Exterior of the property is not kept up well. Entrance has potholes that can swallow your vehicle. Sign on pole not lit. Room had an incense smell.

We were looking for a place close to where my son would be playing ball over the weekend which was at the Trenton Thunder ballpark.It was a great location (only minutes away from stadium) and we could walk to several restaurants that were close by.As for the hotel itself it was probably what you’d expect for that price point.They we’re remodeling rooms so the hallways were full of furniture, microwaves etc., but at least they’re remodeling.Staff was friendly but the included breakfast was (and I’m serious) not worth eating.Juice machine was out of order, hallway water fountain also out of order and just a heads up, the elevator coming from second to first floor hits hard enough when stopping to give you a free chiropractic adjustment…or a much needed appointment to see an orthopedic specialist.If you just need a place to sleep then it’s fine but don’t expect much of anything else.

The room was extremely dirty. There was hair everywhere but like shaved hair really weird. The room smelled bad upon opening the room my daughter literally took out her body spray to spray it even the towels had hair and they were dirty, the tub had hair it was all gross. Then there was a couple next door who sound like stay there often got into a huge fight it was 1 am hotel staff/ police called them by their name as if it was a normal thing overall gross.

Absolutely disgusting place. The room had a horrible smell. We opened both beds and there was a bunch of loose hair on the pillows on one bed and the other bed was full of crumbs. Looks like the sheets weren't changed from previous guests and beds were just made up for next people. The bed covers are yellow stained all over the place. Bathroom towels are also stained. We asked for another room right away

Unsafe outlet covers missing with light plugged into it. Sprinkler in room covered in tape. Halls lines with stuff. Very dirty halls eating area. Elevator was hot no ventilation. Sheets were dirty. Gave hand tiwels instead of wash rags.

When we arrived we checked in and the room they gave us was dirty the bathroom they didn't even clean up after the last people that were there. Was gross.

Checked in around 8PM, no one was at the front desk. Room was generally clean, except the shower. Shower curtain was filthy and there was hair on the wall. TV was broken. Lobby bathrooms were not clean. Breakfast was small but ok

I was given a room that had food all over the floor. When I called the front desk they said housekeeping was gone so they brought me a vacuum to clean the floor myself. A few hours later I pulled the covers down on the bed and the sheets were covered with curly black men’s chest hairs . Again I called the desk and this time they moved me to another room, even though earlier they said they didn’t have another room. When I asked for some of my money back they stated that there wasn’t a manger present to help. Needless to say I won’t ever be staying there again

Upon arrival the room had dirty towels on the sink and no toilet paper. All of the “clean” towels were covered in long black hair. The front desk did supply fresh towels quickly however they still had hair and stains

The wedsite stated that the room had a jetted tub and it was more expensive then the regular room and come to find out that is not true. The hotel made reaventions and removed all the tubes.

We needed a place to stay late at night. They don't accept walk ins after 11, which is totally fine. That had nothing to do with my review. The hotel room was average to below average, I couldn't close the curtains other than the sheer one, and it was a ground floor room. It seemed clean but I wouldn't walk in it with a black light. it was fine for the night, but $90 doesn't get you very far in a hotel these days. The bed was fine. Nothing special. There was no blanket only a comforter. Usually that's just a decoration. Nothing special. I wouldn't choose to stay here again if I had a choice.

Price was great. Place felt safe despite location off major highway. It was clean, beds were comfortable, food was ok for the price. The only down fall is it’s not well insulated and I could hear a pin drop.

the biggest issue was the AC/heating unit—it was extremely loud and ran all night with a constant, disruptive noise. After a long day of driving and looking forward to a restful night before continuing my vacation, I found it really difficult to sleep. The noise made it hard to relax, and I woke up feeling tired and unrested. This would have been a much better stay if the room had quieter climate control. Hopefully, the management can look into fixing or upgrading the system for future guests.

No one to check me in. I waited till 3:30 am to get my room. Ended up with bug bites from sleeping ion couch in lobby. Two other quests were locked out if their room and also waited until 3:30am to get help. Breakfast was not edible. Horrible experience. Will not stay again.

I had a great time. Checking in was easy. All you can eat breakfast with eggs, waffles, juice, fresh fruits etc. Ms Patricia was the staff that helped me check out in the morning. She was so kind and because of her she made my day a-little better. Thank you. I recommend this place

We were promised a crib as we were traveling with a one-year-old and when we got there, they said somebody else was using it and we did not get the baby crib. We had to go out and buy a playpen for $79.

Arrived around10 pm and couldn’t get in hotel. There was no one at the counter to let me inside. Luckily there was a patron there that opened the doors for me. Once inside I had to wait for the front desk clerk , who finally showed up out of the elevator. I was not greeted at all! Only asked for my id and credit card, very unfriendly!

we requested a non-smoking room and our room we were given reeked of smoke, mind you this was not just a whiff of smoke, but as if a smoker lived in the room. The attending staff attempted to use an air purifier to clean the room but to no avail. we were told the hotel was fully booked with no options to move rooms. after asking for a discount because of the smell, they "found" another room available that was smoke free. We would have left the hotel, but had two rooms booked one for my wife and i and another for our daughter and my mother in law. Their room was smoke free. After speaking to the front desk staff, i asked to talk to the manager (who was off site) but apparently they ONLY communicated via text or email and not over the phone. The front desk desk tried within their power to correct the issue, but apparently had no option set forth by the manager. what kind of Hotel manager does not communicate in person or on the phone?!

We arrived after a 10 hour drive. The doors to the lobby were locked. After driving around to look for another entrance, I knocked on the door for 10 minutes, with no answer. Just as I was finding a phone number to call, someone appeared in the lobby and walked to the door and opened the door. It turned out that this was another guest. After walking in, there was nobody at the front desk. I rang the service bell repeatedly, and a worker finally came out. It should not take 20 minutes to get into a hotel that I had reserved. I can understand locking the door for safety reasons, but why was nobody monitoring the door? Not the way I wanted to end a long day of traveling. The mattresses felt like sleeping on cardboard. The pillows were very comfortable, to their credit.

My low ratings in two categories were only due to the massive renovation on the first floor. I’m sure things will look great when completed but the fumes were a bit much. I requested a second room floor and was given with no problem. Breakfast was much better with the serving of hot food. Last time I was there no hot meals were available. Their location is close to many places to eat or shop,kudos

We really enjoyed the staff. They were exceptional in Service and Hospitality. We were only there overnight so we didn't get to use the pool. It looked good tho! The breakfast omelette provided was the best I ever had! The bacon was like cotton candy, so thin it dissolved, but the omelette made up for it!

Remodel is in process; furniture is pilled into the hallway. Hallway is very dirty. Breakfast is very limited. Apparently items are only restocked on Wednesdays, so Tuesday morning, no forks are available. Very limited amounts are made available each day. Only crumbs of eggs were available. We ended up going to another place to eat. Staff didn't seemed to be concerned about anything.
