Positives: The hotel is has a nice design, clean room, the staff is professional and helpful. Also it is close to a supermarket. Negative: The gym is nice but limited in the number of equipment's available. My recommendation is to add and extra bench and treadmill to the gym for residents convenience. So overall a great hotel choice, and a well-done to the staff and management.

Es ist ein modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr gut war das zugehörige Parkhaus für ca. 20 €/Tag. Mit der nahegelegenen U- und S-Bahn Station haben wir mit einem 3 Tagesticket, alle Ziele in Prag sehr schnell erreicht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Halbpension würden wir nicht mehr buchen, da es in der Umgebung auch zahlreiche Gaststätten gibt. Hier hätten wir typisch tschechisch essen können. Das Abendessen, war eher kantinenmässig.

This is the 3rd time at the hotel in 6 months. It doesn’t disappoint. Martin the barman is great and it’s nice he remembers us. The hotel is in a great position and the transport links to the main attractions are cheap and plentiful. I used the gym and sauna this trip. The gym is well equipped and free to use as part of the stay. I paid extra for the sauna, this was very relaxing and worth the payment. My only issue was that the pillows weren’t as comfy as normal, but we managed for the length of our stay. It didn’t warrant saying anything at the time. All the staff are pleasant and the hotel is extremely clean. We will be back again soon.

Etablissement propre, calme, moderne, bien déservi (5mn à pied du bus qui relie à l'aéroport en 50mn pour 2€ par adulte). Le personnel a toujours été souriant, serviable mais discret. Equipement de la chambre (Executive) moderne : tv écran plat avec chaînes TV de plusieurs nationalités dont françaises (CNews), enseinte bluetooth Philips. Dommage que le petit frigo ne soit pas fonctionnel. Bouteille d'eau dans la chambre offerte, et 3 boissons au bar (vin pétillant ou justde fruits). Ils nous a gardé les valises le dernier jour pour qu'on fasse une dernière journée de balade sans être encombré, nickel. Bref, top, si on revient à Prague, ça sera dans cet hôtel. 40mn à pied du centre, car on aime marcher, sinon, bus /tram autour

Just an ordinary small hotel. Not sure why it has four star rating. If you need extra towels or blanket the staff would not bring it to you. I had to go down to the reception to bring the extra blanket for myself. I needed extras towels again I was asked to go to the reception. They don’t even provide bottle of water. No mini bar provided. But there is a small fridge and safe. It is clean but would classify three star rating. Location is not good at all. I would not suggest especially if you want to be central. If I was to go to Prague again I would definitely stay somewhere more convenient for the Old Town. It was very tiring to take metro change at Mustek and three more stations which does not sound much. But it is and it was tiring to travel to all the historical places everyday. It takes about 30 to 40 min and apart from a big shopping centre and few restaurants there is nothing in the area where the hotel is.

unsere Buchung wurde von der Zentrale falsch weiter gegeben, sodass wir ca. 1 Stunde auf unser Zimmer warteten. In der Nacht hörten wir laute Musik von der Terrasse, die nicht zugängig war als wir diese nutzen wollten. Gegenüber des Hotels ist eine Großbaustelle von der man den Staub ins Gesicht geblasen bekommt sobald man das Hotel verläßt. Auf dem Boden im Zimmer neben dem Bett waren bei Ankunft Flecken, die bis zum Ende ( 3 Tage später) immer noch da waren. Die Waschtischplatte löst sich durch die Feuchtigkeit auf ebenso wir die Zarge der Badezimmertüre

Von der Rezeption bis zum Restsurant ,war auseordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Personal war war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich. Das Früstücksbuffet warausgezeichnet und vielfältig.Gute Parkplatz. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Hôtel très fréquenté par des groupes qui font du bruit à n'importe quelle heure. Restaurant très vite surchargé. Housekeeping déficient: pas de remplacement de serviettes, pas d'ajout de papier toilette, utilisation de désodorisant directement sur le lit pour masques les odeurs, pas de nettoyages des verres et mugs utilisés.

We were in room 216 - not bad at a glance but the sink tap is misfired almost as if spirit levels were not present, there is paint peel above the bath and as soon as we checked in someone wanted to hover just outside our room. The checking was done with due care and diligence- but the management could avoid guest’ annoyance if there’s supplied extra reception staff maybe around 2 -4 pm… the wait at checking and the unfinished room makes tour hotel not worth 200 euros per night

Good value for money. Clean and spacious rooms. Good location with lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Parking available but be aware that the spots are on the smaller side. Anything larger than a midsize sedan, will be tricky to park. Only negative was the wifi. It was awful. Weak signal. When you were able to find a signal, it was painstakingly slow. I ended up using my mobile hotspot.

Nettes Hotel. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut und die Auswahl ok. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht so toll. Im Bad war die Ablage kaputt und der Türstock vom Wasser aufgequollen und schimmelig. Die versprochenen Freigetränke haben wir nicht bekommen. Erst bei Abreise, als ich nachgehakt habe, wurden uns 2 Wasser gegeben. Lage ist toll. Ums Eck fahren Metro und mehrere Busse. Sind nur 3 Stationen zum Zentrum. Parken war in der eigenen Tiefgarage möglich. Allerdings mit über 20€ pro Nacht auch nicht gerade günstig. Alles in allem: für eine Städtereise ok. Hatte schon Besseres, aber auch wesentlich Schlechteres

Hôtel agréable situé au sud-ouest de Prague tout en restant très central. Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Parking payant possible à l'hôtel. Personnel sympathique et hôtel très calme dans l'ensemble. Petit bémol. Papier toilette ultra fin et chambre sonore . On entend distinctement les gens marcher dans la chambre au dessus...

One of the worst experiences I have ever been through, my room reservation was changed without informing me and they replaced it with a small room, I arrived with my family at 2 am because my plane was delayed and when I arrived I was surprised that my room was replaced with a smaller room and they forced me to put an extra bed in the room and I had no other choice because we were very tired. Also, my family and I were treated racistly, their treatment was very bad especially during breakfast and especially from the head of the kitchen, she was treating me racistly. When I left the hotel they forced me to pay 500 euros for the extra bed, they scammed me with all impudence and audacity, they charged me for changing the towels and bed covers because of my young children, it is impudence and fraud, I do not advise anyone to book in this bad hotel

Just an ordinary small hotel. Not sure why it has four star rating. If you need extra towels or blanket the staff would not bring it to you. I had to go down to the reception to bring the extra blanket for myself. I needed extras towels again I was asked to go to the reception. They don’t even provide bottle of water. No mini bar provided. But there is a small fridge and safe. It is clean but would classify three star rating. Location is not good at all. I would not suggest especially if you want to be central. If I was to go to Prague again I would definitely stay somewhere more convenient for the Old Town. It was very tiring to take metro change at Mustek and three more stations which does not sound much. But it is and it was tiring to travel to all the historical places everyday. It takes about 30 to 40 min and apart from a big shopping centre and few restaurants there is nothing in the area where the hotel is.

No issues with room or check-in but upon checkout, we were informed that we will be paying for breakfast. To our surprise, no one ate breakfast or ordered it. We informed the staff this, and they would not believe us. The manager pulled the records of the restaurant and showed us our room number. However, the staff did not conduct room or identity checks to get breakfast. There were three of us and the restaurant only had records of one person. We asked them why would only one person eat and the secretary next to us not even helping us but rather with a different customer responded in a snarky way "what if only one person wanted to eat". This was not the case as we went to starbucks every morning. The manager hesitated a while and annoyed, she waved her hand at us and instructed her secretary to dismiss us and the charges, stating "i’ll check the cameras". This hotel has both a management problem and a security issue, if anyone can come in and get breakfast on someone else’s tab, and then get treated as criminals. The issue is not the breakfast itself, but the way that they handled the situation, as if we were liars.

Super hotel with friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located near Andel metro station and Na Knížecí bus/tram station giving access to all public transport routes. There was an amazing choice of food for breakfast and evening buffet, and could not fault the quality. We loved the high standard offered by this hotel chain but with a boutique feel! If I really wanted to be picky, the bed was a little firmer than I would have liked, but after all the sightseeing, brewery visits and lovely food, this did not impede a good night’s sleep!

Un opción sumamente agradable, el hotel es limpio, impecable y la habitación cómoda y amplia. Mi única queja fue el wifi, demasiado lento y se desconectaba constantemente… De lo demás, mi opinión es buena, esta muy bien conectado a las principales atracciones turísticas de Praga ya que tienes el tranvía a 200 m y el metro a 100 m de distancia además tienes un supermercado a dos cuadras lo que te hace muy cómodo por si necesitas comprar agua o algún tipo de víveres… Excelente relación calidad precio.

The room is exactly as you see in the picture. Clean and spacious and breakfast was good with lots of choices. I went in a busy period so had to queue for tables to be free. But overall, it's a nice place and great location. I walked to the old town everyday for sightseeing but the buses and train station is literally 500m away.

Ein an sich modernes Hotel, das schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Hier und da ein paar Schrammen oder unsaubere Ausbesserungsarbeiten... Frühstück wirkt erstmal solide, jedoch kaum mit Abwechslung und auf den zweiten Blick auch mit einigen Minuspunkten: Cappuccino schmeckt schrecklich (Maschine bringt schlichtweg keinen Milchschaum zustande), Orangensaft schmeckt sehr künstlich, frisch aufgefüllter "Obstsalat" schwimmt im Zuckerwasser der Konserven. Für Eltern mit Kindern: Im Frühstücksbereich existiert genau ein Kinderstuhl. Zur Umgebung: Direkt vor der Haustür ist es nicht sonderlich hübsch (Hauptstraße), aber innerhalb von 5 min ist man inmitten eines recht hippen Viertels mit "Food Market" und weiteren guten Restaurants - wer abends nicht im Zentrum essen möchte. Anbindung an selbiges ist sehr gut mit Metro und diversen Tram Linien.

Es ist ein modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr gut war das zugehörige Parkhaus für ca. 20 €/Tag. Mit der nahegelegenen U- und S-Bahn Station haben wir mit einem 3 Tagesticket, alle Ziele in Prag sehr schnell erreicht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Halbpension würden wir nicht mehr buchen, da es in der Umgebung auch zahlreiche Gaststätten gibt. Hier hätten wir typisch tschechisch essen können. Das Abendessen, war eher kantinenmässig.
