This room and property were in disrepair, from the front door that was broken, to a side door that was unusable because it was broken, to a towel rack that had been pulled off the wall, two ceiling fixtures that had their covers ripped off invisible, dust, and wiring on the inside. TV was broken. There was food and trash under both beds, which we only discovered when our dog got underneath and started eating it. There was dirt on the bedspread, and there was no free breakfast as advertised. When I visited the front desk to complain about all this, no one was available– the desk simply had no one there. Very disappointing all around.

Just not a great hotel. Our room was mostly clean, but carpet felt almost tacky. Lots of imperfections - tile, grout, trimming, door fit, paint, etc. etc. Musty odor throughout. Ceiling dirt. Room numbers hand written on a recipe card and taped to the wall. My rating is a '2', which seems right. '3' would simply be too generous, while '1' would be a bit low. A couple of positives: Big parking lot and the front desk lady was pleasant.

There is no other way to describe this hotel but gross. It is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet seat was a different shape than the bowl and it did not stay up. The doorknob from the outside side entrance was totally missing so you put your hand in a hole to open the door. Anyone can just walk into the hotel. Room numbers were written on sticky notes and put on outside of room. Broken gym equipment. Ice machine broken. Shower moldy but hot and good water pressure. The bed was horrible. The mattress springs were broken. The room smelled like cat piss. Much paint chipped off the wall. The painters were so sloppy there was paint splattered all over the bathroom floor and even on the kitchen cabinets. If you decide to stay here, I warned you how disgusting this hotel is. For a dog friendly hotel, there was no place outside for a dog to do its business because the grass was so tall and no place to dispose of the poop bags. I wouldn’t dare walk barefoot on the carpet. Only coffee for breakfast. I could not get out of that dump quick enough.

Pros: Inexpensive room, easy check-in, close to the interstate, comfortable bed, decent shower. Cons: No smoking policies are NOT enforced, hallways are full of haze from cigarettes and cannabis being smoked in the rooms, especially bad on the first floor, blood stains and other stains on the bedding from past customers, room was fairly dirty from previous residents, not properly cleaned, hotel inside is also dirty, windows are filthy.

The room we stayed in was not clean at all. There was dust and dirt on top of the fridge, stains on the sheets, holes in the chair, and wet stuff on the bathroom floor. The room looked like they had started to remodel/paint it but then just made the bed and gave it to us. We were unable to get a different room because it was the last one. Our room was reserved for a couple weeks. We were not happy with the room or the service by the staff. Only the maintenance guy was friendly and tried to help us clean up whatever was on the bathroom floor. I do not recommend this hotel at all! Will probably never stay in a red roof in again.

Checked in at hotel late, about 11pm. Went to sleep. Went to take shower in the moring at the shower curtain was completely coved with mold. Checked out of hotel asap. Informed the lady at tge front dwsk about the mold and she stated" yes we know about the mold. We have new curtains on order." I asked why would you rent a room that you know has mold? She did not have answer.

The vehicles in front of the property signal a clientele that’s questionable. Cleanliness is sub par at best. Pulled mattress cover back, and about vomited. Gross!!! Noise levels from other rooms can be excessive. We were stressed all night by the thought of bed bugs. Overall, unpleasant experience and would never stay again.

Window was wide open (3rd floor) no screen or protection. We had our 2 year old with us so not ideal to walk into. Walls were very dirty. Lots of trash under the bed. Killed a bedbug on the headboard as the last straw before we left. Halls and lobby had food/trash/stains all over.

Very loud. Could hear people walking down the hallway all night. Room was clean. Beds were fine. Door to room had large space between frame and door. So much so that you could see into the room from outside in the hall with the door complete closed.

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. We got 2 nice big beds and the air conditioning was excellent. The walls are thin and some people can’t close a door without slamming it so until later in the evening, there was quite a bit of noise. We got only 2 pillows on each bed and like to have 3 or 4. My biggest complaint was the time it took to get hot water. We ran the shower for nearly 10 minutes to get hot enough water to shower. This is a working man’s hotel: comfortable and clean enough but rough around the edges. Still, I did not feel unsafe so that’s a huge plus.

It was great. My room was really nice and spacious and had the full kitchen. Everything was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. If I’m ever in the area looking for a place to stay, I will be back.

Not impressed, i didn't expect the moon for the price but......had to use my hotspot to keep the tv on, the wifi was a joke. Shower knob literally came off in my hand. Very few simple amenities. Overall i was let down.

I left the room to pick up some things including a pillow from Walmart. When I got back my keycard did not work. I had to go to the desk for new key cards. All 3 pillows in the room were flat, like pancake flat. The bedding was on upside down so I had tags in my face.

I had 2 bad experiences here. For the first one and on the first full day, I came back to the room to see that all of my groceries and pre- Dickinson food/ alcohol were gone. The manager said that last night's employee only had me in for 1 night. She made sure that I was in for the full 5 nights and reimbursed me for the thrown out food and alcohol. Two days later, I came back to my keys not working. The frony desk guy, from the first night, went up to my room, re-keyed the keys, and made sure that I was again in the system for 5 nights. I walked into the room and someone had been in there. They showered, used the bed, and the TV was still on. I got all new towels and bedding. I felt violated that someone had been in there. I would have given a worse rating, though the manager helped to solve the issues and she cares about the business. Despitw this, I would not stay here again.

Had to wait at the front desk for several minutes before someone showed up to check me in, and it wasn't late in the evening either. Not ideal after a stressful day on the road and all I wanted was to collapse in a bed. Walking to my roon I had to go past 5 bags of trash piled up in the hallway along with a bunch of pizza boxes. My dog didn't have any issue with it, but I found it off-putting. This trash was still present the next morning. The room was alright though, nothing to complain about there.

No one at front desk for check in. Maintenance prison eventually came and checked us in. During our visit to the area we experienced a car issue and had to stay another day and the front desk was very accommodating.

At around 3 in the morning Friday night/sat morning I had an employee enter our room unannounced which was very disturbing as they had no business in our room. Which is why we checked out early from our stay.

We checked in 9pm so it wasn’t the easiest place to find, and it’s in more of an industrial area. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I were on a road trip, and this was a good place to just stop to spend the night.

The room was clean, but we did have 1 bug on the wall. The television was not connected and we had problems getting the correct channels as the directory in the room was not helpful. Otherwise, the amenities were great and it was a quiet location and a good price.

Nice place to stop to spend the night. No on site dining or other amenities. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Description says it has a kitchen, and it does, but no dishes, maybe you have to request them. We didn’t need dishes as we only stayed the one night, and there is coffee nearby.

The price was quite inexpensive, but I've stayed in other inexpensive motels that are well-maintained. There was an overall grimy feel to the hotel. The bathroom had the fan torn out, so it was just a hole in the ceiling. The TV didn't work. There was no complimentary coffee in the room (although there was down in the tiny lobby.)

The property was old & rundown, but mostly clean in the room. Hallways & other areas were pretty dirty. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Virtually NO HOT WATER!! I'm not just being a wimp here. I've camped for over 65 years & I know what it is to shower with NO hot water. This was pretty darn close. Very noisy. Sounds coming from room next door that I'm sure weren't meant to be heard. We could hear people running in the room above at 2:30 a.m.!!!! Husband said coffee was cold. Will not stay here again.
