In eerste instantie kregen we een kamer die ons wat tegen viel omdat we voor minder geld beter gewend waren bij Van der Valk. Maar het personeel heeft het meer dan goed gemaakt met een andere kamer die uitstekend was! Dit hotel ligt op een goede locatie. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, uitgebreider dan we bij andere hotels hebben gezien. Als je vervoer goed plant, rij spitsvrij bijvoorbeeld dan is het op deze plek in een drukke verkeerslocatie best te doen. Gewoon bij Diergaarde Blijdorp op het parkeerterrein parkeren in de buurt van de ingang van het hotel en soms heb je geluk en staan de bomen open om uit te rijden. Anders kost een uitrijkaart je vier euro bij de receptie van het hotel. Dat is een koopje vergeleken bij de prijs voor diezelfde uitrijkaart aan de kassa van Diergaarde Blijdorp voor een dag parkeren. Dan kost het je €12,50 voor een dag. Kortom eij vinden dit hotel een aanrader. Zeker voor mensen met een hond!

Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre.

Parfait, propre et confortable ! Bus allant au centre ville a 5min a pied, parking pas cher mais faut payer 4e pour sortir a chaque fois donc prevoir de la laisser sur place et prendre les transports. La vente ou location de carte OV-chipkaart pour prendre le bus pourrait etre disponible à l'accueil car sans elle on peut pas prendre de bus, faut l'acheter dans les stations de métro (7e50), puis la charger car elle est sans crédit. Ils ne la reprennent pas non plus pour que d'autres puissent en profiter lorsque l'on part et qu'elle ne nous est plus necessaire. Dommage.

Ontzettend goed geholpen vanaf de incheck tot het uitchecken. Elektrische fietsen gehuurd om naar Ahoy te gaan. Grote kamer waar we met z’n drieën sliepen. Leuke kerstsfeer gecreëerd.

Parfait. Lit bébé gratuit. Attention les 4€ du parking sont pour chaque entrée et sortie. Quelques places gratuites devant l’hôtel mais le soir impossible d’en trouver une gratuite. Petit déjeuner assez cher. Tout le reste était parfait. Bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse très confortable, chouette situation. Très propre. Je recommande!!

Easy check in and out, staff helpful and friendly. Place is not as clean as it was when I visited 6 months ago and the room I had was a bit run down. Breakfast is not a bad selection, but overpriced as it’s quite poor quality. Overall the hotel is quite good value for money though and well located near the airport. Not well located if you need to be near the centre, but the local bus service is not bad.

Needs updating! Carpet in room looked like it hadn't been changed or cleaned in eons. Rainfall shower dripped even when not in use. Either burn marks or something was stuck on multiple pieces of furniture.

Fint nok. Lidt brugt på gangene og kunne ha brug for mere rengøring. Værelset vi havde - manglede det også lidt renovering. Der var afrevet tapet ved vinduet, kunne nok ha været udbedret. Personalet var flinke og behjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var fin, manglede ikke noget. Så alt i alt fint nok. Boede sidste år på det samme hotel i Zwolle - der var alt fantastisk.

Stale hotel - comfortable beds and good blackout curtains but light comes in through a large gap in the bedroom door. Kettle and hairdryer in room didn’t work, they had no room available for me at check-in time, common parts on my floor (4) were filthy. Battery was low on my door lock so awkward to get into the room. Staff were indifferent to issues. Room is really badly appointed with big sections unlit. It’s not even handy for Rotterdam. I would absolutely not recommend.

Mooie ruime kamers, de gordijnen verduisteren ook goed. Het enige nadeel is dat de douchewand niet lang genoeg was waardoor het water van de douche in de badkamer zelf kwam met als gevolg er een grote plas stond

Kamer zag er gedateerd uit. Kamer rook erg muf bij binne komst. Vloedkleed bij ingang en badkamer ontbrak. Je loopt over de ondervloer. Airco deed het niet goed, met open raam slapen was koeler dan met airco. Veel geld voor weinig confort.

Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel, für eine Nacht kurz zur Übernachtung und direkt weiterzureisen, völlig ausreichend. Leider haben die kein Trinkwasser auf den Zimmern. Wenn man spät Nachts ankommt und keine Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer vorhanden ist, ist man natürlich frustriert. Wegen der Lage kann man auch nicht in den nächsten Supermarkt und um diese Uhrzeit hat sowieso alles geschlossen. Ergo muss man teuer Wasser an der Hotelbar kaufen.

Staff were nice enough and ok hotel. But the room was not good; a so called double bed was two twins together and it only ever wanted to seperate in the middle. The aircon made a very subtle noise all night, making it hard to sleep, the room we had did not black out either, with the windows (which you couldn’t open to get air in) looking down into the foyer, so constant light all night. All of which made it hard to sleep.

Nadat ik gevraagd om 2 enkele dekbedden stonden onze bedden schots en scheef. Verder was de bediening heel traag, bestelden we koffie en thee. Kregen we melk en suiker pas vele minuten later. Ben bijna in staat om geld terug te vragen. Ook veelal Engels, terwijl we toch echt in NEDERLAND wonen.

De deur van de kamer kon niet op slot s’nachts. Jammer genoeg kon de airco niet lager dan 18 graden, wat behoorlijk warm is voor de nacht. Voor de rest, een prima kamer. Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Lange rijen voor de enige koffieautomaat en de enige sapautomaat. Duurde ook een beetje lang voordat alles weer was aangevuld.
