It’s college town for sure. Your mins from UC campus and also right at several hospitals. We did enjoy our stay and will go back. Pool was heated and the kids loved it. Staff was very nice and helpful. Property was very clean and pleasant.

My daughter and I stayed while visiting University of Cininatti. It was conveniently located near campus and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean. We took advantage of the free breakfast and the workout room and both were good for a hotel for this price.

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It was hard and stiff. There were stains/sticky spots on the carpet and stains on the sheets to the playpen we had them bring up. The pool was closed and was told it would be closed until further notice but we weren’t notified of that before our stay. The pool was supposed to be a fun thing for us and the kids to do.

The entire lobby/ entry was completely gutted and under construction and no information regarding this was provided prior to our stay. When we arrived back to the hotel a note had been placed under our door indicating the water would be turned off at 11.

Staff was great! They are in the middle of remodeling so that was a little chaotic. The area this hotel is in, is a little sketchy, ok during the day but I wouldn’t want to walk around at night. Only 9 dollars a night to park. There is a Mexican restaurant located across the parking lot. Great location if you are going to the zoo.

Our room was dirty! There was garbage left all over the floor. We arrived late and didn’t see it until morning. The beds and showers had stains. We have used this hotel before but it was not in this condition. For being a “Hilton” we were very unsatisfied for its cleanliness.

The stay itself was not bad but I had some serious concerns with the cleanliness of the room. The mattress protector, which was not fully covered by sheets, had some yellow stains, the origin of which I prefer not to know. Overall, it did not seem like the room was very well cleaned as I found hair in the bathroom that was not mine, the trashcans did not have a liner and one had what appeared to be blood stains, and the shower was old with staining and possible mold as well. The room was also somewhat outdated and the red painted walls of the room were not very inviting. The staff was friendly and the lobby was very nice, but I likely would not stay here again due to the issues of cleanliness and overall appearance of the room. I'm sure at this price you could find a much cleaner, more inviting room.

The people were very friendly. Unfortunately, the property was outdated and not kept clean. When we arrived, there was a full garbage bag in the vending area that was pulled out of the receptacle. It sat there the following day and was finally removed that afternoon. When we went to breakfast, the side counter next to our table was so dusty that I wrote "Hello Ohio" in the dust and took a picture. When we went back to our room later that afternoon, housekeeping had cleaned the room and the bed was made but the garbage cans were never emptied. The chairs were uncomfortable, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was what I can only describe as curling up. We were with another couple and they had issues with the bathroom sink not draining.

Although friendly, checkin didnt give us any details on breakfast, pool hrs, wifi password, nothing. Asked for my card and told us what floor we were on. Elevator floor was very dirty. Rug in lobby by elevator needs to be replaced. Room was spacious and clean

The hotel was very clean especially considering they are currently undergoing renovations. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Especially David at check-in. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was a very nice room. I think the bed could be a bit more comfortable but I was still able to sleep and I would stay again.

The greeting we got was perfect. When we got in room noticed Cheerios on the floor by the wall and the beds were very firm. Not comfortable at all. They air conditioner clicked and rattled all night long.

This hotel was in a great location. Staff was great. Parking was convenient but I’m glad I left my car here and took an Uber to my concert because there was no parking available when I got back. Breakfast was included. The hotel was nice. My only real complaint is that the beds were so stiff. I had to sleep on my pillows so my back would not be messed up the next morning.

Overall our stay was fine, but we had a horrendous check in experience as did many other guests. No rooms were ready at check in time on the night of a big concert so the lobby was packed with guests. It took over 3 hours just to get one of our 3 reserved suites. On a minor note, there was no regular coffee in our suite and when I called down to request some be brought up, I was told no one could bring it up and I’d have to come down to the desk, which normally would be fine but i was traveling with my 5 month old baby and running out of the room (and waiting 3-4 hrs to access a room), isn’t so easy anymore.

The staff at check in was rude to say the least. Other interactions with the front desk was less than friendly, not very helpful at all. They are going through renovations on the 5th floor, right above our room which started at 7:30 am sharp on Saturday!! When we asked about the status of the construction starting time the night before, the staff at the front desk claimed they were not sure,"probably about 10 am", nope 7:30. I asked if we could be moved to a different side of the floor and away from the construction and was told we'll let you know, she never did. There was a gentleman named Dave who was the only one who welcomed us and offered help at any point of our stay. The room was clean not so modern, hence the remodeling going on. There should have been a note on the website about the ongoing construction, there was not. It will be going on until mid July btw. There is also no mention of a parking fee on the website, there is a daily fee, $9 daily, is not a lot but not cool when you are expecting free parking. I'll give this stay an OK.

Weren’t a lot of choices for dining around the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. One downfall was we had to pay extra for parking. Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars. Within walking distance to the Cincinnati Zoo.

Great location! Close to the zoo! Hot showers! Delicious breakfast! Neighborhood feels a bit sketchy. Bed was hard. Air conditioner when it kicked on, it had a loud constant clicking sound. Room had greasy fingerprints and no trashcan liners.

We stayed for 2 nights. Room was basic, clean. The breakfast was not restocked and frequently out of food, the coffee bar was also out of many items and not restocked. The front desk staff were polite and nice. Very noisy and could hear people walking above as well as conversations in the room beside you. Overall, fine but nothing great. I guess what I would expect for a college campus.

Parking was a $9 daily charge. Bathroom was horrible! Shower had mold all along the grout. Used the shower mat to sit on the chair in the room because of all the stains on it. Breakfast was not edible because it was so cold. I’m sure not up to Health Department standards. This property should NOT have the Hampton brand
