For reservations made on New Year's Eve (29 Dec - 31 Dec incl.), the hotel reserves the right to withdraw payment for the entire reservation immediately after booking . In the event that the card cannot be verified, the client must provide another card number, failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of the deposit. For reservations made for the Easter period (7 April 2023 - 10 April 2023), the hotel reserves the right to withdraw payment for the entire reservation immediately after booking. All bookings for this period are NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION in case of any cancellation or no show . Modifications or cancellations are not possible. The property will charge the outstanding amount at any time after the booking has been made. In case your card is invalid, the property will contact you asking for new card details. If you don't provide the details within 24 hours the property can cancel your booking. The property is non-smoking area. Between 10 PM and 7 AM people who are not our guests or members of staff cant be in the property area . All the unnecessary damage ( such as results of heavy drinking) is being covered by the ones that caused it. All nights of accommodation must be paid during your arrival. A valid ID or passport must be presented upon arrival at the hotel. Without identity verification, the guest cannot be accommodated. Property Management and Staff reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone or end their stay before the reservation finishes if standards of behaviour are not met, in cases such as this no money will be refunded to the guests. People can not share one dorm bed. Different payment and cancellation policies may apply to bookings for 6 or more people. Such as partial prepayment, etc. Please note that in case you are going to pay by credit card, there is extra charge (3%).
