This is a great hotel for location and access to shopping, dining, and safe parking. I wish the restaurant weren’t under renovation (we weren’t told in advance that it would be). We also weren’t told until the afternoon beforehand that the power was going to be shut off in our unit from 8AM all day. We had to get up and shower at 7AM on a Sunday morning because of the power being cut. No opportunity to sleep in a bit on our weekend getaway. We didn’t swim in the pool, but it looked lovely, though it was very tiny with very little space to sit. I would still stay here again because of the location, and hopefully, the restaurant will be open next time, and there won’t be any surprises about the power being turned off.

Gym is small, no water fountain. location is central - 1 block away from shopping malls, lots of restuarants and eatery. Convennience store close by. Close to Via Rail, walkable - 30 min to Old Montreal.

The hotel and property are very conveniently located near popular streets and was very clean. However, the pool was not heated as advertised and the restaurant/bar was closed for renovations and no where online did it mention that the bar and restaurant would be closed. There wasn’t even a person working on it so this may be a while before it opens. This was our second time going to this hotel as the first time was very memorable hence why we went a second time. Sadly, the second time was no where as enjoyable as the first time.

The hotel was as advertised. It was nice, very clean, comfortable and well situated for our needs. The staff was also friendly and courteous. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which we were made aware of upon our arrival. We were told the disturbance would only be between 9 am to 5 pm but were awoken promptly at 7:15. We would go back… when renovations are completed.

The shower in our first room was dirty, so we asked to be moved. Unfortunately, the shower in the second room was also dirty. Overall, not a great experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Overall we had a comfortable stay however we noticed that parts of the room required deeper cleaning and maintenance. For example, the bathroom floors and corners of the shower should have been deep cleaned as it appeared there was mold in ever corner of the shower stall. Chipped shelving in the bathroom and in ceiling you could see the space between the wall and ceiling.

The bathroom smelled really bad which made the room smell bad. There was smell of sewage and I had to go purchase and air freshener but even that didn’t help. The room wasn’t cleaned properly there were items on the carpet like chips and tissue.

I stayed at this hotel on July 26 and checked out the following day. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Shortly after checking in, I stepped into the bathroom and cut the sole of my foot on a sharp piece of glass that had clearly been missed during cleaning. When I reported the incident to the front desk, the staff showed little concern and offered me a complimentary breakfast, which I didn’t even use. There was no genuine apology or effort to properly address the situation. To add to the disappointment, the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working either. TV is old and only basic cable (no smart TV). Bathroom is very not private if you are staying with someone. Accidents can happen, but the way they’re handled matters—and in this case, the lack of care or responsibility shown by staff was unacceptable. I hope management takes cleanliness and guest safety more seriously moving forward.

Good, clean room. Very comfortable bed and I appreciated having bathrobe and slippers available. Layout of the washroom is a bit odd, personally I find the option to look through into the bedroom a bit creepy - but you do have the option to keep the shutters closed. Great location in Montreal, easy walk lots of restaurants.

The location in downtown is excellent! Right by walkable street level shops, restaurants and bars. Also right by the best part of the Underground City! The biggest downside was the lack of blackout drapes. We stayed in a panoramic view room which was great but literally no operable drapes, only blinds that didn't block the light and didn't feel very private to outside onlookers. They absolutely need to upgrade to some full blackout curtains or drapes!

My panoramic room was beautiful. I loved having a separate shower and a full soaking tub. I had my room cleaned and they forgot to refill my bath salts but it was easy to request more to be sent up. WiFi was free to use during my stay to get some work done. Walkability to nearby restaurants and nice shops were great. There is also metro stops within a few steps!

Right downtown! Was a beautiful stay, with a beautiful shower and large bath tub. Gorgeous view. Valet parking or several parking garages around. The bed was comfortable and my only wish was they had provided extra blankets (or perhaps I just needed to ask or I over looked them - either way it was a small notice!) they have an outdoor pool which is a bit small, but was never crowded and was beautiful! Easy to walk or uber/taxi around. I will definitely be back! A must stay for tourist.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at check in. The lady was extremely rude to my friend when she politely asked about parking (which is not clearly marked/ visible from all the streets leading to the hotel) and instead proceeded to tell her with a superior tone, how she has to pay for parking. I will never book a stay here again, as I do not want to pay to be disrespected. I will say the lady who helped with check out was very nice and professional. Also shout out to the valet who was a thorough professional as well. The check in lady can learns heaps about how to conduct herself in an apt manner from him. She ruined our whole day.

I had a really disappointing experience after checking in. I was staying only one night before flying overseas and have order an item needed for my overseas trip through amazing. Unfortunately my flight was delay due the a winter storm and the package arrive at the hotel before me. The reception area refused to keep the package and sent it back even though both the hotel reservation and the Amazon package were on my name. I had ti contact the delivery company ti ask them ti try to make another delivery of the package. It was a very stressful situation that could’ve been avoided if only the hotel receptionist match the name of the package with a reservation. I have done this in many other hotels with no problem at all.

Our stay at the hotel was okay — the service itself was fine — but the communication was very poor, which left a really bad impression. Even after confirming details multiple times with the staff, no one ever mentioned anything about the paid parking. I understand that it was written somewhere in the booking, but when you’re traveling, plans can change — which is exactly why you ask staff directly what’s included and what’s not. We decided last minute to rent a car, and I specifically asked the reception if they provided parking and to give me directions. They said yes, but never once mentioned that it costs $40 per night. The next morning, I asked again for directions to the parking — still no mention of any charges. Later that evening, they even took our keys without saying anything about payment. Only at check-out did they inform us about the parking fee. I was rushing to catch a flight and couldn’t argue at that moment. Then, once I landed, I received an email saying I had been charged $40 per night for two nights — even though I only used parking for one day. When I called the manager, they were extremely rude, didn’t acknowledge the poor communication at all, and basically told me it was “my problem.” Honestly, that kind of attitude from management ruined the whole experience. Great service… until you have a question or an issue.

The hotel was in a great walkable location downtown. Felt very safe and it’s nice that they have someone welcoming even though I checked in around 2 AM. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. My only note is the pool has lots of cobwebs and spiders which made it a little less relaxing. But I only went to the pool once and mostly explored Montreal! I would stay here again

The location is excellent, central to restaurants and stores and close to both Sherbrooke St. & St Catharine st. The property was very clean and the decor was very nice. My room was spacious, comfortable, and elegant. The only let down is that Hotel lacks any restaurant or bar, so you must go out to dine. Another disappointment was that I was supposed to get a room with two queen size beds, and was given a room with a large king size bed instead.

The property is in an excellent location to explore Montreal and close to many restaurant options. We missed having the restaurant/bar in lobby as it was closed fir renovation. This is a nice hotel in the core of Montreal downtown. Rooms are great, clean. Beds are comfortable and. Service is courteous. One concern is that the second floor and the restaurant is under renovation. No bar services, nor food in the hotel. The breakfast is very basic.

Nice hotel and well situated. Not a lot of common areas. Restaurant being renovated. Other construction in hotel, although they only made noise at reasonable times. Did not see a shop within hotel to buy basics. On the positive side, rooms clean and staff friendly. Walkable to plenty of shopping, dining and the center Bell.
