We were disappointed that the gym was closed for painting as this was one of the high criteria for us booking the hotel. However, the fact that it's being painted is good as it's needed upgrading. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

More like a Best Western Minus. . . The check in clerk was EXCELLENT!! We got a suite as it was 4 people and it had enough room to lounge and not be on top of each other. And that is were the good stops. The hot water was luke warm at best, the breakfast was the worst appointed one I've seen, the pool was so dirty the adults in the group wouldn't get in. I do not recommend this place.

Very disappointed. It took over 30 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport. When I went to the pool it was locked at 2 pm with a padlock, it took 30 minutes for someone to open it. When I checked out and my flight was delayed, I waited 20 minutes at the front desk to ask them to store my luggage and no one ever came. I even called the front desk hoping they would come to answer the phone.

Convenient located for overnight stay before flight. Friendly welcome. Unfortunately building starts showing age. Room on 1 level had a smell I didn't like. Room change was no problem. Next room worn out mini fridge and too soft mattress for me. No vanity mirror and 1 broken light at mirror. Business center out of order. Pool water looked not inviting. Fitness room looked good but not available 24/7 with room key card. You have to ask at the desk to get someone unlock.

This hotel is under construction and I was not aware. Parking was unorganized, had a hard time parking my vehicle. The parking area should be monitored to have people parking correctly. The room smelled like moister. The bathroom had a bad tile job, water does not drain properly. Overall, not the best experience.

The staff was great. We left early to the airport and they packed us a bag breakfast. The hotel did not look anything like the pics. The pool was green. The halls had paint missing on the walls and the carpet was dirty.

The hotel is currently being painted and they have done a good job of minimizing how that interferes with guest services. The staff are friendly and helpful and the airport shuttle is always prompt and quick.

Property was being remodeled. Workers blared their music while pairing.. front desk was nice. We had to move rooms to a double bed and employee accommodated. Otherwise, place isn’t as clean as usual Best Westerns. It’s in a location with a bunch of other hotels.. also not far from not so good side of town. Pool was acceptable— cloudy though.

Had a dead cockroach in my room never stayed the night. Carpets were pretty gross. Manager refunded my money when he arrived later the next day so I am thankful for that.

Though the hotel appeared clean and newly renovated, on the second and last night of our stay, during our sleep, the room was infested with ants. The ants made their way on to the beds, in our bags, and on to our clothing. Some ants bit during the night and left welts on our bodies.This experience was unsettling and unacceptable, especially considering the potential health implications of an insect infestation. We took photographs showing our claim of the infestation. The issue was reported to a front desk associate but felt dismissed and unheard. The response was that a "note would be made of the problem," which was an insufficient response. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel due to the potential of insects invading your room, your belongings and biting you. Due to this horrible experience, we have now officially written off Best Western hotels as places to stay in the future.

Our room had roaches!!!, 2 that we found to be exact. One was in our bedding and the other was in the towels in the bathroom. Corridors were under construction which was annoying and really killed our vacation mood. Light bulbs were out, bathroom tile grout was filthy, what looked to be makeup stains on lamp shade, torn sofa cushions, sticky hard towels, weird soap and shampoo, lowest grade toilet paper possible. We made the most of it but never again.

There were roaches in the damn hotel. And I didn’t say anything because I was so exhausted and sleep deprived and I also had no money to go anywhere else. But the roaches really disgusted me and ruined the experience. Even jumped out of my loofa in the shower. I bet they’re coming out that drain. Gross.

I had high hopes for this hotel. It was near the location for an important business meeting, check in was quick, beds were comfortable. It's obviously an older hotel, but improvements are superficial. Bathroom and entry hall have like 30 watt light bulbs. Bathroom door dirty and rotted at the bottom. NO soundproofing in this hotel at all. While the customers are not their problem, i had to listen to 2 women next to me talk loudly till after 3 am. No one answers the desk phone ever! A dog barked and howled in another room as well. Dish networh tv, but info system and many channels don't work. Breakfast was ok.

Check in was easy and attendant was polite and professional. I did notice that there was less expensive recognized that might be taking a risk in booking a room that was less than some others. Hotel was under remodeling so things were definitely less than in appearance, mostly cosmetics. Bedding was clean. Room needed to be painted and carpet definitely needed, trim pulled up off night stand. Bed and pillows were comfortable. No offensive odors. Breakfast was out at 7 and I was able to get freshly brewed coffee at 645am. I did ask for a wake up call and didn't receive one. Coffee maker in room didn't adequately heat water room 112.

Wish I would have known they were remodeling before booking. Carpet in hallway to room was dirty and there was a cart blocking our door. Cushions on the couch were torn. Sheets were torn on edges. Paint on walls were chipped. No extra blankets or pillows for the sofa sleeper. Charger on lamp did not work. Worst of all we could hear the people next door talking loud as we were trying to go to sleep.

Hotel was convenient for airport stay. Hotel and room had a weird smell and flat pillows. Air conditioner was loud and rattled. Looks like a new hotel but I think they are trying to remodel and update but it is really an older hotel.

Check-in clerk was awesome. Very helpful and upbeat at a busy time of evening. Room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. Fitness center is well equipped. Breakfast area was big enough and selection was as expected with two waffle makers.

My sister and I had to make a last-minute hotel change and decided to spend an extra $30 per night on this Best Western, but it wasn’t worth it. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious, but it didn’t feel comfortable or inviting. The hallways and entrances were creepy, and parking was terrible—we had to park in the back by the trash cans, which didn’t feel safe, especially late at night after getting back from a concert. When checking in, I saw a group of guests disputing charges, which was concerning. The room itself was musty, and the AC made the air and our beds damp. The bathroom was awkward—super low toilet like kindergarteners type and the toiletries were so tiny . Location is convienent. The hotel is relatively clean. Parking seems secure. The hotel manager is an absolute mess. I travel almost every other weekend and shes the only manager I have come across that was generally unpleasant. Absolutely no smiles or greetings. Gave very judgy looks... and then was rude during my only interaction with her. That unfortunately made my stay uncomfortable enough that I wouldnt recommend this hotel, nor would I stay during another event. I will add though, that all of the other staff besides the manager were very friendly.

Great customer service. We were greeted by Timothie with such a BIG smile on his face. He had a really great personality and awesome customer service, really loved his impressions and attitude. All in all, we had an amazing time/stay at the hotel.

Tommie at the front desk was friendly and informative, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Provided me with a "grab and go" sack for the morning since I had to leave before breakfast was available. There was also a woman with housekeeping keeping the lobby clean and fresh. She was very welcoming, too, and went out of her way to be friendly and explain that she likes to keep the lobby spotless for guests. Outstanding staff with excellent customer service skills!

Upon checkin We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Open the room door to find the tv on, pizza box open on the bed, bed sheets pulled down and all lights on, then we Had to get rebooked into another room and that room key didn’t work. So after three trips down to the lobby front desk we finally were given a door key that worked to an un occupied room. The carpet was soaking wet all around the AC unit which was leaking all over. After checkout I saw this hotel charged my credit card THREE different times, for three different amounts. The room was paid for in advance on hotels.com app. I called the hotel and they had no answers to why my card was charged these 3 amounts. “No one” was there that could give a straight answer. So now I have to call my credit card company and let them know and to get my money back they are attempting to steal from me. I highly suggest to anyone looking at this hotel to stay somewhere else and bypass all the extra frustrations that this hotel brings to its customers.

Upon arriving at hotel you will be greeted by the construction mess and this was not mentioned prior to booking, then asked to show them your card you paid with to get a $50 hold and get returned upon check out and now I just got charged the full amount for the stay that I had already paid on hotels.com, then you can get into the elevator which has an expired service date for inspection save your time and go somewhere else horrible experience when I called about the double charge they just hang up on you!!!!!!!

The property itself is fine. The adjacent lodging is fine. All the approaching streets there are lots of homeless/vagrants loitering around. I would not want my spouse staying here alone. There have been instances of vehicles being broken into at all the hotels/motels in this area. Limited dining options within a mile or two of this facility. Would not be my normal first choice but I was meeting numerous other people that were staying at adjacent hotels.

This is a great hotel for easy access to the airport. Stayed here because we had an early international flight out and did not want to leave our home before decent hours. Hotel is clean. Staff was friendly and quickly responsive. Hotel was cheaper than the others surrounding it. Breakfast was fully stocked with good options for adults or kids. Will be our go to hotel for leaving early from the airport.

Place is so far in good conditions. The only concerns is about the "hot breakfast" offered. Orange juice was like a medicine, eggs very simple, not tasted as eggs and no crunchy waffles as a result of the huge quantity of water in the mix, finally there were no bread options as other places offer. One more thing. There were no mirror in the room (this is an important item to use while someone else is in the bathroom)

Overall I had a great experience. The room was bigger than I expected and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good and had a ton options. It wasn't loud and I felt safe. Only thing I wasn't super impressed with was the pool is tiny and the staff weren't very friendly. Not rude, but never even cracked a smile so felt like they weren't very happy to work there. But, I would stay there again!
