The location is unbeatable - 200 yards form the gondola. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, rooms need upkeep/upgrades. Old single pane wooden windows, poor sound insulation, moldy caulking in the bathroom - not what you'd expect from a centrally located lodge in Vail.

Great staff in the front desk and breakfast. Clean room and confortable. Room 102 very noisy at nights and morning. You can hear people walking above. The best location close to the gondola. Will come back to an upper floor room.

Lovely stay here. Terrific, friendly staff. Very clean well kept property, high quality beds and bedding. The location couldn’t be better, less than a 2 minute walk to Gondola One and can walk anywhere in the Village within 10. Will stay again!
