What a PITA! No human being at the front desk. Had to check in by kiosk. Wnanted 2 keys, got one for a room on the 2nd floor. Second floor was being renovated; bathroom plumbing wasn't completed in the room. Finally a human being was contacted to get a room on the main floor. No ice bucket, no kleenex, body wash and hand soap mbut no shampoo. No continental breakfast. Hot tub was good. Pool was freezing. DON'T BOOK ROOMS UNLESS YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE.

The heaters did not work properly and had to be unplugged to shut off. Secondly, we had to extend our stay and were charged extra to check in early for the second day. There was NO STAFF at the front desk, only a kiosk and a phone. Do not recommend.

First time visit. No person at reception but a phone to let them know of our arrival; receptionist appeared quickly and completed check in. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. No microwave but fridge. My wife's service dog was received well with no financial penalty.
