We liked that we were able to walk around the downtown area from the hotel. The hotel areas were kept clean. We did not like the parking there was not a spot the first night we got there and we were told to park in a public lot and depending on the time you were looking for a spot it was a constant struggle. We were excited to go to the pool but it was freezing. Most adults were watching the kids from the side because it was too cold to be in.

Check inn was easy and painless, as was checkout. The hotel is clean, good amenities, very nice breakfast. Location is excellent. The only negative is minimal on site parking.

Outstanding from start to finish. Check in process online. Clean pool. Well appointed lobby. Great breakfast even though it was crowded. Only issue I had with ANYTHING was the bar closes too early.

Excellent stay, beautiful, comfortable room, great continental breakfast, staff was very pleasant, and the pool area is an oasis in the middle of Downtown Chattanooga, it is a nice relaxing space with plants, a fire place, seating area, waterfall, and the water is heated! We will definitely be back!

Aside from our bathroom not being completely cleaned (someone else’s hair in our shower and bathroom sink) this hotel is great. The room could use another trash can or two. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived a few hours before check-in and Collette at the front desk allowed us to access the pool till our room was ready. Awesome location to pretty much everything we wanted to do in downtown Chattanooga. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location! The only downside to it was that we never had our room cleaned. When we checked in we were notified that they would clean the rooms every other day. We had no problem, but when the day came to have it cleaned, no one showed up. We spoke to the front office person that night and assured us that they would clean it the next day. The same thing happened the next day. We checked in on Wednesday and left on Sunday, so that was the only complaint.

We stayed in Room 207 on May 24th and 25th. When we arrived there was an open and empty water bottle on the floor by the bed. The shower leaked water and so we had to make sure there were towels on the floor. Other than that we appreciated the non-carpeted floors, the friendly staff, and the fresh coffee.

We stayed in a lovely, large room that appears to be newly decorated. The entire property is beautiful. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn, Chattanooga.

Great clean and renovated. Would stay again. This is a more kid friendly hotel so kids were running in the halls. Does have wood floors so it feels cleaner. The room was a little dark. The beds were comfortably and the pillows were nice.

We reserved 3 rooms (2 accessible) for 2 nights. The lighting in all of the rooms was not sufficient. The 2 of the 3 remote contolled window blinds in the accessible suite were inoperable, limiting the light in the room even more. The garage parking, fruebdly/helpful staff, breakfast, and walkable location to points of interest & dining was fabulous.

AMAZING!! Beautifully decorated, spacious room. Professional staff. Delicious breakfast. Awesome pool for my granddaughters. The early checkin was extremely helpful. We were out of town visitors that came to Chattanooga for a play at 2:00. Early check in really helped us get ready for the play. I was truly amazed at the beauty of downtown Chattanooga. I was helped by the night audit person Dovey sp? He went out of his way to help couldn't ask for better help. The beds were really hard and on a very high bedframe. Not great for a disabled person.

The street noise is unbearable at night. There apparently are lots of loud mufflers in Chattanooga and motorcycles speeding down the streets. It would help them to install higher rated STC sound windows. The fan on constant did not even drown it out. There was also a loud banging noise inside the building 5-6 times throughout the night that sounded like carts or luggage trolleys being run into the walls. It is a nice building in a nice location, but not if you need to sleep.

We had a little family get away and we really enjoyed our stay! Marist things we planned to do were in walking distance. The staff were super friendly, clean rooms, great pool, and breakfast was yum!! My daughter even left her iPad and make up bag and they called us very quickly to come back and get it!!!

Our stay at this hotel was an unexpected one as we had a family member admitted to the nearby hospital, but our experience here made the worst case scenario into the best possible! The hotel was very clean and had lots to offer from their wonderful breakfast to their pool and fire pits. I want to point out specifically the host named Angela- she was exceptional at making us feel right at home and accommodated us without hesitation when we had unknowns in our travel stay. She, without a doubt, is such a valuable asset to the hotel, and in my opinion, deserves a raise!! The bartender last Monday night (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was very personable as well and another wonderful asset. Overall, this stay was top notch and I hope to get the chance to stay here again in the future just because of how much of a wonderful experience they made our unexpected stay!

The nicest staff!!! The gentleman that works front desk was so welcoming and personable. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and wonderful breakfast options to feed my family! We will defiantly be back! Great location!! We walked to the aquarium and other restaurants near by.

When did check in time change to 4 pm? We arrived at 2 and had 2 hours to kill before we could check in! Front desk clerk was rude about it too. The room had two doors going to the balcony and window - the shades would not work to drop the curtains did not close! Maintenance came to close the shades and I had to show him where the switch was! Parking was a nightmare! Guests that did not have a handicap tag more mirror hang tag were allowed to take a he handicap parking! This hotel is centrally located for the music venues; the staff was not informative - offering shuttle information, or a ride share would be exceptional service. Over priced for a handicap room.

The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of the places I wanted to visit while in town. It was clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the parking spots fill up quickly. The highlight of my stay was the front desk attendant. He answered my many questions with a smile and knew my name by the end of my second day there. Thanks Azlan!

Wonderful staff…friendly, attentive and a manager that went above and beyond upon our arrival! Room was clean and extremely roomy. Beds were comfortable. The hotel offered games to use at the front desk. We borrowed a deck of cards to use while it rained. Breakfast came with the room but we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. However, it did look and smell delicious. The hotel was within walking distance to all the downtown Chattanooga attractions and restaurants.

Property in great location to the Tennessee River. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly which is why we chose to stay here. Staff was very friendly / answered questions/ even gave us options for pet friendly restaurants.

Great place to stay! Located near the baseball stadium (at least till they move) and walking distance to most of the shops in town. The hotel was reasonably priced and very comfortable with friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
