Property was very clean. Breakfast was great! Pool was great temp and clean. Room AC unit and public Hot tub was VERY dirty, brown film stayed on the wall when jets were on, water had a green color and fog to it, very gross. Would stay again if i knew the hot tub was clean!

Great hot items for breakfast, nice area, very convenient to freeway and dining options, comfortable room. Lovely hot tub and pool. Limited laundry facilities and flooring (carpet) in bad need of replacement. Enjoyed our stay!

Room was gross. Peeling wallpaper, bathroom had fruit flies everywhere, cob webs in corners, small holes in walls. Grounds were overgrown. Exterior door into the hotel did not lock. Anyone can get in.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I wish I would have spoke up to the front desk after checking in but it was late at night with only a few hours to catch some sleep. And we had spent the last few days packing and loading up our UHaul and were just too exhausted to try and change rooms. Upon walking into the room there was a large area on the carpet that looked like vomit, not just a stain, clearly something that was not even attempted to be cleaned as there was “chunks” visible. There was what appeared to be blood splattered all over the entryway of the room, the bathroom door, and bathroom wall. The sheets were not clean, either dirty sheets were used to make the bed or they simply made the bed with the sheets the previous person in that room had. We had a blanket with us we laid on top of the comforter to sleep on top of. The corners of the room had cobwebs so large I can’t imagine the last time the room was vacuumed. There was mold all around the bathtub and shower curtain. The bottom of the tub was missing large pieces of whatever material it’s made out of and the drain was broken. There was even a large tree branch in the chair, the least disgusting detail of the room, but it just shows they didn’t bother to clean at all. This room would be unacceptable for any cost, but for almost $200 a night is ridiculous! Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT get a room here.

Room 338 had torn carpet in multiple places. It was not well lit. The bathroom was not clean, with dirt and hair all over the tub. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast started at 6 am, but there was no coffee. The food was great, but not well stocked. If maintained better, this would be a wonderful hotel.

The good thing was you couldn’t hear people in the other rooms. The facility was awful. It stunk of smoke and musty. Thank goodness we had an outer room with a window to open. The rooms were dark and dank. Very depressing. The breakfast served pancakes and French toast that were hard as hockey pucks. The service at the facility was unfriendly, however the booking agent was great. The hot/cold were reversed, the internet was out more than working. The outer back door was broken and did not lock. The carpet was duck taped. The towels had holes in them. The keys had to be reprogrammed several times. The lamp shade was ripped. We were there with a group in 5 rooms. All were grossed out. Other patrons were asking us about some of the same issues. The tv didn’t work in one of the rooms. The tiny refrigerator rattled, popped and groaned. Some had the water back up in the bathrooms. And this isn’t everything that was unacceptable.

Free breakfast was good with pancakes, biscuits & gravy, coffee & several types of cereal. There was very loud wedding reception late into the night that we could hear from the room. The furniture in the room was very dingy. The window sill was broken. Staff was friendly.

Nice, clean property and rooms, but the room, despite being a "non smoking" room still smelled like old stale cigarettes. Seemed like they converted an old smoking room into a non smoking room, and couldn\'t completely get the baked in smell of cigarette smoke out of the walls and carpet or something.

First off, the staff were friendly, and the room was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was ok too. My problems started after the drunks left the bar at 1am. They immediately went to the pool and were extremely loud and obnoxious. This combined with the acoustic effect of the pool to the rooms with glass doors… it was awful. I still managed to fall asleep. I wish this was the end of it. One of the drunk guests proceeded to donkey kick the door to the room about every hour to wake his companion up. I presume from the noise that followed he did not have a key and wanted more booze from the room. I cannot overstate how loud this was. I sleep like a rock. I stayed here while passing through, just hoping to get some sleep and get back on the road. I stay in hotels along 94 a couple times a month. This was my worst experience ever. I will not be staying here again.

We arrived around 9pm. Us and 3 other groups waited for 25 minutes to check in as the associate was busy closing the pool down for the night. We could tell they were short staffed. She was pretty quick once they were at the desk. We stayed in a king suite. The view was of their 100%, no-outside-window-and-completely-indoor pool, 10ft away from our 1st flood, walk-out patio door. Our AC blew in the scent of 25 people soaking up heavily chlorinated pool water. The bathroom wasn't awesome. The shower curtain was clean, but the top screws of the shower curtain bar were completely out of the wall and the whole ensemble was sagging into the restroom. There were a couple of ants that crawled up through some small crack in the flooring by the toilet. The towels were clean. The toiletries provided were okay. The bed springs were worked, but not squeeky. Not uncomfy, but also not comfy. My bed at home is definitely better. It would have possibly been a bit better if we could get extra pillows, but they didn't have any to spare. We tried the continental breakfast on one of our two days. The eggs were reconstituted and the sausage links were meat-mush. The yogurt and juices provided were all off-brands, but tasted normal. We opted for a cafe in town for our last breakfast. Overall, it was about $160 per night, after taxes on a busy holiday weekend. for the price, it was okay. I do think we will probably try a different hotel if we stay in Dickinson again.

Beds comfy. If have kids who swim, room opened to pool which looked very nice. We were on "dog" floor which had a strong chemical smell, but not like dog. Nice breakfast.

Nice hotel as far as rooms. Has live gaming. However our check in experience was not good. When I went to check in there was no one at front desk. So i followed the instructions that stated to use the house phone on the counter and press 0 to contact the front desk receptionist as they had stepped away. Ok, no problem. I tried for over 20 mins to get someone to pick up the phone. Which nerver happened. Finally the lady that was working showed up and got us checked in.

I liked that there was a bar and pet friendly but didnt have hot water in the first room, phoe was there with no cord. Had to call from my cell. They moved me rooms and when i asked for my energy drinks from the first room they were gone. No lights worked in second room. I stated to staff my issues and was only told they would take the pet gee off. $25. I do not recommend this hotel

Our check in was rude, followed by misguided directions to our room. Once we got to our room, there was no lights. Not a single light bulb worked. The bedding was dirty, and the shower was filthy. There was mold on the shower curtain, and the water for the shower didn’t work. The water control was broken. When we notified the front desk, fhey said they’d send someone… nobody came. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear the man in the room beside us snoring.

The thing that upset me the most: our key cards quit working…which happens everywhere…we asked for them to be refreshed. She asked for the room number and refreshed them. She never asked us for ID just handed them over. She didn’t know who we were so she should have asked for ID. That makes the property unsafe to me.

We stayed in Dickinson at this hotel and drove to Theodore Roosevelt national park. I’m glad we stayed here. It was a nice area with close restaurants. Also, there’s a dinosaur museum right up the road which is a perfect little stop! The room was clean, pool was nice, no complaints whatsoever. Very happy with this hotel. Stayed with husband, son, and 2 dogs for reference

Definitely an older property but perfectly adequate. Few obvious maintenance issues needing attention but generally speaking the property is still in fine shape. The room itself was clean and well prepared. Location is very good. Accessible of the main roads but set back far enough to be quiet. .

The room was clean, hard to get shampoo out of the little bottles. Door #3 doesn't lock on the outside of the hotel. Breakfast was a JOKE - coffee cold, nothing really warm. If you are looking for a hotel that includes a good breakfast this isn't it. Front desk & lounge staff super friendly. Food & drinks in the lounge excellent.

Front desk lady was nice. Dog friendly. Bar/casino serves bar food but the bartender was terrible. Room is low-average. And y'all, I’m not usually a complainer but the breakfast is legitimately HORRIBLE. No coffee, gray sausage links, disgusting looking scrambled eggs. The only thing that looked appetizing was a banana and yogurt cup. We threw it away and went to a nearby breakfast restaurant. If you’re choosing a hotel because it has free breakfast DON’T stay here.

All around very great experience! Nice staff, food & drinks were delicious and fair priced at lounge in hotel, room and bed were nice and comfy, and big plus plenty of parking for larger vehicles! Definitely will stay again!
