BOOK THIS HOTEL! My mom and I booked this hotel for a four day stay Saturday-Tuesday. The hotel was quiet, peaceful, and safe. Very clean. I LOVE all of the plants (honestly it is why I booked this hotel, and I didn’t even know that they were REAL) they made it feel like I was on a tropical vacation The amenities were great! Hot tub is huge! Pool is nice and big as well. Nice gym with washer/dryer. Sauna. Free hot breakfast. A lot of restaurants near by as well. I will be coming back to this hotel! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Nice well run property. Problems: pool area not secure nor is the back door of the building. When our family was seimming a drug addict type came in the gate and sat down and amoked a cigarette while waiting for someone. Also saw some homeleas type ebeter the back foor of the building to go use the bathroom? Not sure. Stayed 2 nights. The maid did not replace the towels or make the beds. Maybe you need to ask for that? Very basic breakfast but fine for children or if you like waffles and toast go for it!

I was not very happy with this hotel. The pool was green the hot tub didn’t work. The breakfast was awful. Our room was very hot. The bathtub moved around, like it was going to collapse. The room was not that great. I definitely will not stay here again.

Great old hotel that has been well kept. Comfy beds, clean rooms and the hot breakfast is pretty standard. Also well kept pool and spa! You don't see hot tubs and saunas in hotels anymore. This place nailed it. Very friendly staff. Close to the airport and highway system too. Lovely people running it and the indoor plants are REAL and gorgeous. Great price.

This is a very clean hotel, the rooms are large and relaxing. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I like to swim for exercise, the pool should be heated; it was very cold. I is nice to have a continental breakfast, although there was no fresh fruit or yogurt.

Very decent for the price. Water pressure was amazing, decent breakfast, an older style hotel with a nice indoor sitting area to eat. I feel they need key access locks on the rear doors. Very inconvenient if parking in the back to not have nighttime access.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was absolutely filthy dirty. Holes in ceilings. Carpet black with dirt. Bad smell every time the air conditioner kicked on. Used dental floss pick on floor in room. Black hairs stuck on bathroom floor. Paint peeling off of doors, door frames and walls. All the plants in the lobby/dining area were nice to look at. Air blowing directly on the side of the bed so the person sleep there froze all night. Coffee was good for hotel coffee.

First, I would suggest that the reader observe the how the hotel management has a rebuttal for every negative Google review given. That’s a red flag in and of itself. It’s true, the rooms are not clean. I took pictures as proof. I did not realize until I was unbedding the sheets for the maid.The sheets were stained/unclean. It was clear that they had not been washed in some time because when you take a wet rag to them the filth lifts. A blanket that was provided, had some sort of- regurgitated food plastered to it-. My children slept in that blanket! That’s unacceptable. According to the woman who claimed to be “lower management” (she refused to give her name or a printout of my extra charges from my stay), the room was in that condition because it had been “running for a few days” (whatever that’s supposed to mean). CLEAN YOUR SHEETS BETWEEN GUESTS! That’s disgraceful management. Ew! Disgusting. I booked through hotels.com, and lodged a complaint. The customer service representative stated that the lower management was very disrespectful and broke terms between their contract. They explained that the lower and upper management were combative and recommended that I dispute the charge with my bank. That is my next move. I am posting pictures so that they cannot deny the claims of their unacceptable conditions as they have in other reviews.

Our stay was nice until we realized the bedding was dirty the following morning and there were bed bugs under both beds. I have a video of it. It was obvious they were trying to hide them. There was no plastic wrap around the mattress or anything to get rid of them.

Our suite was very spacious and quiet. The desk and livingroom area allowed separation from the sleeping area, nicely. Our bathroom was clean, and stocked with towels. The fridge had a separate freezer compartment, so our food remained chilled after dinner.

This is an older hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The sheets were comfortable and the A/C worked great. The pool was okay. We tried to access stairs, but some ground level doors seemed to be painted shut. So, we used the elevator. I did not partake in the breakfast. I will not stay at this location again.

The hotel was clean it just needs to be updated. The only real problem we had is the room never cooled off. The AC blows cold but wasnt strong enough to cool the suite we were in. The breakfast was basic. It could use a little update itself as far as flavors.

Very clean room. Hotel is old, dark and shows it's age in places. Near the airport and many restaurants. Breakfast is minimal. One single entrance making a long walk if you park on the sides. The area around the hotel seemed questionable. We got what we paid for- lower price got us less luxurious. I would probably stay if it was for a one night trip to the airport.

My favorite place in OKC. Room is nice and spacious, the TV has HBO HD, cable guide and can be turned to the bed and the work area. Full size fridge. Internet is good enough for streaming. Breakfast not great, but not bad at all. Shower has a great shower head, plenty of hot water and pressure. Bed comfy. A 10!

It would seem that this used to be a lovely older hotel which now is just kept to a functional level. Staff was sullen both upon checking in and out. King suite was spacious but the noisy air conditioning made for an impossible night of sleep. Lighting harsh and uninviting throughout.

Check out was at 11. Staff started knocking every 20 minutes at 9. I went to sit in lobby to work at 10:30 and was asked room number and how long I intended to be there. Bed was not comfy. Sheets were nice. Room was nice and big.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to provide extra service not required. The condition of the hotel was way above expectations for this reasonable price. Breakfast was tasty and filling. The suite was double the size we expected and very comfortable. Bed was fine enough and we got a solid night's sleep. It was so quiet. Way better than the brand name competition across the street and at half the price. We knew there would not be a shuttle to the airport but the $12 Uber ride for 2 miles was worth the quality of the hotel and staff. We will definitely stay each time we fly into OKC.

I had an epileptic seizure 3 time on night one. I had to check out and got to the emergency room. The Holtel refused to give me a partial refund for the final 3 nights. They said I would have to get with hotels.com. Hotels.com call the.and they said no. They we going to suck they no refund policy $40o down the drain

Be prepared for a hefty deposit and rude front desk clerks. There is nothing stated about an $80.00 fee that they freeze on your personal card when you are travelling for business purposes. The front desk clerk was rude and basically stated it was "not her problem". Very unprofessional.

Front desk friendly and helpful. We had drove all day and was really looking forward to the hot tub to unwind and relax before going to bed. He told us it was closed but without hesitation opened it up for us to use and stated we could use it as long as we needed. He just asked us to let him know when we were done so he could lock it back up. The lobby absolutely beatiful and relaxing. The only bad part of this experience is the rooms were a bit run down. The bed was not very comfortable, a bit too firm for me. The bathroom toilet paper dispener fell off the wall. Despite rooms needing some repairs and new renovations, we would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed recently and were very satisfied with the size and comfort of the room. We also liked the proximity to the airport, however, there was also a thriving homeless presence a mile or so away as well. The breakfast was decent, but also noticed a couple of "sketchy" people there, so not sure about the overall clientele of the establishment.

Big room, dark and outdated. Slow check in with 1. Beautiful giant tree's in common area. Breakfast needs work; not eco-friendly, warm old tasting eggs, sausage, coffee, old oatmeal. Some staff friendly and some made no eye contact. Needs a deep cleaning of vents, rooms carpets. Price good for what you get overall.

Older, well maintained motel. We had a king room. Had a couch, chair, desk, table, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Very comfortable room. Spacious. Would stay again. The breakfast was just okay. Need to pay attention to keep things stocked. Ran out of things and it was in the middle of breakfast hours.

It was a great stay with a huge room! They were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast, both days, was horrible! There was not a variety to their “breakfast buffet” and absolutely no flavor! It was all watered down…the apple and orange juice was colored water.
