After a day at Key West we decided to stay here. I am so glad we did. Excellent customer service. The pool was a great addition. Having the bike was a plus to use to galavant around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here especially anyone on a couples weekends. I would definitely come here again.

The Seascape is a hidden gem! A small place with a lot to offer! A pool with options to kayak or paddleboard! Do you want to fish off the dock- then consider this place! Do you need a cooler for your activities? The seascape offers coolers and ice! So many places to sit and relax! We highly recommend! Thank you Seascape!

Seascape is a very nice place for relaxing and enjoying the keys. Close to everything. Place is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We took out the kayaks and went around and that was fun, we also used the bikes and enjoyed that. They let you borrow chairs and sunscreen pool toys, also the pool is very nice and clean. The safe is friendly and they talk to you and can give you a lot of advice on things and places to go and do in Marathon. Had a great time no complaints. Go and have a relaxing quite vacation!

Everything was perfect here! Very quiet, comfortable bed, roomy, they have patio area, with grill, ganes, pool, free use of bikes, paddle board, kayaks, fish cleaning station, a frezer for u to store ur bait! Love this place! Will b back in the near furture!

This was our first visit, and we were beyond impressed. It's a smaller local resort and not part of a big chain, which we loved. We also loved how close it is to the restaurants and shops,but far enough away to feel quiet and secluded. The receptionist at check-in in was super friendly and helpful and gave us a tour. Pool, beach, boat dock, what more could you want!!!

Even better than I expected! They go out of their way to make everything as comfortable and easy as possible. Ice, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, coolers, chairs all included! I didn't want to leave!

We stayed here over the Easter weekend. The hotel is older but in very nice shape. The service was terrific. We used the bicycles, the paddle boards, the kayaks, and the corn hole. The beach is small but beautiful and only felt private. There are some great local restaurants near. We saw manatees just off the dock. It was a great stay.

Property is beautiful and well maintenanced. Great location with a nice view. Staff was very welcoming and offered great dining recommendations. Lots of free bikes, water sporting equipment for use, also had beach gear to use for the day. 1 free bag of ice included with stay. In site Laundry facilities. There were a few things that should be updated/replaced. We stayed in Suite#1 the room smelled musty, no iron and the microwave was very old, interior was peeling and burnt. We wanted to use it but we felt it was very unsafe. Microwave needs to be replaced ASAP! Shower water pressure could be have been stronger.

What an amazing experience staying at this resort! Clean rooms, plenty of amenities, beautiful grounds. We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect.

A car is essential as you can't walk to restaurants or shops. The room was a good size, although a internal door mat would be beneficial as we arrived in the rain. No indoor nightlights to highlight the step into bathroom area. However these are little things but we did enjoy our stay. Thank you

Had a lovely visit, the room was small and water pressure weak, but the amenities, beauty and serenity of the grounds were just perfect. Bikes to ride, kayaks to use, corn hole, plenty of shade and chairs and a refreshing pool. Even had a nice visit from manatees out in the dock. We will definitely book again!

Needs mattress....hollowed out spots....flip or replace.... other than that it was perfect... i mean perfect... wonderful place at a very fair price. Awesome...

Property can use an upgrade, especially on the matresses, at least in our room. Bathrooms are small. Shower was great. Housekeeping did not sweep floors. Staff were very pleasant.

The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the beach and pool areas and all the outdoor seating with grills. This place is a rare and wonderful find!

We loved the beauty and quietness of this place. Was greeted with a smile and was offered any help we may need. Was upgraded to a room with perfect view. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I visited the Keys for our first time to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and her birthday. I traveled extensively over the last 40 years and we were looking for a boutique smaller hotel and found Seascape. It turned out to be a great decision. First of all it is centrally located in Marathon and easy access to all of Marathons sights, restaurants etc. Also it is centrally located to the rest of the Keys The facility had all you could ask for beach, pool, bikes, chairs, coolers you name it they had it and it was all no charge and on the honor system. The staff was wonderful friendly, attentive and responsive. We had a water leak in our bathroom our first night after midnight (it is just something that happened and is not at all reflective of the quality of the facility) I called the emergency number it was close to 1am. Andi the manager promptly answered and it was obvious I had woken her from a deep sleep. She couldn’t have been any more responsive and offered to come in right then. I made a decision that we could work through it and figure things out in the morning. She somehow reached a plumber first thing in the morning (which during spring break was amazing) We came to a mutual resolution and everything was handled wonderfully. Andy was amazing and without even asking also got us a discount. We will definitely go here anytime we return to the Keys and will highly recommend to our family and friends.

This small property has clean, well-maintained rooms in a beautiful spot in marathon. We appreciated ease of using kayaks and paddleboards. We decided to stay 2 nights. Staff was very accommodating. We had to switch rooms, and they prioritized cleaning our new room so we could easily move from one to another. Love the 60's feel of the architecture and the privacy.

I loved my stay here and wish I had the time to extend. The staff were so friendly and personable. The women I met showed me around the property upon arrival. There were kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles to enjoy at our leisure. Beautiful water front view with a private beach. The room was clean and quiet at night. I will be a returning guest!

Very nice property which was well kept up with lovely grounds looking out to sea. Lots of good dining options a short car drive away One small niggle we didn't anticipate was some noise from the nearby airport - not a deal breaker though
