzle to the sink became inoperable right before departure leaving us having to endure the sound of running water as we were preparing for departure. These both can be minor fixes, but of course, all customers are always looking for perfection whenever seeking a stay. These minor issues won’t detour me in the future but I will expect the next stay to be flawless 😉
