looked like a nice place from the outside. once inside and in the room not so great. No hot water, way to much chlorine in the pool and could have been cleaner. wi fi was also not working. kids were coughing and sick from being in the pool area in the evening and workers were frantically running around the next morning talking about the pool issues and it was shut down immediately. Boiler was out and were not told at check in. Wifi was down. breakfast was adequate and staff was friendly. it was a quite place to stay. Hopefully they can get the issues fixed quickly.

Check in was fine but why do these hotels make it almost impossible to connect to wifi? Room and bed is comfortable but for the price can they not steam clean the couch that has been left stained and soiled ? The pool was closed due to boiler problems but the hot tub is nice. Exercise room is miniature for this size hotel. Nice convenient area , seems safe.

Spacious suite that suited our needs for our 2 week stay. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchenette. Our room was on the first floor, which was VERY convenient for the little grandchildren and the dogs. The breakfast offerings were varied and always fresh. The splash pad was NOT working properly, but the kids still enjoyed it and the pool. When we had a minor maintenance issue, the staff attended to it right away. We definitely will stay here again.

The breakfast used to be incredible now it seems they have cut corners to save a buck. The pool was overly crowded and not ventilated well the chlorine was so in the area it burned our eyes.

We have stayed once every year for my daughter and her friends to go swimming. Every single time, the sheets have been dirty and you can see the hair and whatnot from other guests inside the sheets. It would seem they don’t change them unless it’s more evidently dirty. It’s gross, and I’ve taken to bringing my own sheets. We would go to a different hotel but this one has the best pool for Helena.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr große und saubere Zimmer. Die Einrichtung hat einen neuen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Sehr lobenswert endlich ein Hotel mit Porzellangeschirr und Besteck, kein Plastik. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, sogar frisches Obst.

We had a suite with a fireplace. The suite was great with a small kitchen area, fridge and stove etc. We didn’t really use that. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was that the bedroom was extremely cold. We had to turn the heat way up and keep the door open for it to warm up. I slept in my parka all night.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and always try to get rooms here when we visit family in Helena. The only reason I didn’t give it the usual 5 star rating this time is because the rooms we were in were rearranged from the original design to accommodate 2 queen beds. It makes the room feel strange and the plugs for your devices are no longer easily accessible. This could be alleviated by putting a nightstand lamp(s) with usb ports on it or some desktop type of charger. Also, these rooms appeared older and more worn. They were as usual spotless.

The staff are all super friendly. I especially appreciated Shannon at the front desk and our shuttle driver morning of 8/2. The only downside was the unit above us had littles that stomped the floors and were noisy past 9 pm.

Vistas from the Hotel, be it north or south. My only criticism was the breakfast, which was ample yet boring with sausage every morning [sometimes like hockey pucks] and inability to make your own waffles or pancakes!

I stay here whenever I'm in Helena because its got everything I need to feel at home, plus a decent gym. I'm able to cook something simple when I don't feel like going out and it's close to lots of eating options. Breakfast is pretty standard, which works for me, but if someone is looking for more this wouldn't be the place. Basically I feel safe, comfortable and prepared to go about my day.
