We beought our family including dogs. There was beautiful wood behind hotel to walk them while still be close to restaurants and a grocery store. Pool was wonderful. Staff was super accommodating and friendly.

We came with 3 kiddos for a Duluth weekend. The two bedroom suite was clean and quiet and perfect for the 5 of us. Also affordable. Pool was clean, and we even thought the breakfast coffee was pretty good! One downside was we had an issue with a fuse on the second night but there wasn’t really any help with solving that other than moving rooms. We decided to stay and it was fine. Again a comfy and clean stay. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is located a little bit far from the lake front. It is easy to find and has plenty of parking spots. Our room (suite) was clean, the kitchen well equipped. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful giving us tips on how to go around town.

Not bad but not great. Breakfast was pretty good but could have had some different hot options. The coffee could have been better but it is very close to a Starbucks location. The pool and hot tub had too much chlorine and was not useable because of the burning around your eyes just from being in the pool area.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff throughout day and night were friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and breakfast was good! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool area was nice and workout room. Plan on staying here again when in area! A great vacation experience for the hockey tournament we were in town for.

I've stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Duluth several times over the past few years. Each time it has been spotless, very comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Check in was easy, the breakfast in the morning was great, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

We love staying at all residents inns! It’s always clean, staff is super nice, and Duluth was the best so far. Breakfast the next morning was just beautiful and delicious, fresh strawberry topping for waffles, spinach and feta eggs and egg sandwiches! Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel recently!

The hvac needs updating. The only thing that I didn't like, besides the window being partially open when we got in the room, was no option for heating/cooling on the thermostat. If the room was a little too warm and you wanted it to gradually cool off, that wasn't an option. Instead, the a/c would blast and it's directed right at the bed and seating area. We had to turn off the thermostat rather than risk earaches and sore throats from the a/c in the morning.

Everything was good. I asked for a quiet room and the person working the counter at check-in selected a very quiet room. The only thing that was missing was microwave safe cookware. You can use the ceramic bowls / plates, but they get hot--they're not really designed for the microwave.

We got into town early and asked about an early check in. Was greeted with a big smile and let me check if one is available, and there was. Everyone always had a smile and kind word for us. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Duluth

Staff are super nice, studio room had nice amenities, breakfast was yummy, and location in Duluth was nice for those who don’t want to deal with the congestion of Canal Park. Plus, it’s a short drive to a grocery store and other necessities if you need something. Had a very nice time.

We were very pleased with the room and the fixtures. However, breakfast was disappointing! The eggs and sausage were warm, not hot. There was no spray for the waffle iron, so the waffles stuck! When asked why, the attendant said that they only spray the iron occasionally? I saw MANY people with waffles that had stuck to the iron.

Hotel was nice- the food options for breakfast were not great. Four out of five nights, it was just gas station prepackaged breakfast sandwiches. One day was biscuits and gravy which were great! Definitely let down by the breakfast. And a big let down they had NO flavored coffee creamer, said it was for brain ding with the higher ups. In this day and age I have not seen a coffee bar with no flavored coffee creamer , definitely a huge let down. Beautiful outdoor sitting area with fireplace and grills.

Great rooms with an unexpectedly awesome breakfast. I usually don’t eat hotel breakfast because it’s usually the same old thing…a little blah and I’m usually not in the mood for a waffle. Wasn’t planning to eat, just spend time with my family. But…there was fresh cut pineapple, whole wheat muffins with egg and turkey sausage, oat milk, and lots more. Loved it!
