My wife and I Arrived Friday mid afternoon, I had a meeting that evening. Came back from the meeting it was 28 degrees and the key card would not work, had to go to the office and request a new key card, after being locked out for like 20 min I go in for a hot shower, zero hot water, they said there was a “broiler” issue. So after my shower didn’t work I went to heat up my dinner in the microwave, but instead the microwave turned off after 45 seconds and would NOT eject my food at all, after complaining to the guy at the front he just shrugged and walked away, Day 2, meeting all day, get back about 10 pm go to shower still no hot water, to tired to complain so go to sleep, next morning it’s 25 degrees out and Still no hot water, after going to the office and continuing complaining they send their maintenance man who then tried to act like there has not been an issue, also all the electric outlets were fried except one, we checked out a day early to save from a further headache.

we reserved a room with fridge & mirowave when we flew in we are told there out of them. When showed my reservation i was told they can cancel and i can call expedia. Why would i do that after flying in 6 hours and not knowing anything about the area? then we had multiple spiders bigger than a quarter, our sink sprayed all over when water was turned on. I did try to order delivery from Pizza hut, Dominos & even Doordash and they all said "due to safety concerns we do not deliver to that part of Vitory"

The parking lot was old,spaces were very close together,we didn't get any towels, they were quick to deny anyone change for the dryers,the room i paid for was supposed to have a microwave and fridge..it had neither..the toilet is leaking at the seal and the sheets were dirty with small holes..im supposed to be in this hotel another day but i don't think i should have to pay for this 3rd night..nothing is like the advertisement on your site

The room was clean and overall fine to stay in for 1 night, but the outlets were falling out and the room was very cramped. Property around had "no dogs allowed" signs up everywhere except a sad corner of the parking lot labeled "pet area". My dog and I didn\'t feel very welcome while I was walking him around the hotel property. But the room served it\'s purpose, staff was friendly, water and AC worked and I can\'t complain too much for the price.

I have stayed at some tired older motels before but this one has given up. At checkin I was told by the way, no fridge or microwave. Whatever. Just one night. Oh, then he tells me the tv system is out. Unfortunately I had prepaid or I would have walked. But I was wasted from a day on the road and didn’t feel like dealing with a refund hassle so checked in. Cricket legs and hair on sheets, holes in the walls. The first room they gave me was appalling! Second no better. The guy who gave me the room, gloved up to handle my license and paperwork but I was expected to sleep in unwashed sheets and shower in a shower with a brown floor. In the first room I was given, the bedspread had holes in it. The second didn’t even have a bedspread. The sheets were stained everywhere. I have NEVER seen such filth in my life.

Horrible rooms. Looked like someone peed in the shower and left it. The toilet was still dirty, bedsheets had fresh stains, comforter had cigarette burns in it, had a hole in the bathroom roof that was leaking, smelled horrible and had bed bugs.

Absolutely the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty upon arrival. The room smelled horrible. Even after I purchased cleaning products and air fresheners, it still smelled horrible. The bathroom was gross. The shower was rusted and dirty. Bug and roaches throughout. The beds were uncomfortable. Linen was gross. The other guests were very seedy. No one cleaned the room. You are better off sleeping outside than sleeping. I would recommend this place to no one. I am definitely never staying here again. Not one good thing about this place.

The room was very musty and moldy. The beds were gross. The blanket and sheets were riddled with burn holes and dirt. We went to Walmart and bought some blankets so that we didn't even have to get under the sheets. Stains on the walls and the floors were sticky. The only reason I stayed here was because we were evacuating from Florida for Hurrican Milton and it was very inexpensive (now I understand why). I was grateful for a place to lay my head and I would have left and sought another hotel, but everything was full due to evacuees. I was thoroughly disgusted by this hotel.

Staff was great but this is a horrible motel. Its so dirty and the second I walked into my room it smelt like cigarettes and the bed was dirty. The shower had so many mold and brown stains. I checked out within 5 minutes.

The staff person who helped us was fantastic and lovely. The location feels a bit unsafe and folks are up very late into the night. The room was okay but could use a deep clean. The beds lacked comfort and the AC unit was doing some major overwork to keep the room at a sleepable temperature but it is also the south.

Very dirty, unprofessional employee, and in a crime infested area. Motel6 should remove this property’s motel6 banner, because it will make the chain lose customers. I know now that i will most likely never choose another motel6 unless i see a 9/10 and very cheap price.

The front desk staff was rude the morning staff and the night auditor. When I check out a day before my check out they didn't want to refund the balance that was due back to me. I work for Motel 6 and this property was unprofessional.

The staff person who helped us was fantastic and lovely. The location feels a bit unsafe and folks are up very late into the night. The room was okay but could use a deep clean. The beds lacked comfort and the AC unit was doing some major overwork to keep the room at a sleepable temperature but it is also the south.

This was the worst and most disquating property ive ever stayed at. We had to put shirts over the pillow cases. I just couldn't do it since it.was so late we sleep in the car. The guy at desk wasnt helpful in returning my money. I paid 167 dollars for two nights in the roach motel. I will be disputing this charge. I had to pay for another hotel for the reminder of my stay while i watch my son graduate feom training camp.

The room was clean and overall fine to stay in for 1 night, but the outlets were falling out and the room was very cramped. Property around had "no dogs allowed" signs up everywhere except a sad corner of the parking lot labeled "pet area". My dog and I didn\'t feel very welcome while I was walking him around the hotel property. But the room served it\'s purpose, staff was friendly, water and AC worked and I can\'t complain too much for the price.

I didn’t shower there, it wasn’t clean. Old hair on shower a sketchy looking hole filler in shower. Room 204 microwave didn’t work. And I didn’t know it Was diagonal from 2 strip clubs!

we reserved a room with fridge & mirowave when we flew in we are told there out of them. When showed my reservation i was told they can cancel and i can call expedia. Why would i do that after flying in 6 hours and not knowing anything about the area? then we had multiple spiders bigger than a quarter, our sink sprayed all over when water was turned on. I did try to order delivery from Pizza hut, Dominos & even Doordash and they all said "due to safety concerns we do not deliver to that part of Vitory"

The pictures did not portray the hotel accurately. No one would answer at the property and when we arrived, it was clear way. At midnight there were people wandering the parking lot. Security was in an unmarked personal vehicle. After driving for 10 hours with my child and dog, we left. There was no way we were getting out the car. Felt unsafe. Waste of time and money.

I have stayed at some tired older motels before but this one has given up. At checkin I was told by the way, no fridge or microwave. Whatever. Just one night.
