The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. At check-in, we were quickly greeted and received warm cookies! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While walking down the hall, I was concerned the walls would be too thin, but once I got into the room, I could not hear our neighbors' TV and music. The A/C unit is loud when it kicks on, but otherwise, the hotel was nice and quiet. Also, I was particularly impressed with the gym. Unlike other hotel gyms that typically have a few machines, this hotel had multiple treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. It also had a full weight rack and several cable machines and benches. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice on inside and well kept. Friendly desk staff during day and night. The bar staff were also very pleasant. Only complaints are the elevator was out of service so we had to use the service elevator. Which means 1 elevator for the entire hotel so wait times varied. Also, the rooms you can hear noise in the hall. The doors slam shut which can become annoying. You could also hear when housekeeping is across the hall because of the thin walls. Shower is small. Bed is a spring mattress which was not the most comfortable. But other than that it was fine.

This hotel didn’t notify guests that they didn’t have elevator to the extent that we were ordered to use service elevator throughout our stay. Also my room did not have hangers and towels either. No breakfast at the same time for such a horrible place. So while booking this hotel, be sure to make sure it meets your requirements before booking at all, otherwise at your own risk

Great staff. Very clean room. Negative curb appeal. Elevators in the lobby was not functional. They make everyone use the service elevator at the back, beyond the kitchen and through a back narrow hallway. Inconvenience. Not cool at all.

The area was inconvenient. The property is under construction so only one elevator working, longer wait, no pool. Other than that, it was nice,clean, updated and the staff was friendly. The cookies was fresh, warm and delicious!

Room was clean, the 4th floor smelled pretty badly of mildew particularly at the elevator. Staff were kind. WiFi quality was solid. Parking was a bit of a bit like hunger games overnight. Breakfast was solid. Overall, wasn’t a bad stay but I can’t say I’m itching to book another.

My husband and 2 tender age children stayed a night as we were traveling from out of town. Everything appeared clean until I discovered a large coachroach on the ceiling above the bed my child was sleeping in. My husband attempted to speak with manager but was not present. Front desk receptionist provided an email. We have yet to hear back from the manager about our poorly and quite frankly unsanitary experience.

We stayed ine night on our way back home to Az. Rooms where nice and specious. Beds were very comfy. However, on the way out the door to check out there was a huge cockroach crawling on the door frame and almost got on my daughter! So gross and so not a way to start our morning. We told the front desk at check out and all i got was a "I'm sorry ill let management know"

My stay was okay two things I didn’t like . Hotel is clean but the carpet there smells like wet carpet. Second thing I was told I can call for towels at anytime . Call last night for towels never got them .woke up at 6 this morning called again and was told I had to wait until after 7:30 to get any . Had to leave early this morning without the use of towels

The hotel is centrally located for access to all areas in Houston. The rooms are exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are too fluffy and not very firm. The hotel was generally quiet, but the walls are a bit thin. You can hear people in the rooms next door. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful too. Overall, it was a great stay. I just wish they had more parking spots in their lot.

Only complaint was that the HVAC unit was very loud. Room smelled great and was nicely furnished. Two other guests advised us of the frequent problems with the elevators here and having to lug their bags up 4 flights of stairs. Access off the feeder road is not easy.

Came in town for the Beyoncé concert this past weekend and even with a full hotel and multiple guests, the service was top tier. Manuel was very helpful and attentive during our stay and the room was spacious, clean and at a good value. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport on the other side of town so not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but that wasn’t an issue for me.

We were sleeping and at around 8 in the morning the cleaning lady knocked on our door and when we didn’t respond (because we were sleeping) she opened our door. Once we opened the door because we were confused the lady asked if we were staying or checking out. Excuse you that we have until noon to check out. Why would someone ask that by opening our door?

This place isn't living up to the brand name. You call this a DoubleTree? I am a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member and I was talked into staying by a friend who frequently stays at Hilton properties. I went to Houston for a work trip and stayed at this place and will never stay at a Hilton property again. After getting off a 5 hour flight I get to the hotel to only find that there is limited parking space and in a plaza that looks like it's blocked off and very inconvenient to get into. Then when I enter the hotel, the front desk was unattended and I had to wait 25 minutes to get checked in and a group of people formed in the lobby. I had to go tell the waitress to get some people to check us in. Then when I get to my room, it's the size of a work cubicle and not very appealing. Then when I checked out, the front desk was abandoned again! And after 10 minutes of waiting I figured I would get an email check out notification with a copy of my receipt. I won't be staying again.

Nicole at the front desk was amazing. She helped me get our arrival and departure dates changed due to a last minute change. When we did arrive, she happened to be working the desk and she was very professional and helpful with information. The warm cookies were an added bonus. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable, AC worked perfect. Everything you dream of in a hotel room!

Hotel was very clean and new. The reception staff was nice and helpful. We had a slight issue checking in but they took care of it quickly. Appreciated the full sized bottles of bathroom amenities rather than the typical mini versions. AC worked very well in the room but wished the lobby had a little better air circulation. There were plenty of parking spots even when we got in at night time. Location is great for food as it's near Chinatown and Little Saigon.

It was a very clean facility. Bad thing is no microwave in the room. Microwave was in the laundry room. Television was out for 2 days, room door battery went out as well as the TV remote. Food at the restaurant downstairs is overpriced and overrated. The cookies were awesome and thank goodness for Door Dash and Cheddar's. Staff was great.

This site has the wrong info for this hotel listed. There isn’t a $60 deposit at check-in. I was charged $40 deposit per night I reserved. Also, there is no breakfast buffet. You are charged for breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE. A/C stopped working in the living room part of the suite; they were unable to repair it. Also, body wash container missing from the bath tub. No trash can in the living room or bedroom. The lobby was always very hot, as were the slow elevators and the hallways.
