Nothing. Staff did not clean the room while we were out. Had to ask for fresh towels. Got told during check in the pool and hot tube would be down for maintenance pur entire stay. Staff was rude when we returned from the funral because we asked why our room was not cleaned. Will not stay there ever again. - stars

Easy access to so much yet it was quiet. Places to eat within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. Pool area was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel and friendly people. The only issue was parking… it’s horrible. Most hotels have overflow behind, but that was a loading dock for a department store… by 9:30 the lot was full and we had to park down the street. Unacceptable to not have enough spaces for ALL the guest, especially the ones coming in late from out of town!

Great option near the airport and the town is small so easy to drive into town. Room super clean. Pool needs a refresh. Staff was excellent!

In pool area had a person lift that was rusting. My suggestion would to powder coat it for protection

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The blackout curtain was the best. Stayed here because I had several appointments and a surgery at Ft. Harrison. Staff was friendly, and the location was perfect.

Wonderful staff, cleanliness was spot on. Breakfast was really amazing. Only sad thing was the pillows. They were very flat. But if you put three together it works:).

I stayed here with the expectation of a standard. It was great except for the cleanliness of the bathroom needed a bit more detail to mirror, sink, and tub.

The hotel was clean and the area around it was fairly quiet. Easy access in and out & lots of parking.

Our room was comfortable and spacious! The window was equipped with a room darkening shade that was perfect for blocking out the outside lights. I also give two thumbs up for the breakfast! Lots of variety and well stocked!

Monica is so friendly make a strong effort to help us in all our needs. Worst part I was not able to sleep as the sofa bed needs a new mattress so hard for a senior like me to sleep on. My husband and myself have a back pain problem and it makes it worst in laying in your mattress……..Immediate replacement of mattress for your next clients. Hoping you will attend to this problem ASAP.

A typical Holiday Inn Express. Our preferred option. With this stay we found it difficult to get any sleep. The air conditioner is very noisy. Also, we had a ground floor room. Two women stood outside our room and talked for hours, well into early morning.

Had an excellent stay. The rooms, especially suites, are very comfortable. Hotel seems recently renovated so it’s nice. Close to airport, good support for working remote. The only odd thing was the manager, Alisha Hoppe. I also booked a room for my parents, and the manager tried to pick a fight with my Mom when she (nicely) asked about late check out. Was extremely rude, and told them they were not welcome back and that she was banning them from the hotel. I’ve never heard of anything like that, and I honestly don’t even think that’s possible. But the company needs to take care of this matter promptly. If staff are going to treat their guests this way, they aren’t going to have many guests for much longer! The rest of the staff were excellent.

Thermostat was complicated and difficult to control. It never showed what the actual room temperature was. We just had to determine it by feel

The room we had at Holiday Inn Express was clean and comfortable. One complaint was with the room thermostat. The thermostat only showed the temperature setpoint and not the actual room temperature. At night, the room seemed warmer then during the day even with the same setpoint. Overall, I gave the room 5 stars because it was so clean and comfortable. The couch, chairs, TV, Refrigerator, and coffee maker were all like new. One other small item, the handwash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all in pump bottles and actually looked and smelled the same. We ended up purchasing soap and shampoo at a local store.

Spacious room.

This hotel has recently been renovated. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding in choices. Unfortunately, the blind remote, and the only way to lower the blinds was not working. With multiple trips to the front desk to try to change the batteries in the remote, no available maintenance, and no ability to change rooms. We faced the bright street lights with no privacy, and very little sleep after an exhausting long day's drive. The hotel wasn't accommodating since we booked through Expedia.

We had noisy neighbors and the frront desk staff weren’t able to get them to turn their music down - horrible nights sleep and when I talked to the manager in the morning he was not very apologetic. Will never stay there again.

Staff spent time with us offering assistance for a place to eat after checking in. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you.

Our check-in was a disaster. Ashley embarrassed myself in front of 6 other guests and told me that my card was declined when I had prepaid and booked through hotels.com. After 90 minutes of waiting on hold hotels.com spoke with Ashely and got the situation resolved. I work in the hospitality industry and you must give your employees proper training or have a manager on duty to resolve such situations. This will be our last stay at this Holiday Inn Express.

I don't know how this place has any positive reviews. I've stayed at various hotels around the state every other weekend over the last 10 years, for either work or kids sports travel, and I've never had as difficult of an experience I've had with this hotel. I arrived late on a Friday night with one very sick child and another who needed to catch an early morning ride with a friend to make it to a basketball tournament in Bozeman. I asked if they could give my daughter access to dry cereal or something else that was easy to give us....before she was picked up in the morning (10 minutes before their breakfast formally opened), and this request was refused. Then, 3 weeks later, I came across an unexplainable $250 fee while looking over my bill. I called today to inquire about it, and they claimed it was a pet cleaning fee because they found "dog toys" and "dog hair" in the room. Not only do I not even own any dogs that shed, the non-shedding dogs I own were at home with a pet sitter, which I have proof of. I called 3 times today to try to explain that there was no way I had a dog in that room and I was hung up on each time. The third time, I was told they were going to call the police, so I called the police myself. The police officer has been helpful, and I'll continue to pursue this issue, but I hope no one else has to waste their time or lose their money by taking a chance at staying here.

The staff were very helpful. It was easy to get downtown in the evenings, and also easy to drive to Glacier NP.

It was conveniently located just a block off the freeway. Lots of shopping, restaurants close by. It was updated & so nice in my room! Very clean & comfortable with newly updated everything.

The automatic shades in the room did not work and the front desk clerk didn’t have any knowledge on how to help with it. The breakfast clerk was overwhelmed. He was hustling the whole time, but could not keep up with the demand for coffee and food. It’s really a two person job and he was totally overwhelmed.

The checking in was excellent, the young lady was very courteous and accommodating. I find the food services staff were less friendly and very loud, food choices were poor in the healthy option perspective, the pork and turkey sausages were dried and cold, same with the scrambled eggs, I had to ask for new coffee because what they had in the jugs was rancid .
