Embassy Suites Houston Downtown

I loved my stay with the embassy suites; the customer service was top tier. I will visit again.

Terrible, room dirty .. sheets dirty, old room smell, double charged my credit card .. just terrible.

Clean room.

The food and drinks were awesome, no parking but valet staff was very nice.

We booked the property because of the large rooms, free deluxe breakfast, and close walking distance to the stadium. We have no complaints. Valet was crowded and you can tell they were working quickly to get everyone in/out. The gentleman was very helpful making sure we were able to pull in safely as we had an electric wheelchair. We would definitely stay here again.
