The stay was good and the room was updated but there were a few things that a bit run down. Like an elevator and the furniture and the broken hot tub. The breakfast and cocktail reception were nice touches and the valet was great. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy very little traffic on the roads and there were a lot of tourism options near by.

Burned French toast, burned black not burned toasted. Swimming pool super dirty, all 4 days. The area around the pool, same trash was there all 4 days. Omg today, topped it though. Took us an hour to check out. Elevator almost gave out. Ended up taking the stairs going up and down to the 17th floor.

Love Embassy Suites but valet only parking is $55/night and there was supposed to be a shuttle available and when we were told to ask the valet he paused before saying ‘yah, I don’t think it’s available.’ Essentially he wasn’t interested in taking us. Upon check out, valet took 45 min to get our car.

Would definitely stay here again! Only disappointed that the hot tub was out of order but otherwise, love the facility and close proximity to House of Blues for the night of our event!

Room could’ve been a little more clean. I saw visible dust on the bathroom door and sink area. A few small maintenance items needs updated. (I don’t like seeing chipped tile or things of that nature.) Pool was nice a few bigs inside. Happy Hour could use a little more sprucing up. It was DRY. Drinks were okay..

The rooms and Hotel were super clean The front desk was exceptional explaining the perks of staying there. The valet was so courteous and helpful. The homemade breakfast was hot and fresh Would definitely recommend and know we will be back

Room was clean and some staff were courteous more than others. I appreciate Claude in hospitality. He took the time to learn each guests name. As well as stopped to talk to everyone he saw. Now I was here with my family to run in the Chevron Marathon. On Marathon day we took the “sleeping in” sign off the door so we could get the room cleaned. We left the room before 8 am and returned just before 2 pm. The room was still not cleaned. Went downstairs and spoke to some lady at the front desk. Don’t remember her name but it was just before 2 pm. She was very rude when I explained I just ran, was tired and was hoping to come back to a clean room. She said well they were cleaning check outs first ansi said I understand but we’ve been gone all day. I asked her for clean towels. By 3 pm we still did not get them and had to call down again and finally by 330 we got them. So I sat around not only in an unclean room, but in sweaty Marathon clothes waiting on clean towels for over an hour due to her.

We unfortunately did not notice until the next morning when we got out of bed when there was light coming in that the sheets were DIRTY WITH BLOOD SPOTS. We didn’t see a reason to request new ones since we were leaving so we pulled them from the bed so housekeeping would change them this time.

Booked a night stay on way home from Louisiana . Hotel and amenities were nice and bedding was comfortable. My only complaint would be the AC. Our room felt like no AC was on even though the thermostat said it was on high and at 66. Front desk must control the ac and not each room individually bc it really made the trip uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. Room service was great. Very convenient walk across the street for an event at the Toyota Center. The compimentary 2 drink evening social was nice. The only cons I have for the facilities is the furniture in the rooms could use an upgrade and the TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV. The faucet in the tub needs to be upgraded. The water pressure was too low and the tub drained very slow. One light switch controllled all lights which was a bit inconvenient. I'm guessing its to save energy, which I get and support. Overall, the stay was pretty good. No major complaints.

Property was clean and the staff was great. Pool has a nice breeze being higher up and out of the sun mostly. Only down fall is the traffic noise you can hear that was really loud until midnight and after.

Overall, a good property that is conveniently located next to the Toyota Center. It was also walking distance to a great park area and Daikin Park. What I did not like was waiting over an hour at check-in. The front desk clerk kept checking with the manager, but the manager never came out to explain the situation to me. A free appetizer is not enough for that long of a wait! They need to accommodate guests arriving a lot better.

Terrible experience. The hotel was oversold so we could not get the type of room we reserved requiring people to sleep on a sofa sleeper. The hotel staff “apologized” and said there was nothing they could do other than award extra HHonors points. After too much discussion they did offer some additional amenities for the inconvenience. Later in the evening blood was discovered on the linens/mattress for the pull out sofa. When a new mattress and linens were requested security responded instead of housekeeping and were very rude and unhelpful.

Valet was TERRIBLE !! They left our lights on in our car Friday night and we went to get our car Saturday morning the battery was dead. My husband had to go with them to get someone to jump the car off. Now we have fault codes on in my new car. This morning we went to check out at 945 and they had lost our keys. The front desk clerk told me they would refund my valet fees but when she called a manager,she said they were t refunding anything very rude in the phone and my husband was standing there. We waited 2.5 hours for my car and my husband finally found it with the help of our life 360 app. The older man that was there was EXTREMELY helpful !! The front desk associate wasn’t very friendly and N definitely shouldn’t be in a manager position !!

Location is perfect, across from Discovery Green, walking distance to many restaurants. Suite was very nice and roomy, very clean. Staff all were excellent. Loved their happy hour. Breakfast looked delicious but had a medical appointment so couldn’t eat. Overall, an excellent stay.

It was dated inside the room, like a retirement home. But clean, extremely friendly staff, very convenient parking and location. Breakfast was 3/10, like the cheapest hotel breakfast you’d experience, very busy, slow, basic and low quality-so I’d avoid that.

My daughter and I had a great stay at this Embassy Suites. It was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there need to be more than one server at the bar during happy hour. The line is too long. Also, the “free” drinks have way too much ice and seem to be watered down. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay and enjoyed being in walking distance to the Toyota Center.

Property was above and beyond what I was expecting. Staff is very welcoming and friendly at all hours of the night. Breakfast was made to order fresh and quick. Stayed for a concert at Toyota Center and was just a block away made for easy concert experience. Will definitely be staying again

Great location to walk to Minute Maid Park. At night though.... very very loud street noise!! We were on the 12th floor and could hear cars honking, racing, reving their engines and loud bass music!! Breakfast buffet was AMAZING!! Be prepared to wait if you want an omelet. Poor buffet only had 1 giri serving everyone coming down the line.... be patient. Long wait to get an adult beverage too, only 1 bartender.
