Staff was clearly untrained. Hotel bar was inconsistent in hours of operation. Coffee shop has been closed since 2020 but shows on website. Cleaning staff knocked even with do not disturb sign AND entered our room without knocking!!

Rooms were so clean! Staff was EXCELLENT and the nicest people ever!! Beds were so comfortable. Lots of Parking. Pool was amazing!! Clean towels and lots of chairs. M Club for breakfast was amazing and the employee running that kept it so clean and fresh!! She was super sweet!! Loved it all around!! Would most definitely stay again if I’m in the area!!!

Great stay at the Columbus Marriott. My husband and I traveled to the area for an evening out (dinner at nearby Saltcellar was great also). We booked access to the lounge area, which included snacks and evening drinks. Only wine was available on the evening that we visited (no beer options). We were surprised to find that the breakfast buffet in Houlihan's was also included with this level. Staff were all very pleasant and we appreciate that there were no parking fees.

This place was very clean and staff were friendly. The check in process was quick and painless. The work out area was a little outdated but served the purpose. The extra charge for parking is a little much. This place is near excellent places to eat and have coffee. We walked everywhere because it was so close.

The water did not get hot at all. The bathroom could have used a bit more cleaning and updating. Love the fact that Houlihans was attached. Although they ran out of certain items. The breakfast was sub par!

Property is an Cotten gin and the conversion was beautifully done. Great location to all the shops and restaurants. Could easily walk everywhere. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was so friendly and you definitely felt that southern hospitality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Room was decent but staff was pretty much dense. House cleaning failed to clean room on first day. When I asked for extra towels house keeping brought me garbage bags; one was full of towels (about 8) and the other was fully of face cloths (around 12 to14). Restaurant is horrible and breakfast buffet was as equally bad. A situation at home came up and I had to leave early…the hotel played into that decision. I am a platinum member and received or offered any upgrade of any kind as well…worst Marriott I have ever stayed at.

Everything was great but the temperature. I like my room cold, but the the lack of air conditioning in the hallway (they were hot) and the weak air flow did not allow the room to cool.

The stay was okay. The room was small and there was some rust buildup on the top of the door to the bathroom. The air was not cold and the ice machine was not working on the 3rd Floor. When we spoke to the staff about the ice, he (Otis) was rude to my partner. There was a lot of back and forth about the room number- all over some ice. It was very inconvenient. She asked could he bring us some ice to the room, and he replied, “NO”! He told her to go to the 2nd Floor, and she explained to him that she was disabled. I had to wake up to handle the issue. I was on my way downstairs, when I met Otis with the ice. It could’ve been handled differently with more customer friendly service.

The air conditioning unit in my room was out and since the hotel was full, they could not provide me with a different room. Truly unacceptable when it’s 100 degrees outside. They should have given me a refund so I could have gone to a different hotel.

It’s the middle of winter and after coming back to my room last night when I was done with my event at the trade center next-door I just wanted to take a nice hot shower before bed. Unfortunately my room had zero hot water. I let it run for 20 plus minutes and nothing. I called the front desk and she informed me she let maintenance know but no apologies or resolutions nothing. Even though the venue itself is beautiful and clean you pay too much to stay and not have hot water and when you’ve informed someone of the issue, they don’t offer to fix it or move you to a room that has hot water. It was too late at night so I didn’t wanna argue with anybody. I just took a cold shower and went to sleep. I definitely don’t plan on staying here again, although I loved it initially. Upon check out another guest informed me that they had the same issue. If you guys were aware that you had no hot water, you should’ve had a sign up and warned guest upon check-in and they could’ve been offered a refund to stay somewhere else. Columbus has plenty of nice hotels.

The hotel is very nice and clean, but i had an issue with the front desk. I asked two different people if there was a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The first person told me no and the second person told me they did offer one but no one would be available at the time I needed. The day of my flight I was waiting outside for my Uber and an employee asked me if i was waiting on a taxi then proceeded to tell me they do offer and shuttle and he was available to take me. It was frustrating because the shuttle was the reason I booked the hotel and I wasted my money on an Uber after being misinformed twice.

Front desk staff not too friendly or inviting! At. Heck in, the rep wasn’t pleasant at all. This was my 1st stay, I had to ask about all amenities and she didn’t want to speak or engage with me at all. At check out, that rep said she would email my receipt and wasn’t friendly at all either.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would stay there every time! The staff is so gracious and lovely, the rooms are clean and so comfortable, and it’s a perfect location to walk to downtown which is quaint and filled with wonderful eateries!

The restaurant was poor. Margarita was too sour was sent back and exchange for a glass of wine. The shrimp salad that I ordered the shrimp was spoiled and the breakfast selection was not much better, bacon over cooked and greasy
