La junior suite est très confortable, spacieuse et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Le bar et le restaurant sont top comme le personnel. Le spa est petit mais super agréable avec une piscine et des jets multiples ainsi que sauna hamman et salle de sport. Cet hôtel à dimension humaine est très cosy et nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Room spotless housekeeping excellent and very friendly. All the staff were.. the Rooms were spacious and well equipped.. great to have windows you can open.. Can't fault it.. slightly longer walk to old town but near the park ..and easy/cheap for taxis.. would highly recommend

Room was beautiful and clean. Staff were extremely welcoming ,couldn't do enough. Hotel is close to the old town. Spa was very nice to just go and relax. The food at the restaurant on site was wonderful.would definitely ho back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly staff who always greet you by name! The suite (Grand Executive) was immaculately clean. The entire hotel, spa & communal areas were beautiful. They have a beautiful bar with comfy seating. We will stay again without a doubt!

This hotel does not live up to its claims of a luxury hotel. The air conditioning in my room couldn’t get the temperature below 22 degrees Celsius. The staff explained it wasn’t a “normal air conditioning system” and relied on circulating cool water through pipes, and in their experience it could rarely get below 21-22 degrees Celsius. I was advised to “open a window” - however, there was a noisy fan outside my room (ironically!) which meant that this was not an option. The room was not cleaned brilliantly, and there were quite a few hairs in the bed. The pool is very small, and the steam room smelled like damp. The room furniture was a little dated and in need of an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was not much they could do about these issues.

I can't say enough nice this about this hotel. It truly is 5 stars and with very good reason. My room was kept very clean. The housekeeping staff works very hard. And everyone else worked really hard to make me feel at home. I hope one day to make another trip to Romania, I will definitely be booking another stay. And this was very affordable. I would encourage everyone to take a trip to Romania and to book this hotel.

Loved our room, was more like a small apartment without a kitchen. We were able to open all the windows and enjoy a breeze. Close to a nice park and within a 10-20 minute walk to many restaurants and old town.

Fabulous hotel — it’s my favorite five-star place in Bucharest! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back over and over again. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, and the bar is excellent. The pool, sauna, and spa are really nice, and the staff at reception couldn’t be more helpful. This was my third stay at this hotel, and I’m certain I’ll keep coming back.

Great value for the money! We enjoyed the location near Cismigiu Park, the amenities (the restaurant, pool and spa area). The room itself is quite small, but there is a separate living room area and a very big bathroom with both shower and bath tub. The room itself didn't feel like a 5-star, and on the TV you can't access YouTube or any other online services for that matter which you would nowadays expect as a "must have". Staff was great and very accommodating on various occasions, first in preparing the room for us on a very short notice since it was a rushed booking, then at night time when calling the room service 15 minutes after their closing time (having thought that the closing time was half an hour later) and they still delivered the order. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but we were happy with the food choices and the service (just a bit slow in getting our order considering that there were 2 waiters and only 3 occupied tables in the restaurant, but then our waiter explained that she gave us some extra time because the menu is quite extensive). Overall very good experience, I would go there again on a future occasion.

We had a most wonderful stay with a family of eight. Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary, and we were met with nothing but accommodation and excellent hospitality. The front desk and restaurant Service personnel accommodated our every need With an excellent and Superior effort. I Totally recommend this hotel to anyone. Special shout out to Adrian and Doina ❤️ We hope to return there during our next visit to Bucharest!

Every single staff at the hotel were amazing and our beautiful suite was just divine! From the bartender who gave us comp shots of their traditional liquor to the silent housekeeping, helpful front desk and excellent spa, our stay was excellent! Staff went above and beyond starting with a welcome sparkling wine and the room upgrade!

We had a great stay at the Epoque Hotel in Bucharest. We arrived very early, but the staff was very kind and helpful. We felt that they genuinely cared about us, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The spa area with a swimming pool was great and very clean. The à la carte breakfast was good, and we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. This is a hotel we can highly recommend, within walking distance to many of the city's attractions.

Hyfsat bra hotell, centralt men mer värt 4 än 5 stjärnor. Trevlig front desk personal, frukostvärdarna var väldigt hjälpsamma och maten restaurangen lagade var mycket god. Dock ingår inte frukost och det man köper då (a la carte) är dyrt.
