Reception bar and consierge Staff lovely and helpful. We let ourselves into the room and the smell of Vomit hit our noses. OMG! there is nothing worse than stale vomit smell. We rang reception and told them we needed another room due to the awful smell.they moved us 2 floors down which was ok but room needed maintenance, marks and graffiti on wardrobe doors. Not good. Take away breakfast We ordered wasn't ready, had to wait at 3.30 am. That wasn't great either. Needs improvement.

Our room was never cleaned (we stayed 3 nights), although we left the to be cleaned tag out. Apparently there was a tiny light on the left side of the bed that was to be turned on for service (we never received instruction and I don’t sleep on that side). No towels were ever refreshed. The front desk said I needed to speak with housekeeping but they’d all gone home . We had to ask for toilet paper twice as the rolls were minuscule. Lamp on right side of bed burned out. We had to walk a bit of distance to get a place safe for Ubers to stop. We loved the layout of the mini suite. The bed was nice. The front desk wasn’t really friendly.

This hotel was let down by the changes to the parking arrangements. I was told on arrival that I had to register for a q-park account and book parking within 15 minutes to avoid a penalty from he car park. The q-park app didn't have the car park listed for pre-booking so I had to use q-park go meaning I wasn't able to get the hotel discount. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. We were woken up at 5am on the first night by a drunk person bashing on our door.

We stayed on the 7th floor, views good but bird poo across window completely spoilt view. Room's decor a bit tired. Staff very attentive, couldn't fault them.
