The hotel its self is very nice and clean, the restaurant had decent food (7.5/10) and the staff was friendly. The gym was mediocre but you can’t expect much from a hotel gym. The area around the hotel wasn’t the greatest however there is a bar across the street that had excellent service.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located right at the airport. I did no use the service, but they do have an airport shuttle available. They also have a pool, hot tube, and restaurant. I will return when I am in the area.

Becky checked us in and was so kind. She made sure we had what we needed. The only down side is the bartender was not so nice and it closed at midnight. Breakfast was sooo good! $10 you got 2 eggs, meat, potatoes,, juice, and bread. Great wait staff. Nice pool. Sitting areas outside were a nice touch also!

Everything about our room was great. Very clean, and with the exception of a couple of kids having running races down the hall in the morning, it was a very quiet night. It was quite amazing considering we were right by the airport. Staff were very courteous and friendly. As we were in town for an event and it was just an overnight stay, we didn't use any other amenities. That said, I would absolutely consider this property again for such a visit or if we had an early flight out of Milwaukee. The only thing that we felt could be better was to include parking in the room rate. The extra $10.00/night parking fee to self park in the lot in front of the hotel makes you feel like you're being "nickled & dimed". We've never stayed in this type of property and had to pay extra for parking.

Spent $250.00 to get a room where half the lights didn’t work and the tub had standing water when you showered which was gross. Mentioned it upon checking out and wasn’t even given a “I’m so sorry” or “how can we make this right?” We scheduled room service and one of the workers called and said they were too busy and that we’d have to come down and pick it up - no biggy - however, she didn’t even have it ready when we went down. The front desk guy didn’t even know what time room service was available for (we checked in at 7pm) so that was odd. And we scheduled a shuttle for 4:15am and when we got down to the lobby at 4:16am - the shuttle already left and we had to wait 15 more minutes. Needed a shuttle back as well (this was mentioned upon check in with times prior) and waited 20 minutes outside the airport for it to come back. I usually love Hilton (never had an issue before) and this one was really disappointing.

Upon checking in I was informed that room would be cleaned only every other day. Moreover that there was a $10 a day charge for parking in the motel parking lot! This is an airport motel, not downtown or close to any attraction. Due to lack of cleaning, the halls are cluttered with waste paper baskets, used towels, it looked terrible. I’ll never stay at this place again.

Overall my stay was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However I don't think they clean near the underside of the bed as I found business cards on the floor. My companion and I were given the breakfast package and our parking fee was waived since the room type I reserved was under maintenance. The breakfast was good, but it offered less than what the Hampton Inn offers. No pancakes or French toast. Food was not getting replenished when it ran out. Instead we had to wait for a waitress to bring us out a "side" of whatever it was that we wanted more of. The bacon we had to ask for. It was cooked, but it was sitting behind the counter and we had to ask for it. We also couldn't take the amount that we wanted as it was pre plated. The whole breakfast experience was just weird.

The stay overall was fine. Bed and pillows comfortable as you would expect from a Hilton. Rooms get made up only every other day, which we weren’t told upon checking and we ran out of towels. So be aware. My biggest issue with this hotel was the coffee. This might sound ridiculous, but I expect the restaurant to have good coffee, esp. in an airport hotel with tired travelers. The coffee (in room, in lobby and at the restaurant) was so extremely bad, I had to spit it back into my cup and I’ve never done that in my life. It was completely undrinkable. If you need coffee in your day, I’d stay away from this property.

The personnel were fantastic but you have serious problems needing immediate attention. Right now I will never go back to a Hilton Garden Inn. It was not enjoyable putting up with the following problems: (1) The LG Television is deplorable. You must press 02 to get the guide which automatically scrolls through the channels. The LG remote is useless for the most part, the menu button does nothing to bring up the channels. Take a lesson from Directv and you will improve greatly on this. (2) The heating thermostat puts out cool air and is very difficult to raise and lower temperatures to get more or less heat. We had to call maintenance to get it to work somewhat good. Yes the staff were right there when needed. (3) You need to un complicate the WIFI password. Just have a card inside the room with it instead of making one go thorough the steps of figuring out the password for lobby and other options which are hard to understand. You try your best to get it and it doesn't work for the average person. Just make it easier and realize most people are IT illiterate. Finally, I would suggest that upper management get off of their behinds and stay one night in the motel and see how they like the TV setup, thermostat, and WIFI. Remember this word - KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid!!!

Unfortunately, this hotel was terrible in customer service. I almost slept in my car due to the front desk staff not finding my reservation due to not appropriately looking for it and even after showing my receipt that the room was paid in full, they declined giving me a room at 10 pm in the evening. I had to repurchase a new room. Eventually the error was mitigated after they did find the reservation and gave a refund.

The Staff was super friendly. My television did not work. They brought someone over from the other pfoperty across the street and between the two of us, we managed to put it right. That was my only issue with an otherwise very pleasant stay.I enjoyed it so much that I joined the Hilton Honors Program. I can see staying in these Garden Inn Hilto Hotels. Really special.

The hotel is convenient if you are flying out of MKE. Nothing is walkable near the hotel, though. There are a few restaurants within a mile or so. Heather at the front desk was nice. She gave us a room upgrade. The lobby has a big bar, plenty of seating, and is updated. The room was big with a sitting area and a bedroom (without a door). The rooms could use a little updating. It was clean and comfortable.

I booked a day in milwaukee for my wifes birthday on 5/18 i stayed in room 218. Checkin was great the gentleman did a great job. This one is on expedia. I checked the box to include breakfast and paid for it. There was nothing on my reservation that said breakfast included. The lady in the morning was great and gave us the voucher anyway. The room on appearance was great. Only issue we had there was a sticky spot on the floor on right side of jacuzzi tub. So this next problem is on the hotel. So we had a choice for breakfast either menu or buffet. I guess our mistake was choosing buffet. Great setup. The food was terrible. Everything was cold and im sorry but if your charging $15.95 per person you shouldnt serve stuff you would see at a continental breakfast. It was simply nasty.lesson learned order off the menu if your going to have their breakfast. I guess paying $300 for the room doesnt get you anything these days.

We flew in late (midnight) and the airport was empty. I was pleasantly surprised the Hilton had a shuttle bus running. Our room was comfortable and clean and very quiet. Breakfast the next day was tasty, but a bit pricey ($15 per person). Complimentary coffee was appreciated.
